Vatic Note: Excuse me? Logistics, supply services, food & water etc did not match the increase of troops??? I simply do not believe it. So how much did the tax payer have to pay Kellogg, Root, and Brown for not feeding and watering our people??? Having been in the military, it just doesn't happen that way UNLESS its intentional. Here is my guess. The US is suppose to lose whatever real war we get into against either Russia or China. I never talked about this because I could not find a supportive source to confirm, but actions the military has engaged in since during Bush until now, simply shows an intent here that is inhumane and for some purpose, thus I am now taking it as a confirmation by their behavior, these people know what they are doing. I can only guess at the purpose, but the facts are clear. They did this to our troops in Iraq with no flack jackets that are standard in war zones, no armoured humvees when road side bombs were the weapons of choice, then when the military did armour them, they did not do the floor of the cab, which is as bad as no armour since the bombs are on the road. Finally the new amoured vehicles arrived in Kuwait and sat there for six months before being distributed to our fighting men and women and now no food and water??? In these past 9 years of war, we have lost 78,000 men in all three theatres, and over 1 million permanently maimed. What does that sound like to anybody??? Depopulation or destruction of our military capability for a reason. I suggest its a bit of both. What in the world are we going to do about this??? We simply have to decide what we can do to help our people who are stranded over there without food or water. This is High treason. A death penalty offense.

The United States Military is in the midst of a troop surge in Afghanistan, but the surge has caused the ratio of resources to troops to widen. Many American Forward Operating Bases are experiencing food and water shortages.
Sgt. Hill, whose name has been changed to protect his identity, has been in Afghanistan only a few months as part of the new troop surge into the country. The troops are mainly focused on training and promoting the Afghanistan army and police force. The training is the United States' attempt to "teach a man to fish," in the security department of the ever turbulent country, a country which is still undecided if it wants to break free from Taliban influence. With these larger issues at hand the need for proper amounts of food and water have fallen by the wayside.
Initially it was expected that resources for surging troops would be low, as many bases were unprepared for the push ordered by the Obama administration. The surge, it is argued, was far too swift and did not give the military time to lay the proper infrastructure and provide housing and other amenities for the troops. The reality of the lack of preparation has been felt by Sgt. Hill and other troops currently in Afghanistan.
Over weeks of correspondence Sgt. Hill has informed Digital Journal of the conditions the logistics of just being able to eat. General McChrystal announced that fast food places like Burger King and Pizza Hut were going to be shut down and moved to make more room for essentials the troops will need for war.
As reported on Digital Journal:
"Supplying non-essential luxuries to big bases like Bagram and Kandahar makes it harder to get essential items to combat outposts and forward operating bases, where troops fighting every day need to be resupplied with ammunition, food and water." (non believable comment)

Are Presidents Afraid of the CIA? Part II of the British Travistock Series
Vatic Note: How did we come to the place where we are now in our country? What role has the CIA played in all of this and who are the players? This is an introductory article leading up to the indepth look at the CIA and other US institutions heavily tied into the British Tavistock Group funded by the Rockefeller foundation and created for psychological research into human relations and behavior. Keep in mind also, that Rockefeller was simultaneously funding Eugenics. This group, Tavistock, created the CIA ironically, through Truman who later expressed deep regret in having done so as he said, "I have no idea what they are doing and I wish I had never created them". The CIA is the foremost expert on pschops activites (Keep in mind their MKL program for brainwashing) through the training and research by the Tavistock Group. Its time to expose them to the light of day. This article plus the earlier one on the officer now being examined for mental illness, is a great example of where all this is going with the CIA's black psychops. Kennedy tried to do away with them when he realized just how out of control our executive branch was over this group and how powerful a control a foreign country had over it. Panetta reportedly was also dead set against reopening the investigation--as he was against release of the Justice Department's "torture memoranda" of 2002, as he has been against releasing pretty much anything at all--the President's pledges of a new era of openness, notwithstanding. Panetta is even older than I, and I am aware that hearing is among the first faculties to fail. Perhaps he heard "error" when the President said "era."
As for the benighted seven, they are more to be pitied than scorned. No longer able to avail themselves of the services of clever Agency lawyers and wordsmiths, they put their names to a letter that reeked of self-interest--not to mention the inappropriateness of asking a President to interfere with an investigation already ordered by the Attorney General.
Three of the seven--George Tenet, Porter Goss, and Michael Hayden--were themselves involved, in one way or another, in planning, conducting, or covering up all manner of illegal actions, including torture, assassination, and illegal eavesdropping. In this light, the most transparent part of the letter may be the sentence in which they worry: "There is no reason to expect that the re-opened criminal investigation will remain narrowly focused."

