Alert: Deep Water Horizon moments after the explosion by Dr. Tru Ott
Update info: 6/19/10 - as you noticed, we notified you of the missing video back on 6/16. All we had left was the picture of the fire and we are unsure how long the video had been down, but now today we saw something that was not there for all the time that only the picture had been up, and that is a purple line running through the fire and water. We work this site many times a day as you can probably imagine, and we knew there was no artifact on that picture during all that time until today. That means someone messed with it between last night when we signed off and this morning when we signed back on again, the purpose is to make it appear to be a camera anomoly rather than what we described above the video as to what we actually saw and there are witnesses to those two beams which did not move when the camera moved and that is a big indicator that the anomoly was NOT in the camera. and now because of that effort on someones part, to cover up something that would implicate the government in this crime, we now are certain that the space ship launched around the same time as the blow out is what certainly did the deed. Dr. Otts observation about the type of weapon makes perfect sense. Mr. Salduchi's observation of the platform hole also, added to Dr. Ott, makes sense as well. There simply is no other explanation.

On Sunday the Israeli Naval Forces seized a Flotilla of six ship carrying humanitarian supplies to the people of Gaza known as the Free Gaza Flotilla. Vatic Note: UPDATE: Just received two very revealing videos: one video is a series of press clips that are telling, but one slip up by a military spokes person was confirmed tonight by a second video. The first she said that BP was the military's "partner", caught herself and reniged on the term. She was wearing a military uniform. The second video shows some guys fishing out there when the rig caught fire. What was strange about it were the two blue beams of light coming down from the sky and no matter how the boat moved etc, those two beams of light never diviated from that rig THEREFORE IT WASN'T A REFLECTION. I then remembered when it first happened, the same time the news told us about a super secret military space mission with a super secret high tech space ship and space weaponry and I wrote about it wondering if that is what did the rig. Some people have referred to it as the "secret government" of the United States. It is not an elected body, it does not involve itself in public disclosures, and it even has a quasi-secret budget in the billions of dollars. This government organization has more power than the President of the United States or the Congress, it has the power to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them without trial, it can seize property, food supplies, transportation systems, and can suspend the Constitution. Not only is it the most powerful entity in the United States, but it was not even created under Constitutional law by the Congress. It was a product of a Presidential Executive Order. No, it is not the U.S. Military nor the Central Intelligence Agency, they are subject to Congress. The organization is called FEMA, which stands for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Originally conceived in the Richard Nixon Administration, it was refined by President Jimmy Carter and given teeth in the Ronald Reagan and George Bush Administrations. FEMA had one original concept when it was created, to assure the survivability of the United States government in the event of a nuclear attack on this nation. It was also provided with the task of being a federal co-ordinating body during times of domestic disasters, such as earthquakes, floods and hurricanes. Its awesome powers grew under the tutelage of people like Lt. Col. Oliver North and General Richard Secord, the architects on the Iran-Contra scandal and the looting of America's savings and loan institutions. FEMA has even been given control of the State Defense Forces, a rag-tag, often considered neo-Nazi, civilian army that will substitute for the National Guard, if the Guard is called to duty overseas.
THE MOST POWERFUL ORGANIZATION IN THE UNITED STATES
Though it may be the most powerful organization in the United States, few people know it even exists. But it has crept into our private lives. Even mortgage papers contain FEMA's name in small print if the property in question is near a flood plain. FEMA was deeply involved in the Los Angeles riots [1992] and the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in the San Francisco Bay Area. Some of the black helicopter traffic reported throughout the United States, but mainly in the West, California, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado, are flown by FEMA personnel. FEMA has been given responsibility for many new disasters including urban forest fires, home heating emergencies, refugee situations, urban riots, and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents. In the West, it works in conjunction with the Sixth Army.
FEMA was created in a series of Executive Orders. A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed. Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic. Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry.
Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate:
o the National Security Act of 1947, which allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities;
o the 1950 Defense Production Act, which gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy;
o the Act of August 29, 1916, which authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency; and
o the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.
HURRICANE ANDREW FOCUSED ATTENTION ON FEMA
FEMA's deceptive role really did not come to light with much of the public until Hurricane Andrew smashed into the U.S. mainland. As Russell R. Dynes, director of the Disaster Research Center of the University of Delaware, wrote in The World and I...The eye of the political storm hovered over the Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA became a convenient target for criticism." Because FEMA was accused of dropping the ball in Florida, the media and Congress commenced to study this agency. What came out of the critical look was that FEMA was spending 12 times more for "black operations" than for disaster relief.

