At 9:02 a.m. on April 19, 1995, a huge truck bomb destroyed a large part of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, damaging more than 300 other buildings and killing 168 people, including 19 children at a day-care center. The bombing was the deadliest terror attack America had experienced before the 9/11 assault and, understandably, caused a public outcry for justice.

In a matter of days the FBI established that the bombing was the work of a conspiracy. While that word may not always sit well with journalists, conspiracies are the rule, not the exception, when it comes to perpetrating such crimes. According to the Center on Law and Security at Fordham University, which tracks federal terrorism cases, 92% of all federal indictments for such cases since 2001 contained a conspiracy charge.

In a five-four ruling this week, the supreme court decided that anyone can be strip-searched upon arrest for any offense, however minor, at any time. This horror show ruling joins two recent horror show laws: the NDAA, which lets anyone be arrested forever at any time, and HR 347, the "trespass bill", which gives you a 10-year sentence for protesting anywhere near someone with secret service protection. These criminalizations of being human follow, of course, the mini-uprising of the Occupy movement.

Is American strip-searching benign? The man who had brought the initial suit, Albert Florence, described having been told to "turn around. Squat and cough. Spread your cheeks." He said he felt humiliated: "It made me feel like less of a man."

In surreal reasoning, justice Anthony Kennedy explained that this ruling is necessary because the 9/11 bomber could have been stopped for speeding. How would strip searching him have prevented the attack? Did justice Kennedy imagine that plans to blow up the twin towers had been concealed in a body cavity? In still more bizarre non-logic, his and the other justices' decision rests on concerns about weapons and contraband in prison systems. But people under arrest – that is, who are not yet convicted – haven't been introduced into a prison population.

Dr. Vlail Kaznacheyev is Director of the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Novosibirsk.  (VN:  I believe that is in Russia) 

For 20 years he has been directing highly unusual experiments with twin cell cultures. These experiments are vital to understanding disease and healing on a more fundamental basis than is presently utilized by orthodox medical science.
 

The Kaznacheyev experiments (several thousand) in the Soviet Union proved conclusively that any cellular disease or death pattern can be transmitted electromagnetically, and induced in target cells absorbing the radiation.

In the experiments, two sealed containers were placed side by side, with a thin optical window separating them. The two containers were completely environmentally shielded except for the optical coupling.

A tissue was separated into two identical samples, and one sample placed in each of the two halves of the apparatus.
 

The cells in one sample (on one side of the glass) were then subjected to a deleterious agent - a selected virus, bacterial infection, chemical poison, nuclear radiation, deadly ultraviolet radiation, etc. This led to disease and death of the exposed/infected cell culture sample.

If the thin optical window was made of ordinary window glass, the uninfected cells on the other side of the window were undamaged and remained healthy. This of course was as expected in the orthodox medical view. However, if the thin optical window was made of quartz, a most unexpected thing happened. Some time (usually about 12 hours) after the disease appeared in the infected sample, the same features of disease appeared in the uninfected sample.

This startling "infection by optical coupling" occurred in a substantial percentage of the tests (70 to 80 percent). From an orthodox medical view, these results were unexpected and unheard of.

In a shocking display of the police state and the creeping push towards actual martial law, heavily armed military officers in black helicopters swooped through downtown Chicago in what was billed as a routine military exercise.

Up to three Blackhawk Helicopters flew in formation and separately around downtown office buildings and apartments for at least three hours.

A report by the local Chicago Fox affiliate was surprisingly unconvinced by the military’s claims that these exercises had nothing to do with the upcoming NATO Summit:

The city’s Office of Emergency Management and Communications on Monday announced that Chicago is the site of a military training exercise this week involving personnel and at least three helicopters.

But the bland press release from City Hall did nothing to prepare folks for the jarring scene that unfolded Monday evening.

“It was frightening,” Jessica Hill said. “I was definitely alarmed.”

At least three Blackhawk helicopters flying at time in close order formation – at other times separating fairly widely – zoomed around office and residential towers for several hours.

“I was pretty amazed,” Felise Llano said, “because they were definitely military.”

A quick look through the various videos of these helicopters flying very low to the ground throughout the city shows just how out of control this country has become.

