Vatic Note: We have never really fully understood our British overlords during the time of discovery, settlement and revolution in the Americas. We have never fully appreciated their barbaric and inhumane condition, behavior and mind set. This is the nation that jailed people who somehow were unable to pay their debts.   Now how much money are they going to make in debtors prison? None for them, but as slaves for the corporations, they were making them a lot of money.   Why are the leaders of Britain, so much like the leaders of Israel?? The Khazars, with the aid of the British in South Africa, engaged in the black slave trade for the European countries, including America.   Then lets remember we have shown on here that the British royal family are not British, rather German khazars from Germany.   Lets not forget that very early settlers here in the states were friendly with the Indians and made friends, traded with them and shared much with them and vice versa. Then the British institutionalized their hold on the colonies and thus began mass murder of these natives by the British Royalty representatives and they did so to the point where whole tribes were wiped out.   Its not just about the color of our skin, whether Black, white, American Indian, its about power, control, greed, and dominance.

Add to that, this below, and the British have a lot to be ashamed of and now I understand the rebellion much more than I ever did. I had no idea it was this barbaric from a supposedly civilized society, which Britain was suppose to be. I mean they flogged these people.   Pure proof of their inhumanity which makes them a perfect fit with the London based Rothschilds. But then I didn't know they were German Khazars  either (mongols from Mongolia or Turkish areas chased out of Mongolia) or I would have known that barbarity is all they know, (soulless creatures with no humanity) once I had done all this research on them. How they have survived all that they have done over time, I will never know.   But they should not take it for granted that it will always be the same.   So, what will it be like living under the British Khazars Once again In a NWO?

African slavery is said to be our country’s original sin, and whites will probably be reminded of this for it as long as any are left in America. We hear from time to time about white indentured servants, but are warned not to think of them as suffering from anything like slavery, which was a unique form of degradation reserved for blacks.

British journalists Don Jordan and Michael Walsh argue convincingly in White Cargo that “indentured servant” is much too mild a term for a condition that was often no different from that of a slave. White “servants” were property: bought and sold, included in wills, whipped when recalcitrant, raped at will, and in many cases worked to death.

Mr. Jordan and Mr. Walsh call this “forgotten history,” and even suggest why it is forgotten: “It invites uproar to describe as slaves any of these hapless whites” because it is “thought to detract from the enormity of black suffering.” White Cargo is well-researched, engagingly written, and brilliantly illuminates a corner of American history neither whites nor blacks care to explore.

Peopling a continent

Indenture was a system under which a man or woman could gain passage to the colonies in exchange for a set period as a servant. The most common period was seven years, but it could be as long as eleven or as short as three. The world “indenture” comes from the Latin indentere, which means to cut with the teeth. The labor contract was written on parchment and then torn jaggedly down the middle, with master and servant each to keep half. Mr. Jordan and Mr. Walsh estimate that hundreds of thousands of Britons went to America and the Caribbean under some form of indenture.

People who engaged themselves voluntarily were called “free-willers,” but a great many were coerced. Convicts, rebels, beggars, prostitutes, and unwanted Scots or Irishmen could be rounded up and banished to hard labor in the colonies for as long as 14 years, while an unknown number of young people were simply kidnapped and sold. It was a labor system that arose because tobacco planters in America and cane growers in the Caribbean so badly needed cheap workers. Tobacco could be highly profitable but required so much labor that a century after white bondsmen first began to toil over it, Thomas Jefferson was still calling it “a culture productive of infinite wretchedness.”

The authors of this book estimate that what amounted to white slaves accounted for perhaps two thirds of the British who left for the colonies between 1620 and 1775 but write that from the earliest days of the republic Americans have had “difficulty reconciling themselves to the true nature of their antecedents.” The authors add that “tens of millions of white Americans are descended from such chattels,” but unlike some of the oldest families in Australia who boast of their convict ancestors, Americans refuse to acknowledge their miserable antecedents.

