Shock video out of Georgia shows police strapping down citizens accused of drunk driving before using a needle forcibly draw blood as the victim screams, “what country is this?”
The policy of police obtaining a warrant to draw blood from those merely suspected of being drunk at a DUI checkpoint or a routine traffic stop has been in place for years across many states, but to actually see it in action is disturbing.
The clip shows individuals being strapped down on a padded table at the Gwinnett County jail. Even those who show no resistance whatsoever are forcibly restrained and have their heads pressed down by an officer using his elbow.
“We all are American citizens and you guys have me strapped to a table like I’m in Guantanamo f***ing Bay,” complains another victim of the blood draw.
Mike Choroski, the man seen screaming “what country is this” as officers hold him down and take his blood without consent, is still awaiting trial, claiming that he is not guilty and there was no accident involving his vehicle.
“I’m a taxpaying American who refused something….I refused to do this….what happened to me in that room was unnessesary and nobody should have to do that,” said Choroski.
“Holding down and forcing somebody to submit to this is really intrusive in terms of that level of invasive procedure into someone’s body is ridiculous for investigating a misdemeanour,” Attorney David Boyle told Fox 5 Atlanta, describing the forced blood draws as an “unreasonable search” under the 4th Amendment.
Despite the fact that citizens can lose their drivers license for a year if they refuse a standard breathlyser test, cops can then get a warrant to forcibly draw blood, “for every DUI stop, even if there’s no accident or injury.”
In Gwinnett County, Georgia police have carried out more than 100 forced blood draws since January.
“I’m stunned, I did not know that this was legal, I did not know they could take your blood without your consent,” said a Fox 5 anchor in response to the clip, opining that the process was a violation of the 4th Amendment. (VN: Why didn't that anchor know? Who is watching as a fourth column to protect the republic? Its suppose to be the press who should have known well before the people while it was still being debated as a new law.)
Georgia is one of numerous states that enforce “no refusal” checkpoints where police can forcibly draw blood. In 2005, the Supreme Court ruled that it is not unconstitutional for the state to hold down Americans and forcefully withdraw blood. (VN: make note, another violation by our Supreme Court which is patently illegal under the Constitution based on centuries of precedence that they are choosing to ignore. The foreign occupiers of our gov now also control our courts. We are almost past time to kick these foreign loyalists out of this country like Iceland did. Soon, I can feel it.)
A January 2013 ruling affirmed that a warrant must be obtained for the process, although police could dispense with the warrant requirement in an “emergency”.

This, then, leads me to speculate that our masters are running out of time and they must stay as legal as possible, so are they trying to provoke some sort of violent response to this story? Did anyone video tape this event? Why hasn't any family members of this group that were suppose to be killed, even talked with the alternative press? Are we now going to see a new set of crisis actors pop up to support this story like we did in the previous other false flags?
That is hard for me to believe. National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently
banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a Para-military

Well, as we discussed briefly, The royalty of Europe and high up officials in government in Europe are buying land around the Denver airport. WE discussed much about the Occult, since all the same characters we just discussed are also heavily into the Occult. I don't think any one disagrees with that anymore given all the proofs we were able to provide over these past 3.5 years now.
Buying the land means they may well be coming to stay here. That is just a guess, I have no proof of that, but it does make sense since the land is near an airport where they can easily come and go from here. But why? We have asked that numerous times. Why Colorado, Denver specifically, for the New White House? Why are they abandoning Washington DC? Why is the Queen of England doing the same thing, as we proved with a link in a previous part of this series? Why such high elevations? Is London going to be flooded as well?
Then we begin seeing military maps of water encroaching on both coasts in the USA with a divide in the nation with a flooded Mississippi River and many states disappearing off the map such as Florida. There has been much that we published on the flooding issue. Is that why they are coming here?
For them its a safe haven, not only for the flood but also for their occult practices, surrounded by all the symbols at the airport, that would make them comfortable. Notice again, at the airport the burning forests in the paintings which would be a result of meteors hitting us and causing great fires.
I live in one of the states with the fires right now and described how these were not like any fires I had seen in the 17 years I had been here. I mentioned the miles high plums there were rising as if from a bomb dropping or meteor crashing. There are enormous number of fire rescue personnel here and they are having a horrible time putting these fires out. Back to our discussion on the flooding.
I believe it was in blog 4 that we showed the flooding predicted for London and DC as well as other coastal places such as the Netherlands that is actually below sea level anyway with dikes protecting it.
Are the Tyranny and Police state Tactics We are Seeing, A Distraction?
Well, we have a theory, that is all it is, however, there are "facts" surrounding the issue that seem to support the theory as a reality. We will try to cover those facts here on this part 5. If true, this would explain the brazen acts of tyranny, and repression, being done by the zionists and the leaders of most western countries without regard for the consequences. This would certainly explain it along with all the coffins being stashed around the country. Are they keeping us distracted with all this police state mess so that their "depopulation plan" will be done naturally instead of by their hand? If so, then we best prepare in those areas we saw on that military map.
The theory is that Wormwood, Nibiru, the twin star, etc, is on its way, if not already here. Its taken a while but I have gathered as much evidence as I could and facts that support it.
Example: Why have so many "pairs of Astronomers"been killed over the past few years and also a Japanese Atronomer? Why the heavy investment by 30 countries of research facilities in the Antarctic and in some cases a heavy military presence? Why was a Scientist murdered by poisoning, at one of the facilities, I believe it was a New Zealand scientist.
Why has the US obstructed New Zealands investigation into the murder? The speculation is that Nibiru or the twin dwarf star is coming from the south, and he may well have indicated he was going to warn the world. If that is the case, he would have harmed the ill intent and agenda, of the foreign occupiers of our nation.
As you can see, just in the issue of the untimely deaths of astronomers, there is plenty of reason to ask why they were killed, especially in a barren non populated area with virtually no crime or criminals. Since they were living in different parts of the world, it is prudent to assume it was astronomy related and not a coincidence. Additionally, there are scientists, astronomerswho are confirming the existance of the dwarf star/nibiru in the past.
Does Nibiru or Similar large objects really Exist?

