Here is the First Step in Freeing Ourselves from the Foreign occupying Government/Banks/Corporations That We Cureently Suffer Under.

Vatic Note:  This is wonderful. Its what happens when an official system fails to work.   This also tells us what various corporations have been doing that we had no idea about and how California commnities have been taking the corporations on, and reversing their poisoning of the citizens of their state.  Example:  A power company was geoengineering and dumping chemtrails to create more rain to fill up their water supplies to obtain more money, while also poisoning the clients through the chemtrail dumping.  They passed a law that stopped all that. 

In Colorado, Our State Constitution specifically gives way to local control as being above state control, so whatever we pass locally cannot be overturned by state law, according to our State Constitution.  We recently used that fact on negating a state law enforcement here in our county.    Now we have other counties doing the same thing.  This is wonderful and encouraging.  It means that people are waking up big time and choosing to take the risks of staying free from such foreign occupiers of our federal government.

We had done that about a year ago.  A big group of local residents went before the county commissioners here in my county and brought written offerings to the commissioners to adopt, which would make it illegal to enforce gun control in our county.  We also found out that three other Colorado counties were doing the same thing.

The State of Colorado, under the control of the bankers through Hickenlooper and the house and senate of the state, had passed gun control, and this is Colorado, not Connecticut or Massachusetts or New York, so we knew that the entire elected group that voted for it were sold out to those trying to destroy our country.

We had to do something about it and we did and it worked.  The county commissioners voted unanimously to ban gun control in our county and our sheriff has to follow and enforce local laws over state.  Thank goodness our framers of the state constitution had the foresight to include for such contingencies.

Think about it.... our local population is large in numbers and they are armed, and will volunteer as a posse for the sheriff so he can enforce local ordinances and resolutions.  So who is going to take them on?  No one.  Many are relatives of those in the national guard.   Others are relatives of those in the standing army.  Are those in law enforcement, national guard, or standing military going to shoot their own relatives???  I doubt it.

We are used to freedom and will not comply with dictatorships, or oligarchies.  They are SOOL. This below follows along the same lines, only even more so, and its how far we have to take this locally.   There is no one who can't do this.  We all can..... everywhere, and they are stuck. 

One last thought..... remember, enforcing the laws is another problem, so we should all take a good look at "Citizen empaneled Grand Juries" to provide the indictments we can't get from our law enforcement system within the county.  The law should include forcing the prosecutor in each county to follow through with any such indictment by any such citizen empaneled grand jury.

Mendocino County, Ca Makes History

Mendocino County, in the pristine northern lands of California, where the magnificent ancient coastal Redwood trees meet the inland California Oaks, has voted itself into the constitution writing (righting) business.  (VN: aaah, this is the county, where we used to come to do cross country skiing.  I love that place,  its great, but not as great as Colorado)

Yesterday, by a significant margin, they became the first county in California, and only the second county in the country to pass into law a very powerful local ordinance that declares local self-governing rights in their communities over state and federal jurisdiction. Over 67% of the votes cast were in favor of the measure.

The ordinance provides for waters free from toxic trespass; preemptively bans all fracking activities countywide with heavy fines and penalties for violation of the ordinance; and establishes a Community Bill of Rights to, for, and by the residents of Mendocino County while checking corporate powers as well.

In addition, the newly created law gives the Rights of Nature to exist and flourish without toxic trespass whereas previously Nature had no standing in the court of law.

Here is some of the powerful language in the proposed ordinance which you can read (source):

“Right to community self-government.

All residents of Mendocino County possess the right to a form of governance where they live which recognizes that all power is inherent in the people and all free governments are founded on the people’s consent.

Use of Mendocino County government by the sovereign people to make law and policy shall not be deemed by any authority to eliminate or reduce that self-governing authority. Rights as self-executing, fundamental and unalienable.

All rights delineated and secured by this ordinance are inherent, fundamental and unalienable; and shall be self-executing and enforceable against both private and public actors.”

The people of Mendocino County have made history once again after being the first county in the nation to ban Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO’s) in 2004. Now these Mendonesians of premier wine making, medical marijuana growing and self-declared independence are continuing to assert and reclaim their inherent rights to decide for themselves what the laws will be in their communities and their county.

What may seem radical to many is only following in declarations and rights acknowledged to, by, and for them by the California State and U.S. Constitution’s as well as the Declaration of Independence:

Sec. 2. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for the protection, security, and benefit of the people; and they have the right to alter or reform the same, whenever the public good may require it.

Across the nation a truly grass-roots movement of taken back power by, and for the people at the local levels has begun in earnest.

In California, in this election alone, two other counties, Santa Barbara and San Benito, put anti-fracking measures in front of the voters while Big Oil spent over $7 million to defeat them. Santa Barbara was defeated last night but San Bernardino County’s measure passed into law.

Ohio, New Mexico, Colorado, Maine, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania have in recent years passed into law local ordinances banning everything from toxic pig sludge dumping to Community Bill of Rights legislation as well as legal standing for the Rights of Nature to exist.  In 2010, the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania made history by becoming the first city to pass a local ordinance banning hydraulic fracking.

So far, state courts have upheld these rights in Colorado and Ohio. However, a bigger challenge comes  in coming months as a federal judge will make ruling on Mora County, New Mexico’s recent local ordinance passed that bans fracking in their county. It will be high stakes for all as over 30% of the states revenues comes from the oil and gas industry.