This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry.
Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate:
o the National Security Act of 1947, which allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities;
o the 1950 Defense Production Act, which gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy;
o the Act of August 29, 1916, which authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency; and
o the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.
HURRICANE ANDREW FOCUSED ATTENTION ON FEMA
FEMA's deceptive role really did not come to light with much of the public until Hurricane Andrew smashed into the U.S. mainland. As Russell R. Dynes, director of the Disaster Research Center of the University of Delaware, wrote in The World and I...The eye of the political storm hovered over the Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA became a convenient target for criticism." Because FEMA was accused of dropping the ball in Florida, the media and Congress commenced to study this agency. What came out of the critical look was that FEMA was spending 12 times more for "black operations" than for disaster relief.

Now that is the "claim" and I am no expert on oil anything except how to pour it into my car and even that can be a real task for me. However, given they did not even attempt to stop the flow for a full month after the blow out, and given that the company owners shorted the stock before the accident, then it is hard not to assume an agenda here. I have heard that we are caught in a big war right now between Rothschild and Rockefeller, and I also heard it was to let Obama off the hook for his signing the EO banning all offshore commercial fishing which would have turned a whole industry against him and the dems, so who knows, but the fact that these have all happened is not coincidence. NEW ORLEANS - A suggestion box or publicity stunt? BP has received thousands of ideas from the public on how to stop the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, but some inventors are complaining that their efforts are getting ignored.
Oil-eating bacteria, bombs and a device that resembles a giant shower curtain are among the 10,000 fixes people have proposed to counter the growing environmental threat. BP is taking a closer look at 700 of the ideas, but the oil company has yet to use any of them nearly a month after the deadly explosion that caused the leak.
"They're clearly out of ideas, and there's a whole world of people willing to do this free of charge," said Dwayne Spradlin, CEO of InnoCentive Inc., which has created an online network of experts to solve problems.
BP spokesman Mark Salt said the company wants the public's help, but that considering proposed fixes takes time.
"They're taking bits of ideas from lots of places," Salt said. "This is not just a PR stunt."
BP said Wednesday it hopes to begin shooting a mixture known as drilling mud into the blown-out well in the Gulf of Mexico by Sunday. The "top kill" method involves shooting heavy mud into crippled equipment on top of the well, then aiming cement at the well to permanently keep down the oil. Even if it works it could take several weeks to complete.
"This is all being done at a depth of 5,000 feet and it's never been done at these depths before," said Doug Suttles of BP PLC, which leased the rig that exploded April 20 off the coast of Louisiana.
If the top kill effort fails, BP is considering a "junk shot," which involves shooting knotted rope, pieces of tires and golf balls into the blowout preventer. Crews hope they will lodge into the nooks and crannies of the device to plug it.
About 70 BP workers are taking more suggestions at a tip line center in Houston. The company plans to test one idea from actor Kevin Costner — a centrifuge device to vacuum up the oil — but that was not delivered through the suggestion-box system.
BP succeeded in partially siphoning away the leak over the weekend, when it hooked up a mile-(1.6-kilometer)long tube to the broken pipe, sending some of the oil to a ship on the surface.
Gerald Graham, a marine environmental consultant and oil spill response expert from Victoria, British Columbia, said he suggested a similar idea at the end of April to the joint incident command center run by BP, government agencies and Transocean Ltd., which owned the rig. The command center had him forward the idea to NOAA, which didn't respond.
"Why didn't they do this sooner?" Graham said. "Why did they wait so long?"
In the weeks before BP hooked up the tube, it tried but failed to use a four-story concrete-and-metal box to funnel the oil into a pipe and to the surface.
Salt said ideas for stopping the leak "have to be taken through loads of different stages" before BP can try to use them.
"We're dealing with things at a depth that has never been done before. They have to go through lots of vigorous tests," he said.
Spradlin, the InnoCentive CEO, denounced BP's call for help as a "publicity maneuver." His Massachusetts-based company challenged its Web-connected network of scientists, engineers, academics and other professionals to come up with possible solutions to stop the spill. Hundreds of ideas have poured in, but the company says BP has not responded.
Ideas submitted through InnoCentive include spreading oil-eating bacteria and dropping bombs to implode the leaking well.
Even the director of EPA's Gulf of Mexico Program Office is waiting to see if his idea will get used. Bryon O. Griffith worked in his spare time to develop an umbrella-style plug that could be deployed inside the damaged pipe, an idea that has been placed on a short list for consideration.
BP has fielded some 60,000 calls from the public that led to 10,000 tips. About 2,500 people sent in forms spelling out their ideas in greater detail, and BP advanced 700 to the next phase.
"And then we ask, is this something new?" BP spokesman David Nicholas said. "Can we incorporate it into our stuff, or is there an overlap? There hasn't been one that's come from that system that's come all the way."
Costner, the "Waterworld" and "Field of Dreams" actor, has invested more than $24 million in developing the centrifuge invention, along with business partner John Houghtaling II of New Orleans.
On Tuesday, Houghtaling said BP has agreed to test the devices, which can be dropped into the oil spill and separate water from oil, storing the petroleum in tanks. The smallest weighs 150 pounds (68 kilograms); the largest 4,500 pounds (2,040 kilograms).
"It's like a big vacuum cleaner," Houghtaling said. "These machines are ready to be employed. The technology is familiar to the industry."
It's not just BP that's been receiving ideas.
"You name it, it's been suggested. At least 15 times a day we get something about exploding the well — bombs, nuclear bombs, torpedoes," said Coast Guard Senior Chief Steve Carleton. He said he receives about a dozen emails a day with a link to a YouTube video of a man using hay to sop up oil.
"There's so many ideas you become numb to them."
Mark Badger, a businessman from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, proposed a series of wide fabric tubes that would connect and stretch to the sea floor. That contraption would contain the oil and allow workers to skim it.
"Think of a giant shower curtain at 5,000 feet that goes to the bottom of the ocean," Badger said.
Badger said the proposal hasn't received much response from BP despite a series of attempts to discuss it with company officials.