What are some of the normal signs that would accompany the entrance into our solar system, of a large body traveling through the various meteorite, meteor, asteroid, and comet clouds, like the Ort cloud? There would be a dramatic increase in debri that would pass by our planet or even be drawn into our planet.
Has there been such an increase? Yes, there has.... we can verify that here, here, and here . I have personal experience that I reported some time back this year. Being up in the mountains in Colorado, you get to see a lot more than at sea level and this year on the way to a meeting in Durango with two others traveling with me in the car, we saw three large meteors traversing across the sky.
They were miles and miles away, but huge and left tails that were long. They did not land in the USA, but we believe they crashed into the ocean somewhere or passed by us completely like a sling shot miss. In my entire long life I have never seen such an event. I was in awe of the experience.
Another indicator is the increase in Comets and asteroids entering our solar system and again, as we know, we have had such an increase here and here

If all these comets come from a brown dwarf, we should see other debris flying through the solar system and not just comets...the numbers of increased fireballs should parallel the increases in comet numbers but only if said object has interacted with Kuiper belt and even the asteroid belt.
If a large object is the single cause the fireballs should show up later than the comets as something coming into the solar system then the fireball appearances should run behind the comet appearances. Which is the exact trend this video shows you. ( VN: This video is the very best one making the case for a large Object slinging these objects toward us. It would also explain why Russia has built 5,000 bunkers in Moscow in 2012, and openly discuss on TV news, preparations for citizens, for the arrival of a large body they call Nibiru, Why?)
OK, lets assume this is true, then the next question is "Why would Russia prepare their people through news broadcasts and building bunkers for their people, and our country would not?" That question leads us back to what is called "an opportunity crisis". "Why haven't our leaders either here or in the European Union prepared and built bunkers for their citizens? Why haven't they announced it on the MSM like Russia has done and aided them in preparation activities?"
Rahm Emmanuals' "Never let a Good Crisis Go to Waste"! Well, we have definitely covered the flooding potential, the reasons for it, since a large body coming in proximity to our sun and our planet would definitely have consequences in affecting our planet. As we showed in previous parts, earthquakes have increased, sink holes are growing and swallowing up whole houses and buildings. So why?
It has to do with Rahm Emmanuals edict, "never let a good crisis go to waste". Remember, these satanic zionists hate Christians and massacred millions of them in Russia, but this is a way to rid them of us, through natural means by not aiding us in preparations. The only preparations they have done is for after the fact, when there are bodies all around. Why they even have CAFR accounts of unrestricted funds they can rely on when the crisis is over and they can continue on as if nothing happened financially.
ITS ALSO AN OPPORTUNITY, THAT IF THE EVENT DOES NOT DO DAMAGE NEEDED FOR THE FOREIGN OCCUPIERS OF OUR GOV, THEY CAN THEN COMMAND THEIR SPACE WEAPONS TO MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE, OR USE IT FOR COVER TO KILL US OFF. I do not know if that is their agenda, but their behavior around this whole issue leaves very little room for other explanations. And their exhibited lack of humanity contributes greatly to that conclusion.
This is what they think, not what is a fact. They have been wrong and caught on so many of their miscalculations, that it would be the same for this. Yes, there will be earth changes, and yes, there will be a need to prepare, but not an extinction level event. In fact, I do not believe, based on the Mayan shamans predictions, that anything close to the number they prepared coffins for is realistic.
Remember, these satanic elite Zionists are "fearful" and have an agenda which is a Satanic New World Order, run under Satan and his mechanisms for soul harvesting, slavery, and control. Because they are fear based, they use fear against us, thinking we are the same way and we are not. Depopulation is part of their agenda for purposes of control.
So, in their minds, if millions will die from this event that is natural and not man made, that is even better for them, and reduces the risk of their being criminally liable for such depopulation activities. Their inability to use nukes has made the WW III option for depopulating a non-sequetor. By the same token, if little damage, they still have the option, IF WE DO NOT REACH THEM SOONER, to use their space weapons to finish the job.
So, that is why they have provided safe underground facilities for themselves, but not for the rest of us. They will take those whom they trust and need, with them, and the rest of us can simply go away. Do not go into fear over this, because this event will not be near as bad as it has been in the past or as they are projecting in their own fearful minds.
IN CONCLUSION
This happens every 3600 years, and we have records of just how bad it can be, but the Mayan Shaman says not to fear, "ITS THE RETURN OF THE ANCESTORS AND WISEMEN". Could this be why no nuke false flags have been done? Are they already here in advance of the planet? And some Astronomers have said, its coming from the south, which is why the Antarctic was chosen to follow its progress, and not from the elliptic which means a lot less damage.
We will be in control above ground and they are more at risk below ground as the sink holes, earthquakes and meteors have proven. Think about the plates changing, shifting etc. And above ground we can find safe havens from all that, while below ground they are trapped. We must not give up, rather begin to plan and store food, water and other essentials. Try to identify entrances, vents, etc of those underground, before the arrival of the planet, and that way after the event you will be informed and have choices you can make about what to do about them afterwards.
The final question will be, "If we survive, then what do we do about those underground who have made this planet a living hell, right now? I leave that question up to you to contemplate and ponder. Its one that will be answered locally and depending on your remaining people left behind who survived.