Explosive: Monsanto ‘Knowingly Poisoned Workers’ Causing Devastating Birth Defects

Vatic Note:  Now this below has me a bit confused.  Bear with me while I try to sort through all this.  Monsanto GMO has been in the US longer than its been in Argentina and most anywhere else.  So, if they are having this kind of serious birth defects directly attributible to Monsanto, then how come we haven't heard anything about our farmers and small ranchers in the same condition???  Either our mainstream press are once again betraying those they were suppose to serve, "We, the people", by knowing and not telling us,  or Argentina is getting special treatment and much worse results.    Or, it could be a full blown hoax.  It could be part of the fear program agenda the elite have to get us to make mistakes and go violent.  I honestly don't know, but I think seeking out our own farmers and finding out if this is the case for them, and if it is, then we must make it public to the sheep.  Its the only way to go. It states in this article that Monsanto knows that their glosophate (sp?) KILLS KIDNEY CELLS, that means murder if a citizen is unable to obtain a kidney transplant.  Round them up.

Then we must do a citizens arrest of all owners and executives of Monsanto since the definition of murder, is knowingly without disclosure selling something "they know" kills those that will  ingest it. Its felony murder in the first degree....  hello,  that is a death penalty crime in some states.  So, this needs to go beyond civil and a citizens grand jury is a great way to start that ball rolling  (citizens grand jury was one of Vatic Projects "people to people" initiatives strategy and tactics for fighting these perverts.

Once the grand jury has issued a Bill of Indictment, then it must go to the prosecutor for follow up, then the prosecutors who view the indictment and evidence, who refuse to prosecute, then become accessories after the fact and suffer the same penalty.  LOOK, EITHER THE SYSTEM WORKS OR IT DOESN'T AND IF IT DOESN'T, THEN "MEANS" OTHER THAN THE SYSTEM, MUST BE CONSIDERED AND USED.  What did the French do..... In a developing news piece just unleashed by a courthouse news wire, Monsanto is being brought to court by dozens of Argentinean tobacco farmers who say that the biotech giant knowingly poisoned them with herbicides and pesticides and subsequently caused ”devastating birth defects” in their children.

The farmers are now suing not only Monsanto on behalf of their children, but many big tobacco giants as well. The birth defects that the farmers say occurred as a result are many, and include cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, psychomotor retardation, missing fingers, and blindness.

The farmers come from small family-owned farms in Misiones Province and sell their tobacco to many United States distributors. The family farmers say that major tobacco companies like the Philip Morris company asked them to use Monsanto’s herbicides and pesticides, assuring them that the products were safe.

Why is it that between 25% and 50% of people report feeling overwhelmed or burned out at work?

It's not just the number of hours we're working, but also the fact that we spend too many continuous hours juggling too many things at the same time.

What we've lost, above all, are stopping points, finish lines and boundaries. Technology has blurred them beyond recognition. Wherever we go, our work follows us, on our digital devices, ever insistent and intrusive. It's like an itch we can't resist scratching, even though scratching invariably makes it worse.

Tell the truth: Do you answer email during conference calls (and sometimes even during calls with one other person)? Do you bring your laptop to meetings and then pretend you're taking notes while you surf the net? Do you eat lunch at your desk? Do you make calls while you're driving, and even send the occasional text, even though you know you shouldn't?

The biggest cost — assuming you don't crash — is to your productivity. In part, that's a simple consequence of splitting your attention, so that you're partially engaged in multiple activities but rarely fully engaged in any one. In part, it's because when you switch away from a primary task to do something else, you're increasing the time it takes to finish that task by an average of 25 per cent.

Another False Flag? How do we Know? War Games!

Vatic Note: Ok, Wondered when this was going to come down on us. Lets look at all the indications that this is a false flag by the internationalist illuminati zionist bankers. Keep in mind these are satanists. So, LETS ASK OURSELVES SOME SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT THESE EVENTS. FOR INSTANCE:

1. Does natural phenomena practice killing off only certain species at certain times??? Birds first, then fish, then crabs, then dolphins, then other creatures but all from the same animal group? Well, if you are trying to test your WMD progressively on various species of animals, leading up to mammals, then humans at the end, you have to do this from the lowest to highests without killing any humans during dry runs or the game is up. 