Yet clearly the people of Mora County are choosing to protect their health and well being over profit, jobs and revenues for their county.

Last week NASA released photos taken from space showing mass methane gas releases from the four corners region of the Southwestern United States, stunning all as to the widespread drastic effects that intense and increasing fracking activities are having on our environment.

Up north in Oregon, Lane and Benton Counties are bringing to vote local ordinances to preempt Oregon state laws for the right to determine local food sovereignty.  Last year, Oregon had preempted local counties from banning GMO’s in their communities. Communities are now empowering themselves and fighting back.

Who is the Author of Authority?

The real basis of the question of the ability of local communities to write laws becomes just who is the final author of Authority?

Put another way, who has the power to make law, the people in the communities, counties and cities where they live or unreachable legislatures and Presidents residing hundreds and thousands of miles away?

Who are backed by huge corporate funding sources, that few can look, touch or feel, yet are called by many to be our “representatives” for what is best where we live, work and breathe.

It is estimated in the United States alone there are some 26 million plus laws, rules, regulations, permits, codes, violations, infractions, et. al., where ignorance of the these laws are not excusable in court and our government schooling never teaches to anyone.

And to enact state and federal laws, the powers that be must really depend on fear, force, coercion, ignorance and threat of being caged to get their laws obeyed. In other words, they demand obedience and compliance, or else coercion and force may be used no matter how amoral, immoral or destructive the laws may be.

Is it Legal?

Many in Mendocino County are asking about the legality of writing their own laws preempting the power of state and federal law over their county. One answer is provided by the founder of the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund (CELDF), Thomas Linzey :

The law is not currently on your side. Over the past century, both corporations and state government have restricted the authority of municipal corporations so that the people of the municipality have very few rights at all. Your right to govern your own county has been canceled out by the “rights” of corporations, and the authority of the State to preempt your lawmaking.

Measure S is about changing that. It is about changing the law by challenging the law. Openly, frontally, and directly. The current system of law does not allow you to say “no” to fracking within the County.

You therefore have a choice – you can either accept that current status of the law, or you can work to change it. Measure S is about asserting your right – as residents of the County – to change how the municipal system operates.

Measure S is about challenging what the law “is” and adopting a new system of law which enables you to control what happens in the County.

(CELDF), along with Global Exchange of San Francisco, have been instrumental in providing assistance and guidance across the country to help we the people take back our rights and reclaim our power to decide for ourselves what laws we wish in our communities. For over 14 years they have been active in helping communities pass local ordinances across the nation. Currently there are over 8 states and some 800 communities who have recently passed local ordinances yet it has not been easy.

In 2008 and again in 2010, Spokane, Washington tried to pass local ordinances banning corporate power in their city and protection of their waterways but failed by a few percentage votes while being heavily outspent by outside corporate interests. They plan to try again in the next election cycle.  (VN: has anyone certified the voting as being honest and a true vote count?  We have had problems with electronic voting machines made in Israel, so make sure the vote count is honest, even if you have to legally change it back to hand written ballots with vote counts monitored by the candidates representatives.  Its working in our county.)

In 2008, the City of Mt. Shasta organized and began the process of empowering themselves when they learned that the corporate/state power company for Northern California, Pacific Gas and Electric, was actively spraying the skies above them with toxic chemicals through Geo-engineering.

PG & E cloud seeding, where the energy giant launches a cannon of silver iodide into passing storm clouds, forces the unnatural release of rain in one location to increase hydroelectric power for increased company profits from their dams.

Additionally, Mt. Shasta City citizens attempted to ban water withdrawal from the local aquifers by corporate water bottlers, who were taking water at will from local tributaries. The community wanted to stop these unwanted practices which posed serious environmental damage to their very pristine ecosystem at the base of Mt. Shasta.

Measure A had nearly the entire community support and was likely to pass until forces unseen got involved and due to “clerical error” removed Measure A from the ballot just two weeks before elections.

What is highly suspicious  about the “clerical error” was the same city voter registrar who helped the citizens of Mt. Shasta write the legalese language to the measure was also the same person who declared the measure invalid. You can read more about this act of subversion here.

Who Will Enforce These New Laws?

The next question that invariably comes up about the new local law is who will enforce it? Over the past few years a national organization called the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) was formed to protect the people and their constitutional rights in the communities they serve over state and federal jurisdictions.

Among other things, CSPOA makes claim that they are being adherent to the U.S. Constitution and that first, last, and foremost, it is the local sheriffs and community police officers who have final law and protection of its people authority.

Just this year, in 2014, CSPOA wrote their own constitution which in part states:

"The people of these united States are, and have a right to be, free and independent, and these rights are derived from the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God. 

As such, they must be free from infringements on the right to keep and bear arms, unreasonable searches and seizures, capricious detainments and infringements on every other natural right whether enumerated or not" (source).

As of November 4th, 2014, over 650 police officers, sheriffs and public officials have put their signature to the CSPOA constitution. Sheriff Allman, of Mendocino County is a member of CSPOA.

Home Invasion?

Private for-hire Lear Management Team Members

Mendocino County is known for growing medical marijuana and is legal by state and local laws. Most growers pay per plant taxes to county and state for the right to grow weed that helps and heals. This summer, local growers were stunned to see several private, for-hire para military Blackwater type operations swoop down on ropes from helicopters, in full military regalia with guns drawn and no ID badges.