And miserable they were. Passage to America meant being packed for weeks into a dark, mephitic, pitching hold. Once a ship reached the New World, it might sail up and down the coast looking for the best markets. Buyers examined the merchandise just as they would horses, and made prospects walk or jump to be sure they were sound. (VN: Somethings never change. We are still treated by the international elite as cattle or horses to be bought and sold and stolen from and made into slaves through the illegal tax system. You know your a slave when you pay 71 taxes before the Health care tax coming in 2013 and the Carbon Tax once they globalize and we have no say in who is "appointed" as managers of us cattle or the fruits of our labor.)

Lucky servants found kind masters who needed domestic help; unlucky ones worked under the lash in the fields. There were local variations in how servants were treated, with masters generally harsher in the South than in New England, but physical punishment was taken for granted everywhere. Masters could lay on stripes themselves or take their property to the town whipping post for the authorities to discipline. Serious crimes, such as violence against a master, could be punished with death or the loss of one or both ears. There are many accounts of servants dying after being “corrected” with hundreds of lashes.

Many masters simply worked their servants to death or turned them out to starve if they got sick or were disabled. Mr. Jordan and Mr. Walsh write that in 2003, archeologists in Annapolis, Maryland, unearthed the skeleton of a teen-aged white boy who had died during the 1660s. He had herniated disks and showed other signs of terrible labor, and was found under a heap of household garbage. He was probably an indentured servant who had been worked to death and then thrown on a trash heap. (VN: Now one can tell why I say these people are satanically inhumane. That is why we fight so hard against these inhumane and souless creatures that invaded our lives without invitation. This is the future we have to look forward to under their so called management, and this from those who have never produced a thing of value in their entire lives. There is no way this is going to happen.)

Servants often ran away, and early newspapers published ads offering rewards for their capture. Many runaways were identified by scars on their backs. For absconders the law usually provided for whipping and an extension of the terms of service. In the early 17th century, one day might be added for every day absent, but by the 18th century, the penalty might be ten additional days of service for each day absent, or an extra year in exchange for a few weeks.

Servants could not marry without the consent of their masters, and a woman who became pregnant owed two extra years of service to make up for the cost of the child. This was true even if the master was the father, and the child was bound to service until age 21 or 24, depending on location and time period. Servants were property and could be sold and resold, and by 1623 they appear in wills. Colonies sometimes passed laws to protect servants, but they were rarely enforced.

In England at this time, it was common to whip servants, but masters could not easily get away with whipping a servant to death as happened in the colonies. Servants were usually engaged for a term of just one year, and could not be sold. (VN: This appears to be a remnant of the dark ages and serf status to the overlords.)

What made free men bind themselves to such harsh service? Life for the lower classes was grim in England, and agents often lied about life in America. In 1623, one undeceived servant wrote to his father in England of his cruel treatment and begged to be redeemed from bondage, adding that he “would not care to lose any limb to be in England again.”

Other servants may have understood how hard their lot would be for seven years but hoped for new lives at the end of their terms. Passage to the New World was beyond the reach of any but the rich, and a period of service seemed a fair price for a new beginning. Unlike convicts, a free-willer’s indenture almost always promised “freedom dues” at the end of the term. This was usually a guarantee of land and clothing, but sometimes was nothing more than a vague promise of a settlement in accordance with the “custom of the country.” Some servants were properly compensated, but many got title to worthless scrub or to land in Indian territory that was not safe to farm.

It is impossible to know the fates of each of the hundreds of thousands indentured servants who came to America, but some records are more or less complete. For example, of the 1,200 servants who came to Jamestown in 1619, 800 died the first year. At the end of that year there were 700 people in the colony, and during the next three years 3,570 people, most of them servants, arrived, making a total of 4,270 people. By 1623—just four years later—only 900 were still alive. It is recorded that 347 settlers were killed by Indians, which means 3,000 died of other causes. Death rates were high for everyone, but we can be sure that they were higher for servants than for masters.