 Also instilling fear is a crucial part of it all.  Thats why all the rumblings and noises and flashing lights.  FEAR IS A NECESSARY PART OF THEIR GAME.  Its what feeds them.  Remember, these are members of the "WALKING DEAD" or Zombies with no soul.

2.  If you accept that the power brokers (psychos) are anal retentive and control freaks, then this would fit with that description.   They practice everything to death before using it on the actual event for which it was intended.  9-11 comes to mind.   First the bombing in the twin towers back in 1992, and then the OKC bombing and both had flaws that were fixed for 9-11.   That way they get to see and plan for any contingencies not accounted for.  They have no creativity or spontaneity so they are stuck practicing, practicing, practicing and fixing.   They always get found out because they don't have enough sense to know its their lack of adaptability to unforeseen circumstances that gives them away.

3.  The third thing you have to consider is "What is the agenda?" or is there one?  That could send us down rabbit holes galore.  First of all, there is proof from their own mouths that depopulation is one of those agendas.  Instead of simply killing us outright with weapons of mass destruction, they pretend it was all an accident, like the vaccines for instance.  But then one of the inbred big mouths spill the beans by admitting they are using the vaccines to sterilize the population.  Surprised that man is still alive for admitting such to the public, so he must be the illegit son of either Rockefeller or Rothschild or he would have been terminated for letting that cat out of the bag.  I am talking about Gates. 

4.  Finally, notice the pre-event lead up through press releases and prepackaged marketing tools to try and extract as much fear prior to the event, that they can get.   Becuase these are satanists they are forced to comply with the "free agency" feature of choice and notify us through movies, TV programming, or News casts of the "impending doom" heading our way.   That way, if we do not respond or react, then we are choosing to accept what they have planned.  

In their perverted sick little way, they see that as having fullfilled that agency requirement.  Notice that has been going on regularly since 9-11 and its no longer working.  This below is one of those attempts to tell us what they plan and have us do something about it.   Check it out and see if you agree, if not tell us about in the comments section.

Vatic Note:  Don't you just love these propoganda machines?  This is such a disinfo piece, and I can't believe they are even trying this on us.   I would be laughing so hard, if it wasn't so insulting.  LOL  Bin Laden was buried back in Dec 2001 in Afghanistan, and they are using this article below to supposedly expose the lie of burial at sea,  USING THE ASSUMPTION that the "kill" this past year was legitimate.  Forgot to mention.... The entire seal team that was suppose to have killed Bin Laden were killed in a helicaptor attack, ALL OF THEM DIED.  Further, back in 2002, january,  I read middle east papers talking about the middle east leaders who were going to attend Bin Laden's funeral in Afghanistan.   Now  killing a whole team of seals just doesn't happen normally.  They were offed to keep them silent as if we did not already know he was dead back in 12 of 2001,

This also proves what Vatic project has been saying that "Anonymous" is a psych-ops funded disinfo and deflection site to keep ANYONE ELSE FROM HACKING INTO THE GOV AND BANKING FACILITIES.  If we believe its being done by someone else, we won't bother doing it.  Very clever indeed. Its even worse because of all the research and evidence now gathered on who did 9-11 which was mentioned in that same think tank paper, is pretty indicting and clear.  Now we know why Chertoff wrote into the Patriot Act, immunity for Israel for anything she might have done on 9-11.  When you understand that the Patriot Act was written before 9-11, you understand that means 9-11 was planned in advance and the perpetrators (Israel) were aided by traitors within our country.   In fact, Netanyahu made the incredibly insensitive statement that 9-11 was good for Israel.   They are arrogant enough to basically brag about it. The fate of Osama bin Laden's remains have been called into question after emails leaked from an intelligence analysis firm say the body of the terror leader was actually sent to the U.S. for cremation.