They were apparently employees of Lear Asset Management Services and harvested (read stole) people’s crops to presumably sell for profit.  Sheriff Allman was at a loss to as to who was doing it and why. To date no arrests have been made and no further disclosure as to who was behind the taking of people’s crops. As Time magazine reported about this action:

"They are hired by large land owners to do the work of clearing trespass gardens from private property, and perform forest reclamation, sometimes funded by government grant. Deep in the woods, they cut down illegal pot plants and scrub the environmental footprint produced by the backwoods drug trade. They carry AR-15 rifles, lest they meet armed watchmen bent on defending their plots." (source)

It is probably not by sheer coincidence that this is happening when states are legalizing medical marijuana across the country and companies like GW Pharmaceuticals are selling marijuana based drugs like “Sativex”, which is derived from the Sativia strain of the plant that is shown to help with cancer treatments.

Probably, and not so coincidentally, the World Health Organization came out this year and stated that cancer was predicted to increase by 70% over just the next couple of decades alone in developed countries and an estimated 100% increase in so called under-devoloped nations as corporate pharmaceutical companies salivate with future huge profit potentials.  (source)

Natures Laws and Earths Ways

Maybe the most critical and exciting piece of the local ordinance that passed in Mendocino County yesterday was the recognizing the Rights of Nature to exist and flourish. To this day Nature has no legal standing in our courts of law throughout the nation.

In 2008, the nation of Ecuador made history when it became the first nation in the world to legally recognize the Rights of Nature as well as language to provide for the long term protection and security of her natural resources over all other interests.

Few are aware that our Founding Fathers specifically chose Nature to guide them in their new governance as stated in the very first paragraph, of their very first document, declaring independence from the tryanny of Great Britian:

When do we all become indigenous people?

In this critical time, where Nature herself is under grave attack from Man’s century of transgressions  against her, caring people across the planet are actively and passionately beginning to realign themselves with ancient and native peoples by giving the highest respect to the life giving forces of Father Sun and Mother Earth.

By taking back our power at the local level we are setting in course actions to arrest the gross degradation of our planet from those in near and far away places who are hell bent to destroy without conscience and who seek only profit and power over all.

As We the People once again reclaim our rights to be the legal primary stewards of our soil, air and waters we are reconnecting with the immutable Laws of Nature and Source of all that is.

By coming together (to gather) to be the change we all wish to see, we bring hope and show future generations that they too have the power to change what must be changed or our children will have no future to exist and flourish in health, abundance and beauty.

It appears the Zionists wanted Mexico fully into this war.  Why is that?  From the news reports that these Israeli terrorists were released almost right away, it appears the higher ups in the Mexican administration were involved and manipulated just like the zionists did to us here in America. 

They must have their own AIPAC.  Too bad for them.  Or maybe dual Israeli citizens.  Maybe every western country has them.  Solomon used that tactic during his reign.  Have they taken the idea from him? 

Its amazing what these Israeli's have done and gone through to achieve their agenda.  It seems as though they need a good free night in one of our local insane asylums, if nothing else, it would make the world a safer place to be, but then that might be asking too much of them to give up their carefully nurtured insanity and perversions.

Army general and head of the PGR releases two Israelis arrested with guns and explosives inside the Mexican Congress

This is a decent recovery of the news reporting surrounding the attempted Israeli bombing of the Mexican Congress on October 12 2001, an attempt by Israel to get Mexico to jump in on the "war on terror"  ;

Los Angeles, Alta California - October 15, 2001- (ACN) In a mind-blowing development, La Voz de Aztlan has learned that Mexican Army General Rafael Marcial Macedo de la Concha who heads the Procuraduría General de la República (Mexican Department of Justice) has released the retired Israeli Defense Forces colonel and presumed MOSSAD agent Salvador Guersson Smecke and Israeli illegal immigrant Saur Ben Zvi after both had penetrated the security of the Mexican Congress and where in possession of guns, hand grenades and explosives.

This morning La Voz de Aztlan had a personal telephone interview with the Mexican Congressional Press Secretary, Lic. Adriana Lopez, and verified the arrest of the two Israelis after they had entered through the highly secured front entrance of the Palacio Legislativo de San Lázaro. She stated to La Voz de Aztlan that the two terrorists had taken advantage of a situation that occurred around 1700 hours of Wednesday October 10 when a large contingent of Sugar Industry Unionists were entering through the metal detectors.


The two Israelis followed about 50 of the unionists to the office of the President of the Mexican Congress Beatriz Paredes. The two Israelis were first pretending to be press photographers but called the attention of the sugar unionists because of their nervous and out of the ordinary behavior. About ten of the unionists confronted them and observed that they were carrying guns and and what looked to them to be explosives.

They held the two Israelis until Official Congressional Security personnel took them into custody. The head of Congressional Security Salvador Alarcón verified that the Israelis had in their possession nine hand grenades, sticks of dynamite, detonators, wiring and two 9mm "Glock" automatics.