Vatic Note: Just think about this for a moment and the implications. Remember yesterday we viewed an article on a psychology today author who said that "conspiracies" represent a mental illness, and that was written by the elitest school trained psychologist (princeton who gets funding from the Tavistock Human Relations division of their psychology institute in Great Britian) which means this is an approved and funded project for this psychologist who has no regular full time job anywhere, but is touted by the neocon owned press as a great guy. So today we see this happening to a military officer who is expressing his dissent, whether you agree with him or not, when did we ever resort to a Hitler type treatment of someone who exercises his right to free speech? He should have been handled the same way the military handles anyone who disobeys an order, so why do this? Are we moving closer and closer to that pot of warm water beginning to boil???

The U.S. Army is – unofficially – suggesting a brain scan and medical evaluation for an officer who announced he would refuse to follow further orders until and unless President Obama documents his constitutional eligibility to be commander in chief.
A spokeswoman for the developing case of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, a flight surgeon with 18 years in the service, said the recommendation came to Lakin today from an officer whose name was not being used who implied that those higher up the chain of command thought it was a good idea.
The suggestion was described to WND by spokeswoman Margaret Calhoun Hemenway, a veteran Washington appointee and now volunteer spokeswoman, as being presented in a “solicitous” manner.
Officially, the U.S. Army says it has no plans for formal action at this point against the officer. But the controversy also raises the prospect that the government may be unwilling to pursue a prosecution because of the possible ramifications – including a defense demand for a court-ordered discovery process that would target Obama’s historical documentation.
As WND reported, Lakin is an active-duty flight surgeon charged with caring for Army Chief of Staff Gen. George Casey’s pilots and air crew.
The top-ranking, highly decorated officer says he’s refusing all orders until Obama releases his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate to prove his eligibility to serve as commander in chief.
“I feel I have no choice but the distasteful one of inviting my own court martial,” Lakin said in a statement. “The Constitution matters. The truth matters.”
He continued, “For the first time in all my years of service to our great nation, and at great peril to my career and future, I am choosing to disobey what I believe are illegal orders, including an order to deploy to Afghanistan for my second tour of duty there. I will disobey my orders to deploy because I – and I believe all servicemen and women and the American people – deserve the truth about President Obama’s constitutional eligibility to the office of the presidency and the commander in chief.
“If he is ineligible, then my orders – and indeed all orders – are illegal because all orders have their origin with the commander in chief as handed down through the chain of command.”

Israel faults troops in two fatal W.Bank incidents
Vatic Note: While this is a step in the right direction, its still far from the reality on the ground of what happens there daily. An international independant investigation into this should be done but not if the results are going to be ignored like the Goldstone report. One more time of Israel violating international law and the country will need to be designated a "ROGUE NATION" and treated as such. That is who should get all the embargo's and boycotts and then if they continue to be taken to task by the entire world.

Our organizations— representing family farmers, farmworkers, fishers and sustainable agriculture, environmental, consumer, anti-hunger and other advocacy groups—urge you to reject Dr. Siddiqui’s appointment when it comes up for a floor vote, despite the Senate Finance Committee's favorable report of his nomination on December 23, 2009.

Psychologist Gartner fulfils the very criteria he levels at “conspiracy theorists” to claim their concerns are a product of mental instability
In an article entitled Dark Minds: When does incredulity become paranoia, Psychology Today writer John Gartner attempts to make the case that the concerns of “conspiracy theorists” are not based in reality but are a product of mental instability, while himself fulfilling every criteria for what he claims classifies such people as psychotics – ignoring evidence that contradicts his preconceptions while embracing the ludicrous “conspiracy theory” that powerful men and governments do not conspire to advance their power.