Vatic Note:  Let me begin by saying the photo below is not of the woman of this story.  Its simply a picture of a midwife after delivering a baby.  But it serves the purpose of showing just how innocuous such a woman is and thus no  threat to anyone.  In fact, to many women, she would be a comfort.  If I had had children I would have definitely gone midwife.   Add this story to the one we did of the chicken owner on his property, legally, who ended up blowing up his property and himself, and this is simply going to get worse, not any better.  So, its time to start thinking outside the box.... (NaturalNews) Though she has reportedly assisted in the successful delivery of more than 1,700 babies, 400 of which were born in their families' homes, 49-year-old Ireena Keeslar, a former obstetrics nurse-turned-midwife, was recently arrested on charges of practicing midwifery without a license. And at her hearing in LaGrange County, Indiana, on April 9, 2012, more than 100 supporters of all ages came out to protest her incarceration, and take a stand for women's birthing rights.

Practicing midwifery in the state of Indiana without being a licensed nurse is currently illegal, which makes it extremely difficult not only for midwives like Keeslar to practice, but also for women who prefer a more personalized and natural form of childbirth to receive the proper care of their choice. 

Even certified practical midwifery and direct-entry midwifery are illegal in the Hoosier State, which greatly limits women's birthing options there.

According to BlogHer.com, Keeslar was arrested in the early morning of Saturday, March 31, for no specific reason other than that authorities had found out about her practice and decided to pursue her. Keeslar's many years of experience as an obstetrics nurse are technically not enough to satisfy the legal requirements of Indiana for midwifery, even though she had never reportedly had any issues with deliveries -- to the contrary, her services were in high demand all across rural, northeastern Indiana, where home births are common and growing in popularity.  (VN:  Whatever you push for,  alludes you and acts like a demagatized event.   It pushes away that which you seek,  and that is why midwifery is increasing in demand, becuase the powers that be are pushing in the opposite direction,  that which you put out will attract to you instead.... The Internet is rapidly being transformed into a Big Brother control grid where privacy rights are being systematically strangled to death.  The control freaks that run things have become absolutely obsessed with watching, tracking, monitoring and recording virtually everything that you do on the Internet.  One thing that you can count on is that nothing you do on the Internet will everbe private again.  In fact, if you are obsessed with privacy then the last place you want to be is on the Internet.  Most Americans have absolutely no idea how far Internet surveillance has advanced in the past few years.  At this point, it would be hard to imagine any place less private than the Internet.  Do not ever put anything on the Internet that you would not want the authorities or your employer to hold you accountable for.  Basically, the Internet is creating a permanent dossier on each one of us, and we contribute to this process by freely posting gigantic volumes of information about ourselves on social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter.  The Internet is the greatest tool for mass communication that the world has perhaps ever seen, and it gives average citizens the ability to communicate with each other like never before, but there is also a downside to using the Internet.  Everything that we do on the Internet is being watched, monitored and recorded and there is no longer any such thing as Internet privacy.  If you think that you still have any privacy on the Internet, then you are either ignorant of what is going on or you are being delusional.

The gains in social awareness have been substantial, and yet the obstacles are incredible. Unprecedented. As an activist trend, we have an almost obsessive drive to draw back the curtain so that the public has at least the opportunity to see what is on the other side. Vatic Note:  We have done a number of blogs on Iceland and how they handled their crisis.  They kicked all the bankers out of the country and prosecuted those that would not leave, then they kicked their politicians out of office and got in those who were not owned by the Rothschild/British cabal.  One of the blogs was named "The Mouse that Roared", as well as others.   Well, they were in recovery economically since they did all that.  Now this and I suspect it was based on the fact that those mortgages were not done with any real assets that require repayment.   The bankers simply printed up the notes and never put up real money to lend.  They simply created it out of thin air.  Thus, there never was a real transaction of equal weight.  Smart people and I believe this will be a good move for them.  We will see if it contributes to their continued recovery.  If it works, then we know what will work here as well.   We received this from Eileen of National Coalition of Organized Women and she is associated with the Vaccine Liberation Army and here is what she had to say....

This little country has been listening to the people. First they refused to pay their international debt which was foisted on them by global negotiations. Now, their mortgage debt has been forgiven. If small countries like this followed suit…the world will be a very different place.

The government of Iceland has forgiven the mortgage debt for much of its population. This nation chose a very different way of stopping the crisis from the rest of European countries. It decided to hear the requests of the population and to put politicians and bankers on the bench of the accused three years after their financial excesses would sink one of the most prosperous economies in 2008. teleSUR