                                                              
Mexican Congressional Press Secretary Lic. Adriana Lopez informed La Voz de Aztlan in the telephone interview that Congressional Security then turned the terrorists Salvador Guersson Smecke, age 34, and Saur Ben Zvi, age 27, to the Procuraduría General de la República (Mexican Department of Justice) which is headed by Mexican Army General Rafael Marcial Macedo de la Concha. Initial reports by the Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) were that both Israelis worked for a private security agency and that they both had gun permits.

It turned out that there is no connection of either suspect to any private security agency. The PGR has released the retired Israeli I.D.F. colonel with the official explanation that he had a legal permit to carry a gun. They also released the illegal Israeli immigrant on about $4000 bail and the case turned over to the Mexican immigration authorities. Mexican Congressional Press Secretary Lic. Adriana Lopez was surprised to hear from La Voz de Aztlan of the release of the two Israelis.


La Voz de Aztlan has also learned that the Israeli Embassy used heavy handed measures to have the two Israelis released. Very high level emergency meetings took place between Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations Jorge Gutman, General Macedo de la Concha and a top Ariel Sharon envoy who flew to Mexico City specially for that purpose. Elías Luf of the Israeli Embassy worked night and day and their official spokeswoman Hila Engelhart went into high gear after may hours of complete silence.

What went on during those high levels meetings no ones knows, but many in Mexico are in disbelief at their release. Guns and any kind of explosive is highly illegal for Mexican citizens and the fact that these two Israelis had them inside the Mexican Congress makes their release highly suspect. What is really going on? Jorge Gutman, the Mexican Foreign Secretary, has very strong Zionist connections and himself is of Jewish descent. Mexican Army General Macedo de la Concha has strong connections to the U.S. Military Industrial-Complex and through this to the Israeli Defense Forces. Have any of these connections influenced the decision to release the two Zionist terrorists?


The initial arrests of the two Israelis inside the Palacio Legislativo de San Lázaro made top news on Mexico City television and radio on the evening of October 10. TV Azteca had extensive coverage on the first night and on the following day. La Cronica de Hoy Newspaper and El Universal Newspaper both covered the incident the following two days but now it seems that there is a lack of reports.

What were the Israelis up to? We think we know. The Vicente Fox government has been very careful of involving Mexico in a war against Islam. The Mexican population as well as the two major opposition political parties, the PRI and the PRD will not allow it.

President Bush and the U.S. Zionists want Mexico fully involved in the war principally because if things get tough in the middle east and the oil rich Arabs leave the coalition, the U.S. military machine is going to need alternative sources of oil and PEMEX is just across the border.

We believe that the two Zionists terrorist were going to blow up the Mexican Congress. The second phase was to mobilize both the Mexican and US press to blame Osama bin Laden. Most likely then Mexico would declare war on Afghanistan as well, commit troops and all the oil it could spare to combat Islamic terrorism.

El Diario de Mexico was one of many newspapers in Mexico that carried the story but after two days it just died. The two Israeli terrorists are seen being escorted out of the Congress by police.

CDC Shuts Down Bioterror & Flu Labs After Discovering 327 Vials of Deadly Pathogens Misplaced

I am sorry but congress passed legislation giving bioterrorism control to HHS where it has been all along, but IS FORCING THEM TO COORDINATE AND WORK WITH THE DHS.  But there was a "take away from HHS" and its this:   DHS will take over the National Pharmaceutical Stockpile (which the bill calls the Strategic National Stockpile), the supply of drugs, vaccines, and medical equipment.  Aaah, the fox will have a field day with that stock pile and those missing vials.  No question about it.These missing viruses were stolen or missing back a

No one in this business of dangerous bioweapons would ever have done this  under any circumstances.  Maybe missing 1 or 2, but 327?  NO WAY.  Its a scam and its totally criminal and treasonous. Our Government and DHS has been caught so many times doing drills during real live terrorist attacks, such as 9-11, and Sandy Hook,  Boston marathon and it has all been documented. Cynthia McKinney tried to hold subcommittee hearings on those drills in advance of and during 9-11 and the Khazars went after her and got her out of congress.  So we know why now!

So now we have 327 vials of deadly pathogens missing from CDC labs and HOMELAND GESTAPO SECURITY in control of the vaccines, which are what was used in Africa, Liberia and Ghana to actually pass on the Ebola, so now we will have a variety of bioweapons out there in these vaccines.  Great.  WAS THE CDC PATENTED EBOLA VIRUS ONE OF THOSE STOLEN???  AND WHO THEN COORDINATED WITH THE RED CROSS ON PUTTING THE VIRUS INTO THE VACCINES?  Remember, Liberia and Ghana kicked the Red Cross out of their countries because of the vaccines tainted and given to their people. 


First thing the Attorney general should do is arrest those responsible for the safety and care of the bioweapons, and the second thing he should do is file charges against them for criminal neglect in the performance of their duties. CDC Shuts Down Bioterror & Flu Labs After Discovering 327 Vials of Deadly Pathogens Misplaced

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) is conducting a nationwide search of its cold storage units after discovering vials of smallpox in a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cold storage room at the National Institutes of Health facility in Bethesda, Maryland. Along with the vials of smallpox were 327 other pathogens including vials labeled for dengue, influenza, and rickettsia. 
                                                       

This news comes as the CDC is under multiple investigations for unsafe practices. In response to the news Richard H. Ebright, a professor of chemistry and chemical biology at Rutgers University remarked “It is ironic that the institution that sets U.S. standards for safety and security of work with human pathogens fails to meet its own standards.”