Or what if he goes raving mad, strangles the copilot and then crashes the jet airliner nose-first into the ground?
While this kind of scenario may seem remote, you have to remember: It only takes one such event to cost the lives of hundreds of air passengers (and perhaps thousands of people on the ground).
Today, air travel is remarkably safe in terms of the number of fatalities per miles traveled. It's far safer than traveling in your car, in fact, and a fair amount of the credit for that safety belongs with the FAA. So why is the FAA now making a decision that seems, on its surface, to endanger the lives of air passengers by allowing psychiatric patients to pilot airplanes?
According to the FAA, the answer is because modern psychiatric drugs have fewer side effects. That seems like a political statement, not a medical conclusion, because the side effects that are experienced by a very small number of psychiatric medication users can be so whacked out that they can pose a very real danger to the lives of those around them. The majority of U.S. school shootings that we've seen over the last 15 years have been carried out by shooters taking psychiatric medications.

Iraqi police have arrested several people among them three doctors on charges of plundering body organs in the restive northern city of Mosul.
The victims whose organs were plundered were first kidnapped and then brought to a government hospital where their kidneys were extracted under duress.
Hospital director Raad al-Wazan affirmed that nine people were brought to Mosul’s General Hospital where they were operated clandestinely and their kidneys removed.
“The surgical operations were not proper and accurate,” Wazan said.
Medical sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, say many more abducted persons might have been subjected to such operations.
They did not say how the victims were brought to the hospital but affirmed that three doctors were involved in the operations.
Police say they learned about the operations after arresting a gang accused of abducting Iraqis for ransom and body organ plundering.
The extracted kidneys were given to patients in the same hospital for massive money, the police say.
Wazan admitted the death of an 11-year old boy in the hospital following an operation in which his kidney was removed.
“The boy suffered from bleeding which could not be stopped and died,” he said.
The police say several hospitals in the city might be involved and the number of victims could soar.

What I’m going to do is give you an introduction to three technologies that are becoming more and more important. The first is RFID chips, the second genetic engineering, and the third synthetic biology. This will give you an understanding of what is happening and where science is going.
We will start with RFID chips:
So what are they? They are Radio Frequency Identification Devices. An RFID is a microchip with an attached antenna. The microchip contains stored information which can be transmitted to a reader and then to a computer.
RFID’s can be passive, semi-passive or active. Active RFID’s have an internal power source such as a battery. This allows the tag to send signals back to the reader, so if I have a RFID on me and it has a battery, I can just send a signal to a reader wherever it is. They can receive and store data, and be read at a further distance than the passive RFID’s. The batteries can only last a short while. But the current batteries in the RFID’s can last for over a hundred years, because of their self-generating power. Ultrawideband (UWB) allows the small battery operated RFID tag to be sensed over fairly wide areas. For instance, GE Aircraft Engines in Ohio has installed five readers in the factory and it covers over 30,000 square feet so they can track everything within that area with only the five readers. That gives you an idea of the distance that can be covered by an RFID tag that might be on you or on equipment.

