Vatic Note: Is it just  a coincidence that once something is disclosed it does not happen?    Its impossible to tell, but disclosure on the net, of possible false flags recently seem to interfere with the completion of their plans, so that is why I publish them if they seem credible and possible.  This is one of those.  They are frustrated because we are not acting violently and they need that to:

1.  secure the support of the "sheep" through fear of their fellow Americans, precipitating a division between Americans based on "Right" vs "left", or Muslims vs Christians, which the evil ones need in order to continue on with their agenda,
2.  Justify legally, the confiscation of our record number of guns in the hands of the American people.
3.  They need A credible domestic enemy to take the attention off of them as domestic terrorists, which they are.  They are the men behind the curtain and the politicians.    Again more fear porn  to distract,  reminds me of the "gladiator games of Rome, so the people would not focus on the destruction being planned and executed elsewhere.... it worked.

So far, as you can see, they have been deeply unsuccessful in achieving that division between us that they so desperately need.  In the arab spring, they had infiltrators from Mossad and saudi's that were able to begin the violence without getting caught in the beginning.

Now that we have become experts on their tactics,  they have not been able to pull them off,  since we expose them well before they are scheduled to occur, it has forced the PTB to abandon the false flags before they have a chance of achieving reality. This one below can become the "mother of all false flags".  This is just a warning to let you know they will probably blame the Muslims again for whatever they do.  Do not buy into it.

In the past 30 days, I have been privately approached by four high level media types with regard to the fact that President Obama  was planning on using a false flag event to take down all, or part of the power grid and then enact martial law under the auspices of DHS with the help of their Hessian troops, primarily Russian.

These four media figures are people whose names would be recognizable. To various degrees, they want to break with their media controllers and get this truth out. Vatic Note:   We published a blog on a great idea for shutting down NSA's spying efforts.  It was recommended to "SHUT OFF THEIR WATER" that cools down the computers and given the water bill is 1.7 million, you can guess at the scope of the operation they have going there.  Its huge.

Well, the good news is, this went from speculation and creative thinking in the first blog, to now where reps have taken the suggestion seriously and a bill is in congress to do just that in California.  Now, if the state follows through with this, we have a doggone good chance of defeating much of their spying effort, since they cannot do this without water.

What you need to realize is that the "PLATFORM FOR OUR NEW WORLD ORDER" addresses issues like this taken by the state.   I saw a preliminary write up on this kind of action against such an agency OR corporation (fascism) that listed it as a "crime" to interfere with any, and I do mean ANY ACTION, these corporations and their controlled agencies take against anyone or anything.

That means whoever would shut off the water, under the NWO would go to jail for doing so.   Think on that for a while and see the implications and changes that would entail in our entire system of governance.  This is what it means to have a FASCIST, GLOBALIST SYSTEM.  Until that happens though, we must use whatever tools are available to us legally right now.  This is one of them.

While we still can, we need to begin thinking outside the box, but legally about other actions our states can take to stop this ride to oblivion for humanity.   We are a creative, ingenious people who have built a great nation until recently when Rothschilds/Israel got control and now we look as pathetic as their country looks.

We have the creative, intellectual, and courageous characteristics to change all this and do so quickly.   After all,  THIS IS A WAR, whether anyone wants to admit it or not.  We, as a people, nation, etc, are under serious attack and action must be taken soon, along these lines being suggested, so lets start brain storming and acting through our states to change the direction of this war and reverse course...... WE CAN DO IT.

Disgruntled with NSA spying on US citizens, two senators from opposing parties have introduced a bill banning companies in California from providing essential utility services to the agency – including cutting off its computer-cooling water supply.

The NSA is a very resource-hungry organization which could stand to lose a lot from this. The initiative by activists and other organizations, apparently seeks to incapacitate the agency in return for its rights violations.

The news comes just as elsewhere, in Maryland, the agency made a deal to pay $2 million a year for the region’s treated sewage water.

But California has not been so kind. Hitting back at the federal government after a mountain of recent allegations of outright violations of its citizens’ rights, senators Ted Lieu (D) and Joel Anderson (R) formally introduced Senate Bill 828 on Monday.

They declared in a statement that “The National Security Agency’s massive level of spying and indiscriminate collecting of phone and electronic data on all Americans, including more than 38 million Californians, is a direct threat to our liberty and freedom.”
 
The bill will prohibit the state of California from “Providing material support, participation or assistance in any form to a federal agency that claims the power, by virtue of any federal law, rule, regulation or order, to collect electronic data or metadata of any person pursuant to any action not based on a warrant that particularly describes the person, place and thing to be searched or seized.”

In practice this means a number of things: The bill targets government-owned utilities (water and electricity); any public universities that allow their facilities to be used as NSA research facilities and their campuses as recruiting grounds; it will also impose sanctions on any corporations trying to fill the gaps left by the utility providers and other state companies; finally, the bill also seeks to ban any local or state criminal investigations from carrying out their work using data harvested by government snooping without a specific warrant. In its absence, the information will simply be inadmissible in court.

The submission followed a December campaign by activists from various organizations, including California’s Tenth Amendment Center, in which they first proposed to shut off the spy agency’s water, releasing this video.


The original objective was to stop water supplies to the NSA Utah Data Center – the humongous complex filled to the brim with square kilometers of servers scanning and storing people’s private communications.