“A culture of infinite wretchedness.”

The authors of this book cite a more exhaustive study of colonial indenture that concludes that only one in ten servants ever became “decently prosperous,” and that another one in ten became artisans who could lead an independent life. The other eight in ten either died in service, went back to England, or ended up as white trash, no better than when they left England.

The indenture system continued through the Revolutionary period and beyond. Mr. Jordan and Mr. Walsh note that in 1775 there were as many or more notices for white as black runaways. Among those who offered rewards for the return of a white bondsman that year was a prosperous Virginia planter named George Washington.

Wretched refuse

Mr. Jordan and Mr. Walsh explain that in addition to free-willers, the British forcibly transported tens of thousands of beggars, prostitutes, criminals and other undesirables. They note that from the beginning, Europeans saw the New World as a dumping ground but also believed deportation was a way to populate colonies. In 1497, Ferdinand and Isabella offered to pardon convicts if they would sail on Columbus’ third voyage.

The authors point out that in the 17th century, European cities were overrun with beggars and criminals. Whenever a major war ended, demobilization would flood towns with robbers and pickpockets, and the British quickly decided to send this refuse to America. In 1615—just eight years after the founding of Jamestown—the Privy Council decreed that convicts could be transported to the colonies. The measure was originally dressed up in humanitarian language about giving criminals a new start in the New World, but a law just four years later dropped all pretence, specifying that deported convicts be “constrained to toil in such heavy and painful works as such servitude shall be a greater terror than death itself.”

Mr. Jordon and Mr. Walsh estimate that 50,000 to 70,000 convicts ended up in America during the colonial period, and perhaps 1,000 a year were being transported in the years leading up to the Revolution. British authorities were happy to clean out their jails, but traffickers were even happier because of the profits to be made from the trade in convicts.

They brought a better price than free-willers because they might have terms as long as 14 years, depending on the crime, and on top of the sales price there was usually a per capita payment from city authorities happy to be shot of criminals. One merchant in the 1770s noted that commerce in white convicts was twice as profitable as commerce in blacks. The only unhappiness seems to have been reserved for the convicts: Mr. Jordan and Mr. Walsh estimate that half were dead after seven years of service.

In 1618 the London authorities began rounding up undesirables who were not even criminals: beggar children between the ages of eight and 16. This was urban renewal that paid for itself because the children, like convicts, brought a good price from American planters. Mr. Jordan and Mr. Walsh note, however, that “of the first 300 children shipped between 1619 and 1622, only twelve were still alive in 1624.” At least one is known to have died after she was subjected to 500 strokes for skipping work. Over the years, towns all over England gathered up young beggars judged to be a “burden,” and sold them in the colonies.
Political prisoners were another source of cash.

The English Civil War of 1642 to 1651 produced thousands of prisoners on both sides. Some were hanged, but many were shipped as slaves to the colonies. Cromwell sold thousands of enemies into exile. He hated Catholics, and in a period when it was “no more a sin to kill an Irishman than a dog or any other brute,” he started what amounted to an ethnic cleansing policy for the Irish, which continued for 100 years. The Duke of Monmouth’s rebellion in 1685 yielded an estimated 800 white slaves after his defeat at the Battle of Sedgemoor. The Jacobite Rebellion of 1745 provided a good crop of Scots for the trade. As always, there was no lack of traffickers and ship captains, since labor fetched such attractive prices in America and the Caribbean.

Throughout this period, when other supplies of labor ran low, enterprising businessmen simply kidnapped people, with the first snatches recorded in 1618. Kidnappers, known as “spirits” because they spirited people away, often paid off the authorities and worked almost openly.