The readers can transmit over telephone or by internet to computers and they use satellites as well. For example, Digital Angel has signed contracts with satellite providers to transmit their data for military personnel location beacons (PLBs). These beacons use the COSPAS-SARSAT satellite system. This system has some 400,000 digital beacons around the world and it’s rising to some 900,000. By the year 2009 they plan to have a GL stationary satellite system that will enable them to find the location and details of any beacon. You may sometimes see these at night; the GO stationary systemscan track any beacon. Skiers sometimes use them so that they can be identified, and sailors as well, if they become lost at sea they will be able to be tracked. Anything that has an RFID tag can be tracked by a reader or a computer.
An example of such transmission is a chip sold by Zarlink. This chip is implanted in a person; it tracks problems and if one is detected, it alerts the doctor who uses a two way RF link to interrogate and adjust the implanted device. Semi-passive RFIDs have an internal power source that let them monitor environmental conditions, such as temperature and shock, but they still require RF energy from the reader to respond.
Passive RFID’s do not have a power source but use a signal sent by the scanner to power the microchip circuit to transmit back their stored information. Passive RFID’s are getting very small. Hitachi a few years ago produced a chip (called the mu chip) that was the size of a pencil point; if you take a pencil and put it on a piece of paper you get a little dot. That’s how small they’re getting. In 2007 Hitachi came out with a chip that was even smaller, they call it RFID powder. They are just like the talcum powder you would put on a baby.
Somark Innovations in Jan 10, 2007 announced an invisible RFID ink. This can be applied to cattle, prime cuts of meat, military personnel and it can be read through hair.
I brought along a couple of the larger size chips, and this particular chip I got from Gillette fusion blades. I bought one of the blades and you can see that on one side what looks like a bar code and if you open it up you can see parts of a RFID chip on the back. This one here is from the Gap. One of my daughters went to the Gap; they put the tag directly on the clothing and the instructions just say to remove before washing and wearing. If you put it up to the light you will see the RFID chip inside it. These chips are quite small and can be put on the back of labels. They would not be noticeable in badges or ID cards; they could even be put in the eye of a person, they are that small.
In order for chips to be useful, they have to have a unique product number and because of this, MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) started developing some standards. It’s called the AutoID Center. They then passed it on to the AutoID Group within the Uniform Clothes Council. It will assign codes and publish specifications, so if you have a company, government agency, or church you can contact these people and they will give you a set of numbers.
So let’s say there are three or five people in this room wearing the same white hat and each one of them has a chip on it with a different number. We could differentiate everything even if you’re all wearing the same clothes, it doesn’t really matter because everything has a unique number. MIT has the architecture of participation called EPC Global so if you go on Google and type in EPC Global and you will come up with the website they will give you instructions on how to apply and get chips. So if you want to chip yourself, your family, relatives, company or anything like that; you can do it.
It works with people who want to use this technology. One of many companies who sell the chip is called, Technic Imitations. If you have a company and you go to one of their presentations, they will give you books like this that tell you what the chips look like, how they work, the types that are sold, and what the readers look like. They will help you install chips in your company. It’s a very big business and it’s spreading very quickly.

Why should our enemies want to make peace with us when they see that with terrorism they get what they want? Even the U.S., Israel's supposedly best friend, sides with them in demanding a freeze and evacuation of settlements. Is the triumph of Arab terror one of American interests?" Gold asked.

The rabbis told Ambassador Cunningham that it was time to try the Biblical approach to the dispute over the Land of Israel.

VATIC NOTE: International child snatching is becoming a major problem globally. It has always been a problem for the third world countries, but now its moved into the westernized developed countries and with the aid and abetting of various governments. The ‘snatching’ of the child or children is further facilitated by the secretive system of the Courts, where the parents are gagged from telling the truth about what is happening to them and their child. Perjury in Court to assist the ‘snatch’ is commonplace.
In many cases, evidence collected at the time, or emerging later, shows that the children snatched by the state are often subject to neglect or abuse within the care protection system. Some children are also drugged. Parents of either sex, who try and fight to keep their children, are frequently subjected to psychological pressure and intimidation to undermine their efforts, drive a wedge between them and their partner, and in a number of cases silence them by incarceration in psychiatric institutions and / or ‘forced’ prescription of psychotropic drugs.

Six law officers enter and search a woman's Bakersfield CA home without a warrant, saying federal law allows it. The action starts about 45 seconds into the video. Try not to be outraged.
All across America, law officers are grabbing powers they never had before, that are not theirs to grab-- bullying, arresting, abusing citizens. At least this woman video taped the perpetrators. If she finds a good lawyer, she should be able to sue.

Sala says based on the video evidence, the Sheriff's Department could have a lawsuit on its hands because of the way they forced into the home without any knowledge of the wanted person being in the home. "They have to knock, state a purpose, say they have a warrant and give time for the person to surrender," Sala said.
Sheriff Donny Youngblood confirmed the deputies in the video are from the Kern County Sheriff's Department, but he said he can't comment because an internal affairs investigation is being launched.