With regard to Monday’s proposal on California, Lieu believes that “state-funded public resources should not be going toward aiding the NSA or any other federal agency from indiscriminate spying on its own citizens and gathering electronic or metadata that violates the Fourth Amendment.”
 
Lieu went on to clarify that he agrees with the NSA about the world being a dangerous place. But that is why, he says, “our founders enacted the Bill of Rights. They understood the grave dangers of an out-of-control federal government.”
 
Based on the model legislation – the Fourth Amendment Protection Act – first drafted by the Tenth Amendment Center and activists at the Offnow coalition, any state agencies, officials or corporations found to be “supporting or assisting the federal government to spy or collect certain data on Californians” fit the bill, according to the press release.

Mike Maharrey, communications director for the Tenth Amendment Center, believes at least four more states will take up the bill in early 2014. Although California does not yet have its own data center, the measure, Maharrey argues, would make it more difficult for the NSA to expand its operations.

Vatic Note: What really tapped into my curiosity was the comment that Monsanto was going to sue the gov saying that their right "to kill us off with our food" (I said the part in quotes) is protected under the interstate commerce clause and, (Now get this one) FREE SPEECH. It appears the powers that be, the Khazars, who own monsanto, Bill Gates specifically, believe the Constitution was not to protect our right to the "Life" part of the declaration which reads "...life, liberty and pursuit of happiness."  Rather the Constitution is to protect MONSANTOS RIGHT TO DEPOPULATE US THROUGH PAINFUL AND PROVEN MEANS OF ORGAN DAMAGE AND DEATH.

I read the federalist papers and no where in there did the founding fathers ever mention any such right by any such corporation.  In fact, the federalist papers, containing the founding fathers intent with respect to the Constitution, made it clear it was to protect,  The people, and their right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  That is directly in conflict with Monsantos perceived right to their pursuit of happiness in Killing us off.

This was so ludicrous, that if the Court even comes close to entertaining such a specious argument, I will deduce that the courts are no longer functioning in their designated and declared purposes and thus are being paid to ignore those purposes for which they were created. That only leaves us protecting ourselves.

Maine is the second state to sign a GMO labeling bill, along with Connecticut. However, you probably heard very little or nothing at all about this. Monsanto doesn’t want anyone to know about it.

Only 2 news mainstream media outlets covered this story and that was Washington Post Blog and Grist. The Grist gave their article a rather skewed title. (Maine’s loony Tea Party governor signs GMO-labeling law) I stopped posting from one of the farm publications, because they were urging farmers to embrace GMOs and trying very hard to convince the farmers of how safe these monsters organisms are.

As the Kennebec Journal points out: Proponents of the bill said the provision would quell concerns about an almost-certain lawsuit by industry groups and Monsanto, which vowed to challenge the laws in Maine and Connecticut on the basis that they violate the free speech and interstate commerce provisions of the U.S. Constitution.  (VN: another specious excuse for doing damage once again, and assuming we are too stupid to figure out they are lying to us about it all.  As more and more people wake up, their job gets harder and harder and now it looks like desperation reaching for what ever they can salvage.  Poor babies.)

 

So, the big Monster companies, like Monsanto make all the rules and laws. Many states are afraid of being sued by Monster Monsanto, instead of being afraid for their citizens health and well being.  (VN: I simply do not believe these states are afraid of being sued.  They are afraid of being found out by their citizens, of the states support for the killer GMO program.  That is what they are afraid of and Connecticut was not and neither is Maine.  Good for them! Vatic Note:  We have done several blogs on the Pineal Gland, and this one was great. It was far more extensive on what we can do to decalcify the gland, and how to re-activate it using food and herbs, which can go along with other re-activation steps we previously put up that were not food, or herbs, rather actions.  Combining the two should do it well.

Through poor diet, exposure to toxins, stress and modern lifestyle choices, the pineal gland becomes hardened, calcified and shuts down. To awaken this gland from its slumber, detoxification is necessary using diet and herbs, sunlight and pure water.

An important pea-sized gland

Pinecone shaped, the size of a pea and resting in the center of the brain, the pineal gland is small but powerful. It secretes melatonin, which regulates sleep/wake cycles, and serotonin, a neurotransmitter that fosters happy and balanced states of mind.

Not only crucial for a good night’s rest, melatonin also slows aging and is a potent antioxidant. It helps to protect against electromagnetic pollution as well. Moreover, individuals have reported heightened feelings of empathy while supplementing with melatonin — leading to more harmonious interpersonal relationships.

Scientists suspect that N, N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) is also produced by the pineal gland. This is the substance that gives shamanic botanicals like Psychotria viridis its hallucinatory kick. Holly Paige of Food for Consciousness, also offers a number of suggestions to help jump start the pineal gland. “Happy Tea” is one. A mixture of passion flower and St. John’s wort, the tea contains pinoline — a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI). When MAOIs are freely circulating within the system, more naturally occurring DMT is available to the brain — encouraging creative and bright mental states.

Another pineal revitalizing brew is ayahuasca. Small ‘tastes’ of this preparation (one tablespoon per day) will help to elevate mood, creativity and inspiration. Ayahuasca can be made by boiling Banisteriopsis caapi and Psychotria viridis (chakruna) with orange juice for a few hours.

Of course they need to protect their credit monopoly by creating a “world government.” This prevents any country from issuing their own credit (money) or repudiating their debt.
