Vatic Note:  Not a word by the protestors of the CAFR funds sitting in the government Wall Street Brokerage accounts feeding those same non paying and non citizenship "corporate pigs at the trough" the trading fees.   Those moneys are not considered tax payer funds by either the governments or the bankers because they were generated by private revenue generating activities,  like parking fees, prison contracts, etc. And yet, the expenses for those same activities are taken out of our taxes  that is used to pay for them.   Its a slave situation.  Socializing the costs of doing business, while privatizing the profits of doing business.  I DO NOT BLOODY THINK SO ANYMORE.   So when budget time comes around THE ONLY REVENUE THEY CONSIDER IS TAX REVENUE.  Its time to CRASH the Rothschild EMPIRE. 

What?  With literally billions sitting in state and local coffers, they say they have to raise taxes to meet budget shortfalls????  LIARS, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ARE LIARS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE.  Damn that makes me mad.  But then, they have a sign on the wall in Israel at the offices of Mossad that celebrates "deception" AS A LEGIT TACTIC.... Deception is a nice word for LIARS.   I don't know about you guys, but I literally do not trust a single institution in Government anymore at all, and definitely not in corporations and especially not in wall street brokerage houses or owned banks like Wells fargo and BOA.   We should be SHUTTING THEM DOWN, NATIONALIZE THEM, KICK THE BANKERS OUT OF THE COUNTRY,  (THE ONES WE DON'T ARREST AND THROW IN JAIL) AND RECOVER OUR OWN ECONOMY JUST LIKE ICELAND DID FOR DOING WHAT I SUGGEST. 

And because they committed crimes we  confiscate their assets UNDER THE RICO ACT, just like they do to drug dealers and that will make up any short fall.  Then get off fiat currency, find another method or currency standard worth something,  and then do our own credit, print our own currency, and charge ourselves no interest if we have to borrow from ourselves.  That would work..

The concept of a land for the Jews of the former Soviet Union came to fruition in the establishment of an autonomous region, Birobidzhan. What happened to it and its brief history is really not amazing as we look backwards in time. We might just have expected it to turn out as it did.

Birobidzhan is an area in the southern part of the former Soviet Far East bordered by the river Amur which constituted the border between the Soviet Union and Manchuria. With an area of 34,000 square kilometers, Birobidzhan is larger than Holland and Belgium combined, or simply put, larger than the present borders of Israel.

The climate is cold and dry in the winters, and rainy in the summers. The area is rich in natural resources, containing coal, iron, tin, copper, asbestos and gold. In 1929, 53% of the area was covered with thick virgin forests, 16% were swamplands, and 14% were meadowlands.

The STEREO (Ahead) spacecraft caught a large coronal mass ejection as it roared away from the Sun and out into space in the opposite direction from Earth (Feb. 26-28, 2011). The bright cloud of particles was one of most substantial eruptions that STEREO has observed. The major blast was followed by a much narrower and less bright one. The video clip covers a little more than two days. In these corongraph images, the Sun is blocked out by the red occulting disk and the size of the Sun is represented by the white circle.

Vatic Note:  I had a hard time writing this vatic note this time.  So, I am trying again.  Why are they being treated with drugs that have been associated with suicides,  random unplanned acts of violence, and lone gunman murder?   Do I believe the gov and their masters and foreign occupiers are trying to weaken our military?  Yes, but why?  I don't know.   Speculation again would be as follows:   1.  The super highway has already been started once gain, resistance will be strong against it,  our military weakened could be an excuse to then bring in foreign troops since our military has already said it would not fire on American citizens.    2.  It could be to globalize all military with little or no resistance from US forces.    3.  It could be to prevent our military who are out of service from training our civilians in case of rebellion.   Its a guess, but its not because our military is humanitarian at the highest levels.... Gates proves that as does Petreas.    Your guess.  All I know is I am seeing more and more treason every day.    We have had record numbers of suicides in our military surpassing even the civilian rate which had never happened before.

And 2010 was going to be the beginning of the chaos and drama between the US and Mexico and both of those got thwarted because of the net getting the mistakes made out to the public thereby killing these false flags.

The vaccine was outted by those sent to Europe which were all tainted with a live avian virus, and the zeta's outted by this capture of weapons and uniforms and the unorganized citizen militia killing two zeta's who were trying to cross the border immediately after killing a Rancher on his ranch. Even after all of that above that I mention, the gov continued to allow all this to happen. In fact they even closed off a US forest area to Americans while allowing Illegals, whether drugs or human cargo, to get through and the forest area was a safe haven where they could rest before continuing on. Amazing, the treason we saw during this time. These areas are still off limits to Americans. In what is being described as the first ever and most comprehensive study of the effects of genetically modified foods on mammalian health, researchers have linked organ damage with consumption of Monsanto’s GM maize.

Three varieties of Monsanto’s GM corn – Mon 863, insecticide-producing varieties of Monsanto’s GM corn – Mon 863, insecticide-producing Mon 810, and Roundup® herbicide-absorbing NK 603 – were approved for consumption by US, European and several other national food safety authorities. The data used for this approval, ironically, is the same data that independent researchers studied to make the organ damage link.

The Committee of Independent Research and Information on Genetic Engineering (CRIIGEN) and Universities of Caen and Rouen obtained Monsanto’s confidential raw data of its 2002 feeding trials on rats after a European court made it public in 2005.

One such example is where the author, Alexander Zaitchik, confines the whole subject of population control and eugenics into his personal interpretation of a “Henry Kissinger memo,” presumably referring to National Security Memorandum 200, in which Kissinger outlines the plan to use food scarcity as a weapon in order to achieve population reduction in lesser-developed countries.

Despite the fact that the memo directly states Kissinger’s goal to use food as a weapon in the interests of “curbing the numbers of LDC people,” (lesser-developed countries), Zaitchik defines this as “little more than government officials beginning to grapple with the strategic implications of runaway population growth.”

Now, a government advisory board in Austin, joined by a team of citizen groups, is asking the city council there to tell the federal Transportation Security Administration that the government can keep its invasive airport pat-down procedures and nude-imaging scanners, and they’ll keep their privacy.

The Pakistan Observer recently reported that hundreds of US, British and French special forces have arrived to East Libya as "advisers" for the anti-Gaddaffi rebels, on the night of 23/2 near the eastern Libyan cities of Benghazi and Tobruk.

The Special Forces might be working with militias tied to National Front for the Salvation of Libya (NFSL). The CIA apparently supported this opposition group in the 1984 failed coup against Gaddaffi.

That's more than I can say for the Bohemian Grove baptized "Magog",  Bush Sr. et al or his family and various allies here in this country.  Not to mention his  allies the Khazar's who have done the opposite in their country by taking water away from their citizens (Palestinians) for racist reasons which are anti-semitic. Has anyone seen any story like this in the Mainstream press???? Can anyone from Libya confirm this story?? OH, Gee, I just confirmed it from THE FOREIGN PRESS..... what a surprise. No wonder we appear to be so dumb.