In 1670, Parliament made kidnapping a capital offense, but most spirits rarely got more than a small fine. Some even viewed them as a crude sort of public servant. A horse thief could expect to hang, but constables took a kinder view of men who took idlers, prostitutes, and beggars off the streets. Of course, any young person, even the well born, could be spirited, and the authors note that by the mid-1660s young people were in a chronic but low level of panic, especially near the coast.

Stevenson’s Kidnapped is only the most famous novel about the menace. Daniel Defoe wrote about it, and Raphael Sabatini’s swashbuckling Captain Blood is the story of an Irishman mistakenly identified as one of Monmouth’s rebels and transported to Barbados.

Most kidnap victims were never heard of again, though a very few survived, returned to England, and confronted their captors. According to White Cargo, they rarely got satisfaction in court. For more than 100 years, to arrange a kidnapping was an almost foolproof way to eliminate a young enemy or rival.
The Caribbean was a worse destination than America. Barbados, for example, was essentially a penal colony and attracted practically no free-willers. This was because all the good land was settled early, and there was nowhere for freed bondsmen to go. Planters who bought “his majesty’s seven-year passengers,” as convicts were called, fully expected to work them to death. Not all went quietly. There were white slave revolts on Barbados, St. Christopher, and Montserrat.

Trafficking in whites did not go entirely unopposed. Captain John Smith, who had seen the practice himself at Jamestown, wrote in 1624 that commerce in people was “sufficient to bring a well-settled Common-wealth to misery, much more Virginia.” Francis Bacon was one of the few to oppose transportation of convicts.

Americans appear to have welcomed free-willers, but drew the line at convicts. Benjamin Franklin called transportation “the most cruel insult offered by one people to another.”

In the 1750s, he wrote that for every convict, the Americans should send back a rattle snake, and even then the British would get a bargain: “The rattlesnake gives warning before he attempts his mischief; which the convict does not.” Convict ships often arrived carrying typhoid and other plagues, but the Crown would not let the colonies quarantine the sick. Amazingly, even the men on what were essentially death ships usually seem to have found buyers. The colonies never succeeded in keeping out prison ships until they went into open rebellion against Britain.

During the war, no free-willers came over either, but as soon as the ink was dry on the Treaty of Paris, ships again showed up at American ports stuffed with indentured whites. There was still such a demand that King George III thought he could smuggle in convicts disguised as free-willers. Most such false cargoes were found out and turned away, but at least two ship loads are known to have been landed. Buyers must have known what they were getting but were as happy as ever to with cheap labor.

Unlike black slavery, white bondage never prompted an abolition movement. The trade continued until about 1820, and stopped only because it no longer made economic sense. Better ships meant cheaper passage, so fewer people needed to mortgage themselves. At the same time, ethnic self-help groups had arisen, which offered loans to immigrants.

Slaves or servants?

How do white bondsmen fit into American concepts of servitude that have been shaped almost exclusively by black slavery? Mr. Jordan and Mr. Walsh recognize that whites were not property for life, but insist that Daniel Defoe was right to say that white servants were “more properly called slaves.” Many never lived out their terms, during which they were as much the miserable subjects of whimsy, lust, and the lash as any black slave.

The authors of White Cargo think that the black monopoly on victimization has pushed white servants into undeserved obscurity. About the first boatload of press-ganged child beggars sold in Jamestown they write: “While the fate of those youngsters rounded up from the streets of London has been largely forgotten, history would take a keen interest in the destiny of a group of men and women who arrived a few months after the first shipment of children in 1619.”

These are, of course, the “20 negars” famously observed by planter John Rolfe, who are said to be British America’s first black slaves. The authors point out, however, that these 20 were treated just like white servants, put to seven year terms, after which they received “freedom dues.” Nor did this group mark the beginning of a rush of blacks to Virginia. By mid-century, of the 11,000 settlers in the colony only 300 were black. Their treatment was essentially no different from that of white bondsmen.
Blacks gradually did sink to a status lower than whites, and a man who was almost certainly one of the 20 original “negars” helped push them in that direction. A full-blooded African from Angola, he took the English name of Anthony Johnson. After his term of service he prospered mightily, accumulating more than 1,000 acres and a score of servants both black and white. He found fault with one of his blacks, John Casor, and in 1650, after a lengthy lawsuit, persuaded a court to make the man a servant for life. Casor, then, was one of the first blacks condemned to slavery as we know it. It was only in 1671 that Virginia made all blacks coming into the country slaves for life.