Also this week, the AP reported what is being described as an ‘accident’ saying “A government scientist kept silent about a potentially dangerous lab blunder and revealed it only after workers in another lab noticed something fishy, according to an internal investigation. The accident happened in January at the headquarters of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta.

A lab scientist accidentally mixed a deadly strain of bird flu with a tamer strain, and sent the mix to another CDC lab and to an outside lab in Athens, Georgia.” This strain of avian flu, known as H5N1, has killed 60% of the roughly 650 people who have been infected with it since 2003 according the CDC and World Health Organization.

The New York Times reported that CDC head, Dr. Thomas R. Frieden has closed the CDC’s flu and bioterror labs, and has banned all shipments from the agency’s highest-security labs while safety protocols are being reviewed.

While the Times notes that these lab closures will hamper the work done by other public health labs one could argue that the shutdown is the lesser of two evils in light of government documents obtained by USA Today revealing that more than 1100 similar cases were reported between 2008 – 2012 including a snafu at Fort Detrick involving over 9,200 unaccounted for vials, some of which contained Ebola and Anthrax. It’s impossible to know how many cases may have gone unreported.  (VN: remember, Israel was good at stealing our Nuke technology and the plutonium and how did they get it undetected??  They are not denying it,  Vanunnu, an Israeli scientist blew the whistle on Israel and had to spend 18 years in jail for doing so. So Israel has a history of doing this undetected, and no one else.)

In 2011-2012, the world community attempted to prevent a CDC approved and US funded mutation of H5N1 by Ron Fouchier of the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam. Previously, H5N1 was not considered a danger because the natural strains of the virus were specifically adapted to infect birds. However the mutation that Fouchier later developed, ostensibly to discover ways to prevent it from threatening humans, is 'highly contagious,' easily transmissible to mammals, airborne and deadly.

In other words, the CDC approved the creation of a virus that would pose a grave threat to humanity under the guise of preventing that same virus from threatening humanity. Extrapolating from the 1918 Spanish Flu Epidemic scholars have estimated that, should H5N1 become a pandemic, one billion people would become ill and 62 million would die.

Despite the Dutch government's attempts at blocking the publication of Fouchier's processes and findings, the entire 'manual for creating a global pandemic' was later made public by Science Magazine. Scientific American listed the necessary materials as "Ten ferrets, some bird flu and swabs. That is all."  (VN:  so what insider passed on that document so anyone could do it???  We have so many blatant crimes not being prosecuted that arrests should now be made within the CDC, DHS, AG's office, etc. )
 
Earlier this summer, a nearly identical experiment was announced, alarming scientists worldwide. Yoshihiro Kawaoka and a team of researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison used fragments of naturally occurring bird flu to reverse engineer the 1918 Spanish Flu which killed an estimated 50 million people. They then mutated the virus to make it airborne and to spread more easily from one animal to another.  (VN: who ever is authorizing these criminal acts, needs to be tried and sent to the north pole to serve their sentence.  Lets bug our newly defeated senators into calling for an investigation officially, into these actions that threaten the American people.)

"The work they are doing is absolutely crazy. The whole thing is exceedingly dangerous," said Lord May, the former president of the Royal Society and one-time chief science advisor to the British government. "Yes, there is a danger, but it's not arising from the viruses out there in the animals, it's arising from the labs of grossly ambitious people."

Marc Lipsitch, professor of epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health, "…worried that this signals a growing trend to make transmissible novel viruses willy-nilly, without strong public health rationale. This is a risky activity, even in the safest labs." (emphasis mine) "Scientists should not take such risks without strong evidence that the work could save lives, which (Fouchier's) paper does not provide."

In an article published in May 2014, Lipsitch argued that experiments like Kawaoka's could unleash a catastrophic pandemic if the virus escaped or was intentionally released from a high-security laboratory.

Current investigations into CDC practices mirror a similar probe that was launched by the Department of Health and Human Services after it was discovered that United States government labs were somehow involved in the anthrax bioterror attacks that began eight days after 9/11. (VN: remember also that Bush and the White House took CIPRO 30 days before the Anthrax attack, which means they knew about it and prepared for it in advance.)

 In 2010, when the Department of Justice and FBI announced a formal conclusion of the Amerithrax case, they declared that microbiologist Dr. Bruce Ivins was the sole perpetrator. Dr. Ivins was one of the lead scientists on the FBI's Amerithrax Task Force. In July of 2008, police were summoned to Ivins' home only to find him dead, purportedly from suicide, having never been charged in the bioterror investigation.

Many were incredulous when local police told reporters that the state medical examiner "determined that an autopsy wouldn't be necessary."

Citing a complete lack of physical evidence, Senate Judiciary Committee chairman (and recipient of one of the anthrax-tainted letters) Patrick Leahy stated that "…he simply does not believe that Ivins was the prime culprit if he was a participant at all, and said he is absolutely convinced that there were others involved…" 

Francis Boyle, an international law expert and bioweapons advisor to the first Bush administration, also advised the FBI's investigation. Boyle later revealed evidence indicating that the attacks constituted a false flag designed to ensure that the PATRIOT Act would be signed into law.