"The Education system in Iraq, prior to 1991, was one of the best in the region; with over 100% Gross Enrollment Rate for primary schooling and high levels of literacy, both of men and women. The Higher Education, especially the scientific and technological institutions, were of an international standard, staffed by high quality personnel." (UNESCO Fact Sheet, March 28, 2003)[1].
As a result of the ongoing US Occupation of Iraq, today Iraq is more illiterate than it was five or 25 years ago because the US administration and the US forces occupying Iraq began to root and destroy every aspect of Iraq's education.
The Iraqi educational system was the target of US military action because education is the backbone of any society. Without an efficient education system, no society can function, wrote Ghali Hassan in May 2005.[2] Facts have proven him right. This is also one of the conclusions of the book "Cultural Cleansing in Iraq."[3]

Their mission: a media roll-out for the general's new-look counterinsurgency strategy based on bringing government to remote villages just like Marja.
At a carefully staged meet-and-greet with some 200 villagers, however, the vice-president and provincial governor faced some unexpected, unscripted anger. "If they come with tractors," one Afghani widow announced to a chorus of supportive shouts from her fellow farmers, "they will have to roll over me and kill me before they can kill my poppy."

According to one of its architects, Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan are just "small wars in the midst of a big one."
Consider the audacity of such an idea. An 80-year undeclared war would entangle 20 future presidential terms stretching far into the future of voters not yet born. The American death toll in Iraq and Afghanistan now approaches 5,000, with the number of wounded a multiple many times greater. Including the American dead from 9/11, that's 8,000 dead so far in the first decade of the Long War. And if the American armed forces are stretched thin today, try to conceive of seven more decades of combat.

In August 1998 in a laboratory at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, geneticist Patricia Hunt was researching the impact of ageing on chromosomes, the bundles of DNA and protein in cells. It was highly technical work, and to the outside world of no great interest. Then she noticed something strange happening to the test mice; something so peculiar and potentially so important that it has been widely reported since. She spotted malformed cells in the control group of mice – the animals used for comparison with the ones that undergo experiments. No experiments had been performed on these mice, yet perplexingly they were showing an "extraordinary increase" in cell failure.
While examining test tubes and other equipment to try to ascertain what might have caused this cell failure, Dr Hunt discovered cracks and bubbles in the plastic of the rodents' cages, caused by the use of an unusually strong detergent. As a result, a chemical had leached out of the plastic, and this, Hunt concluded, was behind the rodents' malformations, which were so striking that Dr Hunt abandoned her original experiment and studied the control mice, instead. The chemical Hunt had identified was Bisphenol A, or BPA, a hormonal substance and, even when injected at low levels into the mice, it reduced the mice's "genetic quality".
"What have lab mice or Bisphenol A got to do with me?" you might ask. The answer is that BPA is one of the commonest chemicals in the world. Since it was discovered that it toughened plastic in the 1950s, the chemical has become embedded in the stuff of everyday life. Every time you make a call on a mobile phone or tap something into a computer, handle a compact disc or sports equipment, put on sunglasses or paint your nails, drink water from your tap or run your tongue against a tooth filling, you may be in contact with BPA.

In August 1998 in a laboratory at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, geneticist Patricia Hunt was researching the impact of ageing on chromosomes, the bundles of DNA and protein in cells. It was highly technical work, and to the outside world of no great interest. Then she noticed something strange happening to the test mice; something so peculiar and potentially so important that it has been widely reported since. She spotted malformed cells in the control group of mice – the animals used for comparison with the ones that undergo experiments. No experiments had been performed on these mice, yet perplexingly they were showing an "extraordinary increase" in cell failure.
While examining test tubes and other equipment to try to ascertain what might have caused this cell failure, Dr Hunt discovered cracks and bubbles in the plastic of the rodents' cages, caused by the use of an unusually strong detergent. As a result, a chemical had leached out of the plastic, and this, Hunt concluded, was behind the rodents' malformations, which were so striking that Dr Hunt abandoned her original experiment and studied the control mice, instead. The chemical Hunt had identified was Bisphenol A, or BPA, a hormonal substance and, even when injected at low levels into the mice, it reduced the mice's "genetic quality".
"What have lab mice or Bisphenol A got to do with me?" you might ask. The answer is that BPA is one of the commonest chemicals in the world. Since it was discovered that it toughened plastic in the 1950s, the chemical has become embedded in the stuff of everyday life. Every time you make a call on a mobile phone or tap something into a computer, handle a compact disc or sports equipment, put on sunglasses or paint your nails, drink water from your tap or run your tongue against a tooth filling, you may be in contact with BPA.