I would say at this point, if you live in a big city, begin looking for routes out of the city and identify a place to go inland and up into mountains if possible. Begin working on that search right away.

While I have referenced and discussed very many books; some pro
theism some contra theism and pro atheism some contra atheism some
betwixt.
Yet, there is one anti-religion book that surpasses them all by far—very, very far.
Yes, there is one anti-religion book in particular that I have been
aware of for some time but have, frankly, not developed the intestinal
fortitude to tackle.
This book is so very anti-religion and makes such cutting statements
against religion that, when discussing such matters, it is often all but
ignored by both atheists and Christian apologists.
As powerful and destructive of the whole concept of religion as this
book is it will, at some point, have to be tackle by someone.
I am not even writing this post as an announcement of triumph over
the book’s arguments but merely to all but admit utter flummoxed defeat.
It surely requires a mind much, much sharper mine to tackle this book.
Compared to what is surely required to overturn this book’s attacks upon
religion my mind is about as sharp as a Nerf ball.
This “book” is actually a volume which consists of the thoughts of
one conceiver and was penned by 40 authors. Thus, the volume actually
consists of 66 books.
This book typically goes by the title: The Bible.
Here are some examples of the Bible’s anti-religion statements:
"This people draws near with words only and honors me with
their lips alone, though their hearts are far from me, and their
reverence for me has become routine observances of the precepts of men"(Isaiah 29:13, Jesus quotes this verse in Matthew 15:8).
"Has the LORD [as] [great] delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices,
as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than
sacrifice, [And] to heed than the fat of rams" (1st Samuel 15:22).
“To what purpose [is] the multitude of your sacrifices to Me?” Says
the LORD. “I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams. And the fat of
fed cattle. I do not delight in the blood of bulls, Or of lambs or
goats…Bring no more futile sacrifices; Incense is an abomination to Me.
The New Moons, the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies—I cannot
endure iniquity and the sacred meeting…Put away the evil of your doings
from before My eyes. Cease to do evil, Learn to do good; Seek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, Plead for the widow”(see
Isaiah 1:11-17).
"For I desire mercy and not sacrifice, And the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings"(Hosea 6:6, also see 2:11; 4:6).
The Psalmist addresses God thusly,
"Sacrifice and offering You did not desire; my ears You
have opened. Burnt offering and sin offering You did not require"(Psalm
40:6).

delight in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a
broken and a contrite heart—these, O God, You will not despise" (Psalms