Making this quick, don't feel well. About 4:15pm or so eastern, coming back from Tampa, Florida north on Veteran's Expressway...about 7 miles perhaps from SR 54...it sprinkled some gray watery and solid black oil on my car. Thought it was bugs, but so fast did not make sense and windshield wipers just smeared it. Got out of car at store and looked on the paint and solid black dots on my car...I touch? huh? it's wet? it's OIL!!!!!
I had several folks verify it before I sprayed it off and it came off easier than the few love bugs. Two hours later still wet like OIL! nope, not water, smell it, OIL!!!
Anyone on Gulf try not to smear touch it as it is harder to wash off if it happens to you. Bands of storm clouds coming this way from Gulf of Mexico...has not actually rained at least where I have been, just ran through the sprinkle. I smell it now I am inside the house...it's just hard for me to believe also. One can think of a other things...oh maybe it was a vehicle in front of you...there were no vehicles near me at the time. So coincidence oil spill in the gulf and it rains oil on my car? okay believe what you will...but I know my gut and what happened to me, what I saw, others witnessed, I took pics of (sorry don't know how to post them, and it photos could be debatable anyway, take my word or not whichever...but we are in deep hocky doo folks.
I was noticing that big black blotch closer to west coast FL on some images that someone posted yesterday on Disasters board...wondering. Well, maybe wrong board but felt more may see it here and ones that live here. Be careful, if it gets on your clothes, pets, hair, eyes, skin...it won't be so easy to wash off as a well waxed car is.
Not checking this for now, gotta wash out my ears, eyes, nose and lay down...change clothes as I smell it now inside the house on my clothes. I did not smell it while out though and my nose is now desensitizing, but I feel nauseated. I am really sensitive though, some may not be so much or get the heavy warnings I do.