In addition to his credentials as a government advisor, Boyle also holds a Doctorate of Law Magna cum Laude and a Ph.D. in Political Science, both from Harvard University. He teaches International Law at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and also served on the Board or Directors of Amnesty International (1988-92) and represented Bosnia-Herzegovina at the World Court.

Regardless of what these new investigations may or may not reveal concerning the CDC's standards and practices, we know one thing is certain: to rely upon the Federal Government for one's safety would be a stupid and potentially fatal mistake, and one that is entirely contrary to the values and principles upon which our country was founded.

BREAKING: Formaldeyde in Water Allegedly Causing Ebola-like Symptoms

A man in Schieffelin, a community located in Margibi County on the Robertsfield Highway, has been arrested for attempting to put formaldehyde into a well used by the community.

Reports say around 10 a.m., he approached the well with powder in a bottle. Mobbed by the community, he confessed that he had been paid to put formaldeyde into the well, and that he was not the only one. He reportedly told community dwellers, “We are many.”

There are  are agents in Harbel, Dolostown, Cotton Tree and other communities around the ountry, he said.   State radio, ELBC, reports that least 10 people in the Dolostown community have died after drinking water from poisoned wells.

The man also alleged that some water companies, particularly those bagging mineral water to sell, are also involved. The poison, he said, produces Ebola-like symptoms and subsequently kills people.

The Observer had previously been informed that people dressed as nurses were going into communities with 'Ebola Vaccines'. Once injected, it reportedly produces Ebola-like symptoms and sends victims into a coma.

Shortly thereafter, victims expire. Communities are now reportedly chasing vaccine peddlers out of their communities. After 10 children reportedly died from the 'vaccine' in Bensonville, the peddlers were reportedly chased out of the community upon their next visit.

It is possible that the 'vaccine' is/was composed of the same formaldehyde-water mixture. This publication has received reports from families whose loved ones' organs were missing upon return of the bodies to the families. Families suspect an organ trafficking operation is capitalizing on the outbreak of the Ebola virus in Liberia.

The district's representative condemned the act as barbaric, but called upon Liberians not to doubt the existence of the Ebola virus in the country.
An investigation is ongoing.

We had strange lightening in our subdivision that was not normal and now after reading this it sounds like what we saw.   The lightening came directly from the clouds, not hitting to the highest point as it usually does, rather going directly to ground.... a home was hit directly and exploded and caught on fire.  So this is already being tested and that was just recently here in our little podunk town.

Once we accept that these are the goals, then we can respond and do something about it.  Check this out below, which is their latest attempt to build a weapon of mass destruction that can be blamed on nature.  Its that simple.  As they like to brag, (one of their weaknesses), "by deception, we will conduct war". Typical radio signals will not penetrate our oceans, however Extremely Low Frequency (ELF waves) will.  The United States of America previously relied on its ELF transmitters at Clam Lake, Wisconsin and Republic, Michigan (Project ELF, Project Seafarer, and Project Sanguine) to send powerful radio signals to reach submarines deep in the ocean.  These transmitters used cables suspended on telephone poles, which were several miles long, and 2.6 million watts to produce a 76 Hz (45 Hz alternate) signal that could be heard over half of the Earth’s surface.
 

The system was controversial, and was the target of legal attacks, suits and protests throughout its operating life. On five occasions protesters cut down transmission line poles, interrupting operation briefly. In 2004 the Navy shut down both transmitters, with the explanation that very low frequency (VLF) communication systems had improved to the point that the ELF system was unnecessary.

Project ELF’s shutdown had little to do with improvements in VLF communication and all to do with the creation of the HAARP facility in Gakona, Alaska in 1993.

HAARP abandoned the long cable antennas in favor of 180 crossed-dipole antennas, 3.6 million watts, and a novel new idea: use the ionosphere to create ELF waves.

HAARP focuses its antenna, called the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), directly overhead where its powerful 5 billion watt output boils a portion of the sky.  This boiling action causes a portion of the ionosphere to detach, which undulates in the solar wind, creating ELF waves like a massive ionospheric sub-woofer.

Researchers use ELF transmissions from the HAARP facility to create “whistler waves” that bounce around our ionosphere and remove trapped radiation that harms satellites, a process known a “radiation-belt remediation.”  These whistler waves are also produced naturally when lightning strikes, and that has Stanford’s VLF group and DARPA very excited.  (VN: Both Stanford and DARPA are illum creations.)

DARPA wants to trigger lightning to protect infrastructure, satellites, and use the artificially generated ELF waves to send messages worldwide.  Lightning strikes are “triggered” at the University of Florida and University of Arizona, a network of sensors called  the Holographic Array for Ionospheric Lightning (HAIL) collects info on these strikes, and HAARP has a large role in the whole process.

It is my belief that DARPA and the Stanford VLF group are using rockets, lasers, and HAARP to artificially charge thunderstorms to produce lightning strikes and subsequent ELF/ULF/VLF transmissions.
Here are the facts:

The Pentagon Launches Plan to Master Lightning

(Dec. 17) — In Greek mythology, it was a weapon of war. Now the U.S. military is looking to tame lightning, which remains one of nature’s most confounding — and feared — phenomena.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the R&D arm of the Pentagon, has embarked on a project called NIMBUS, which seeks to understand the underlying mechanisms of lightning. “Although significant progress has been made in recent years in our understanding of the lightning discharge and related phenomena, fundamental questions remain unanswered,” the agency said in an announcement released today.