Also,
"To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice" (Proverbs 21:3).
"…to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices" (Mark 12:33).
There actually appears to be one favorable reference to religion in the Bible and it is when it is defined thusly,
"Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is
this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself
unspotted from the world" (James 1:27)
But wait a minute; did not God Himself establish the Jewish religion
and the Christian religion? Did not God promulgate the 613 commandments (which a Jew never had to keep)
many of which prescribe religious ordinances? Did not God ordain
baptism, communion, etc.? What about elders, priests, pastors, etc.?
Therefore, God established and later besmirch religion!
This would be a good emotive/polemical point yet, overly simplistic and caricatured.
Christians, when allowed the privilege of defining themselves, have
long stated that Christianity is not a religion but a relation—a
relationship with God.
Judaism is to be considered a peoplehood, people who traditionally held to certain tenets. Let us consider some Jewish history.
Vatic Note: This is up because since this has happened, there were over 100 different protests across the country over this event. Now, will it do any good? We don't know, but if no one is fired, arrested, prosecuted for such violations of the Constitution and Bill of Rights and perjury, a serious felony, is allowed to be covered up and to take place, then we no longer have anything resembling a justice system by the foreign occupiers and controllers of our nation.
In many ways we find out just what does work, if there are no actions taken consistant with the breaking of the law, then we know that protesting doesn't work and after that are a whole raft of actions we can take as Oregon proved with the outrageous Monsanto protection act that is a direct assault upon the health and life of the average American and that also is a felony.
We need to start calling these things what they are.... felony crimes with very long jail sentences and they can be prosecuted at the state level since jurisdiction resides in criminal cases with the various states. When the court gave the order to destroy the beet crops, the fed court stepped in and overturned it. That is when the people took the matter of justice into their own hands and burned 2 major fields of sugar beets and that was 40 tons of beets, a lot of beets. They did it in the dark of night and used hand pulling of the crops and then burned them. And they did not get caught.
What the federal court did was to aid and abet the agricorps in felony assault and murder with respect to these seeds and beets. That means the judges who ruled that way are now criminals as well and subject to the exact same sentence as the original criminals they sought to protect from their crime. Its been proven these GMO's attack human organs, felony assault intentionally, since they know. If someone dies from it, its felony murder. A death penalty in some states.
Now at some point, Justice will cry out to be done. One way or the other. And lets take a look at some of those vulnerabilities these asset holders have and will have to spend their ill gotten gains in banking and fascist corporate thieving, drug running and money laundering, to protect those assets, FOREVER. And what if millions decide not to pay their taxes? Then those same bankers will hve to pony up the money for that protection themselves since they won't be able to steal it from the non paying tax payer.
We are not there yet, but once the people finally get that this is never going to change if we leave it as it is, then and only then will this begin. Once a sleeping giant is awoken, there is no putting him back to sleep. What allowed these people to get this far in their extortion, sex slave trade revenues, chemtrail poisoning, embezzlement, and out right theft, was the "trust" that the people erroneously placed in their elected officials. I found that out with SENATOR BENNETT'S OFFICE IN COLORADO. IF his staff represents his attitude, then he is already a traitor and does not care that we know about it. Same with Senator Udall of Colorado.
Everyone is going to have to check out their own senators and then publically on every blog list them truthfully with what they have done in allowing these crimes against the American people. A lot of Nuremberg trails are going to have to take place and get justice from those we elected and instead are working for a foreign country in their best interests and against our own. STart the collecting of this info now. Notify in writing by either email or snail mail and keep a copy with a signature requested, of all the wrong doing you are seeing and we can prove. That is the foundation for beginning to take these issues into our own hands.

That’s
the core issue in the great public debate this summer, as Americans
come to the realization that their government has concocted a system of
laws violative of the natural law, profoundly repugnant to the
Constitution and shrouded in secrecy.
The liberty of which I write is the right to privacy: the right to be
left alone. The framers jealously and zealously guarded this right by
imposing upon government agents intentionally onerous burdens before
letting them invade it. They did so in the Fourth Amendment, using
language that permits the government to invade that right only in the
narrowest of circumstances.
The linchpin of those circumstances is “probable cause” of evidence
of crime in “the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be
seized.” If the government cannot tell a judge specifically what
evidence of crime it is looking for and precisely from whom, a judge may
not issue a search warrant, and privacy – the natural human yearning
that comes from within all of us – will remain where it naturally
resides, outside the government’s reach.
Congress is the chief culprit here, because it has enacted laws that
have lowered the constitutional bar the feds must meet for judges to
issue search warrants. And it has commanded that this be done in secret. And I mean secret.
Vatic Note: Ok, lets think about this carefully. This short piece had some incredible information in it, that should cause us to ponder. At 2:38 UTC Tuesday morning (local time) a Russian Progress-M heavy lift rocket carrying three GLONASS navigation/positioning satellites exploded shortly after lifting off from the pad at Baikonur Cosmodrome. The event was captured on a live Russian news feed, seen on this video.
No word yet on whether there were any injuries or notaccording to NASASpaceflight.com, no casualties have been reported but the Progress rocket debris may have landed near another pad used by ILS (International Launch Services) — a U.S./Russian joint venture for commercial launches.
According to Anatoly Zak at RussianSpaceWeb.com, “since the emergency cutoff of the first stage engines is blocked during the first 42 seconds of the flight to ensure that the rocket clears the launch complex, the vehicle continued flying with its propulsion system firing practically until the impact on the ground.”