When trying to question the famous violist, WME artist, member of Dave Stewart’s Rock Fabulous Orchestra and Factory Girl Ann Marie Calhoun about two highly controversial videos she posted on YouTube earlier this week, I found out that for a few days already Ann Marie is missing.
Ann Marie, who is also the spokeswoman of Conspiracy For Good, uploaded a confidential lobbyist video by the UK security company Blackwell Briggs onto YouTube after the video got leaked earlier this week.
She also posted a re-edited version of the video commented by herself:

Vatic Note: Remember, we asked our readers to provide us with rumors and intel. We got one several days ago about UN Troop movement in pennsylvania, as an anecdotal piece of information through personal observation, but no confirmation, thus we did not put it up on the site..
This below came to us today by email and is the first where an article is addressing the issue with more than just one person saying they saw it, so it has reached the level where it now can be put up on the board. I then discovered it is also showing up at other locations such as Denver Examiner and at Rumormills, so its time to put it up here. What we now need is independant confirmation and as we suggested and asked, please provide us with photos if possible or even video if possible.
When that arrives, it will be even more confirmation, for now I do not see the benefit to the elite for doing this since they are trying to start a world war and they need our country on their side to do so and this would certainly prevent that from happening.
It maybe they would try to use this as a mechanism to send our youth into forced military service since the MANDATORY YOUTH SERVICE CORP now has all their names and data so it would be easy plus the census added to it with the GPS mapping of all our locations would allow the UN troops to then locate those they would kidnap for just such use as the fodder they believe we are.

The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.
The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the United States would support the talks as long as the negotiating forum, the so-called Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty, “operates under the rules of consensus decision-making.”
“Consensus is needed to ensure the widest possible support for the Treaty and to avoid loopholes in the Treaty that can be exploited by those wishing to export arms irresponsibly,” Clinton said in a written statement.
While praising the Obama administration’s decision to overturn the Bush-era policy and to proceed with negotiations to regulate conventional arms sales, some groups criticized the U.S. insistence that decisions on the treaty be unanimous.

Take away their money and you take away their power.
4. to begin thinking outside the box since the current system is now hard core tied up under their control.
5. Non cooperation in all things, first refuse to do any of the acts they wish us to engage in as cattle for their benefit. It may include such acts as refusal to use their banking system and resort to alternatives that locally could be instituted outside the system. No more borrowing, no credit etc. Save and pay cash for everything. There are many other options that we as a group could dream up without interference, like bartering.
6. Talk with local businesses about contingencies for when the bankers/intel elite decide to crash the system.
7. Take your skills and experience and begin thinking about starting a business relying on those skills and experience and build part time while working, a client base and employment, OVERCOME YOUR FEAR SINCE THE ALTERNATIVE IS MUCH MORE FEARFUL, and do the options open to you. Once you build the business to a level of full time employment then you can quit that job with deductions and refuse to pay into the system in any manner. If all of us do this they have a problem.
8. Begin talking to families, spouses, parents, friends of men in law enforcement and the military and tell them we are all standing together therefore we need their cooperation in allowing us to resist this without violence, tell them they must STAND DOWN if and when this comes to a head. The sheer numbers we have, if the military stands down, will overcome and force those doing this to leave the country. ITS GOING TO TAKE COURAGE IN ALL OF THIS SO START DIGGING DEEP DOWN WITHIN YOU AND BEGIN TO FIND THAT WHICH WE KNOW WE HAVE.

A Pentagon report presented a sobering new assessment Wednesday of the Taliban-led insurgency in Afghanistan, saying that its abilities are expanding and its operations are increasing in sophistication, despite recent major offensives by U.S. forces in the militants' heartland.
The report, requested by Congress, portrays an insurgency with deep roots and broad reach, able to withstand repeated U.S. onslaughts and to reestablish its influence, while discrediting and undermining the country's Western-backed government.

Army Study: Mossad Could Attack US and Blame Arabs - (hindsight retrospect)
Vatic Note: Sometimes its good to look back with 20/20 hindsight and see how we originally, governmentally, were going to do the right thing and how off course it got, through foreign control eventually of our government. This study was done by the US Army back in Sept 2001 and the study was about the US enforcing a major Israeli Palestinian Peace accord should a two state accord become a reality and the Army indicated how it could be enforced, but also noted the following problem with Mossad and or Israeli forces..... Here is a quote "Wildcard. Ruthless and cunning. Has capability to target U.S. forces and make it look like a Palestinian/Arab act." This was done by the Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), which means you could print this out for naysayers about conspiracy and paranoia regarding Israel or her US ensconsed dual citizens. This gives the entire issue much credibility. The army is fully aware of what Israel is capable of these days.