Lightning has long perplexed scientists. Not only are atmospheric scientists unsure of exactly what initiates lightning, but they also don’t understand precisely how and why it is able to propagate over great distances, and where it will strike. That makes it, in DARPA’s view, “one of the major unsolved mysteries in the atmospheric sciences.”

The fanciful-sounding NIMBUS project has a serious goal: curbing the $5 billion in damage that lightning strikes cause each year.
Lightning is not only little understood, it is dangerous and destructive — strikes cause more than $5 billion in damages annually, according to the Lightning Safety Institute.

NIMBUS will look at ways to protect against that destruction, including attempting to direct where lightning strikes. The initiative also includes plans to try to trigger lightning using rockets, which could be used to model and study the discharges.

This by no means is the military’s first foray into lightning research. Pentagon officials have in the past expressed interest in other enigmatic phenomena associated with lightning, such as so-called ball lightning. Though its existence is disputed, ball lightning is purported to manifest itself as luminous, energetic spheres during storms.
The Pentagon has even funded modest efforts looking at whether ball lightning could be used as a weapon.

Another, somewhat more straightforward application of lightning, not mentioned as part of the DARPA project, is the possibility of creating a “lightning gun” — a weapon that shoots bolts of electricity. In fact, the Defense Department has funded work in this area.

A Tuscon, Ariz., company called Applied Energetics (formerly Ionatron) has received a number of multimillion-dollar contracts from the Army and Navy to develop a lightning weapon that uses ultra-short laser pulses to channel electrostatic discharges. Another company, Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems, in Anderson, Ind., has built a prototype of a lightning gun, named StunStrike.

But don’t look to NIMBUS to yield a deployable death ray. DARPA says the project has a more benign goal: the protection of people and assets. [2]

As indicated, the technical hurdles for storm development in support of military operations are obviously greater than enhancing precipitation or dispersing fog as described earlier. One area of storm research that would significantly benefit military operations is lightning modification.

Most research efforts are being conducted to develop techniques to lessen the occurrence or hazards associated with lightning. This is important research for military operations and resource protection, but some offensive military benefit could be obtained by doing research on increasing the potential and intensity of lightning.

Concepts to explore include increasing the basic efficiency of the thunderstorm, stimulating the triggering mechanism that initiates the bolt, and triggering lightning such as that which struck Apollo 12 in 1968. Possible mechanisms to investigate would be ways to modify the electropotential characteristics over certain targets to induce lightning strikes on the desired targets as the storm passes over their location. Description of the Funding Opportunity:  DARPA is soliciting innovative research and development (R&D) proposals on the underlying physics of lightning. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary and fundamental advances in atmospheric and ionospheric science relating to lightning.

Location: The United States is home to thunderstorms of various type, duration, scale and intensity. This program would like to capitalize on the unique geographic features of various locations across the CONUS that offer an increased likelihood of intercepting thunderstorms that exhibit unique characteristics (e.g., elevated, supercellular, multicellular, pulse, etc.).

Experimental Set-up for Triggering Lightning: Bidders should fully describe how they would attempt to trigger lightning and list all potential pieces of equipment necessary to trigger lightning, as well as the equipment necessary to measure and characterize the processes governing lightning initiation, propagation, and attachment. Lightning can cause delays in operations, disrupt communications, destroy assets, and generally pose a deadly threat to military personnel.  While lightning has been studied intermittently for decades, critical questions remain about how and why lighting initiates, how it spreads, and how it attaches to objects. 

Also unclear is how lightning generates its ionospheric components such as elves, sprites, and gigantic blue jets, or how it ties into the global charging circuit.

Nimbus is a fundamental science program focused on obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the lightning process, its associated emissions (such as x-rays), and its ionospheric components to better protect troops, ordnance, and other military assets.

Weinreb, who is a psychotherapist with a PhD in psychology and who is presented by the OU and other  Orthodox sources as a scholar on domestic abuse, coaches Dalfin on how to deal with the alleged sex abuse committed by Shlomo Carlebach (who was for a time a Chabad-Lubavitch hasid and emissary).

Dalfin claims that while Shlomo "chased women" at Stern College in 1960, that isn't the abuse Lilith Magazine and Ha'aretz accused Shlomo of, and Dalfin says his "research" shows that Carlebach's issue was  only "sexual desire" – not sex abuse.

Weinreb seemingly accepts this answer and agrees to submit a favorable review to dozens of media outlets – despite knowing that there lots of women who claim that Shlomo sexually abused them, and that some of those women were minors when the alleged abuse took place.

What you have here is extreme dishonesty, corruption and a craven disregard for the victims of sex abuse – all enabled and promoted by Weinreb, who the OU has presented as the champion of victims (an image Weinreb himself promotes), and who was given his job at the OU to help clean it up after the Baruch Lanner scandal. But the OU was never cleaned.

Vatic Note: Well, as you know we have published quite a bit on this subject over the past 4 years that we have been up and I can confirm personally, that this is true.  I have not only done this myself, but it has worked beautifully. Whenever I need something, I always tell myself that God will get it to you and everything will be ok.

If I don't get it, I find that it was either something that would have brought me pain and suffering, or it was  a lesson I had to learn or a test of previous recent learning to see if I 'got' it.  But most of the time, I get exactly what I need and sometimes a little bit more, but never less or so much that I never have to worry.  Ironically, knowing that if I show up, do the best I can, then God will take care of the rest and he does, and that has stopped my worrying about anything to a point of stress.  No more stress.

Its all in how we see it and experience it.  Even what the evil satanic ones are doing has an up side.  I know, its hard to believe, but we are becoming aware of the satanism around us and how its affecting our children and how harmful it is to them an anyone else it touches.   Same with our international banks, and corporations that have lost all sense of "good citizenship",  "good Neighbors" and "good examples for our children".   Now we have damage control we need to do, but it will be done and done well, I am certain of it. 

We had stopped noticing that until all these problems came up.  Materialism had taken the place of higher ideals.  Now we are more aware, many have cut up their credit card and thrown them away and more are saving or preparing.  We had both parents working and the children coming home to an empty house with the Satanic MTV to baby sit our children.

That has proven to be a disaster and our kids were reflecting it.  We are coming back to where we need to be, slowly but surely.   Our civilizations' survival depends on it.  One last comment about this below.  She would have been better buying a sail boat about 44 ft, ketch, and taking sailing lessons, since deisel is fuel and there won't be any available when the SHTF.

I have written about positive energies for awhile now. I have written about how I have really been learning and understanding, besides applying only putting positive energy out.

Last May 2013, I published this about my desiring Freedom.   I wrote how I desired to sell everything and move onto a boat.

Last year, I went back and forth with my intention and desire.  I wasn't really ready to give up my home.  My home is awesome, it has view of the Smoky mountains that is so peaceful and gorgeous.

One thing I did not mention or write about, is the fact that I put my name on a waiting list to go back to school.  There is one class I want to take that has a 1 1/2 year waiting list to get in to.  Besides that they have never had a female take the class before.  What type class is that, you may ask?

Considering that my desire is to live on a diesel motor boat, I figured I would need to know how to do anything on it, including working on the engines.  So the class I signed up for is Diesel mechanics.  My name should be coming up soon to get into the class.  I was number 64 on the waiting list in the beginning, last time I checked I was at 24.

My house has never been listed with a real estate agent.  In fact I had it on Zillow last year for a few months and put it on Zillow again this year for only a couple of months during the summer.  I then took it off again.  I put the energy out that people would come to me to buy the house and it would be an easy deal, without me having to advertise it or market it.  I believed this and visualized it.  I have put my energy into that outcome.

Well, in understanding the universe and the laws of the universe and how our energy is what creates, it all happened.  I have been ready to move on to my next phase of life.

My house is sold and we have a closing date of December 1, 2014.  I am excited and am selling everything in my house, even though I don't yet know where I am going for sure.  I do not have a boat at this moment.  But I have put out the energy of a 'miracle' happening, in that a wonderful boat/home will come forth.

I have had many miracles happen in my life, which I have also written about on this blog.   The fact is, I really should not be alive today.  That miracle of surviving being hit by a car, has now had effects that I am dealing with and have been for a few years.  But I am working on getting healed.

I survived that car hit, but I now have a spine that is crooked and my neck spinal section is starting to go the opposite direction than what it should be.  That has caused me an huge amount of pain this year besides my arms and legs going numb.  I have had problems doing things, including typing words as my arms hurt and go numb when doing so.

I am not saying this to get people to feel bad for me.  I am writing about this as it is a miracle I am alive in the first place and I am on my road to healing this situation.  

Considering I will walk away from the sell of my house with cash that will enable me to purchase a boat around the $80,000 range that is big enough (50+ feet) for my daughter and I to live aboard may seem impossible to some reading this.

But I believe we will have a 'miracle' of a great boat that is in good condition will appear.   As I write this, we don't have a home to go to, but I am moving forward with the energy that a wonderful home will come forth that we will be joyous, thrilled and will be perfect for us.   We will love living on it and having the freedom without an 'anchor' around our necks.

My daughter is excited.  I have told her over and over again, it is going to be small and she has to get rid of almost everything.  She is great with it.

My whole point with this article is that, the universal laws really do work!  Where we put our energy is what comes to us.  The universe brings us whatever we put our thoughts into.  It does not care if it is fear or love.  We are the ones who create our lives through our thoughts and feelings.

For all of those who are desiring a life change.  Feel the love for yourself and only see what you desire.  Every single day, I have put my intent out and I say various I AM regarding it all.   I have expressed that my life is full of miracles (mirror of our thoughts).

Live in Love, Forgiveness and Oneness.  It is all work in progress and it is releasing all the programming that we have been conditioned with on this Earth. Release the Fear and Live in Love.  It starts with One, which is you.

I really want people to understand, my life is proving the miracles and the positive thoughts and energy.  I AM healed, Abundant, Thankful, Joyous and have Expectations of Miracles happening everyday in my life.

I sincerely hope we will all be miracles to each other and all of our energies changing our own lives for the better besides changing the energies of the Earth from fear to Love.  We can do it, with intent, feelings, thoughts and energy.

We are the ones to save ourselves.  We are the ones we have been waiting for.  It is within us.  We are miracles for each other.

I will let you know when the boat miracle happens.   How it happens, I am going to let God/Universe take care of that.... I am simply going to go forward with the intent and expectations, know God works miracles everyday and I AM allowing those miracles!