Such slaves brought a higher price than indentured servants because their term of service was longer. This system of pricing was established, however, only after mortality rates declined. It made no sense to pay more for a life-time black than for a seven-year white if both were likely to be dead in five years.

The greater value of life-time slaves meant that masters often used them sparingly. Given a choice between a white who was to be let go in a year or two and a black who was expected to serve for decades, it always made sense to give the most dangerous, exhausting work to whites. One Briton on Barbados wrote to Cromwell urging him to bring more life-time black slaves to the island because expendable whites were being worked to death.

Shortly before the War Between the States, the designer of New York’s Central Park, Frederick Law Olmstead, discovered the same priorities during a trip through the South. He found that it was invariably Irish navvies who were hired to drain swamps and dig irrigation ditches—work that malaria and intestinal disease made extremely dangerous. When Olmstead asked why slaves did not do this drudgery, he was told, “It’s dangerous work and a negro’s life is too valuable to be risked at it. If a negro dies it is a considerable loss you know.”

No different today

There are two things that most strike the reader of White Cargo. The first is how cruel the past seems to us, whatever the race of victim or perpetrator. Hardly anyone seems to have objected to the brutal subjugation of inferiors. The origins of race slavery therefore seem to lie as much in general ruthlessness as they do in white supremacy.

The second is how powerful remains the lure of cheap labor. In the 17th and 18th centuries, planters put profits ahead of the obvious harm they did their country by hiring criminals and taking men from prison transports known to be hives of disease. The 20th- and 21st-century versions of those planters likewise put profits ahead of the obvious damage done by unassimilable foreigners.

The times may not be as cruel, but we are paying a far higher price for the labor of Mexicans than did our colonial ancestors for the labor of their white slaves.

Vatic Note: Another interesting RH neg article that actually surprised me. RH neg is a non dominant gene issue and thus it would take both parents having one each RH neg to make an RH neg baby, but a positive would have to have one positive and one negative to make a positive since RH positive is a dominant in the results. This below says its more than that. Its a good read. Check it out.

The answer to this really important question is yes. And the answer is for a much simpler reason than the blue-eyed parents having a child with green eyes that we discuss in our answer at http://www.thetech.org/genetics/ask.php?id=101 .   The reason is that people who test negative for Rh aren’t always Rh-. The test isn’t always sensitive enough to get the right answer (although it usually does).

And it only tests for one of the two Rh genes. And it doesn’t test for any of the other genes that can cause similar problems. To understand how the test could go wrong, we first need to dig a bit deeper into Rh biology and our immune system.

Rh status is usually explained as this simple, one gene trait. Even we have fallen into this trap in our answer at http://www.thetech.org/genetics/ask.php?id=71. But there are two Rh genes, RhD and RhCE. There are also other genes with names like Kell, Duffy and Kidd that can cause similar problems.

Problems can happen when mom has one version of one of these genes and her baby has a different one. The reason this can cause a problem is that mom can make antibodies against a baby’s proteins. The antibodies can cause serious health problems by destroying the baby’s red blood cells.

How did we get from genes to proteins to red blood cells? Remember, genes are really just recipes for proteins. For example, the RhD gene makes the RhD protein. The Rh proteins are found in red blood cells.
Sometimes a baby’s blood can get into mom’s bloodstream. When that happens, mom makes antibodies against any proteins on the outside of the baby’s blood cells that are different from hers. (Part of the Rh proteins sit on the outside of the red blood cell.)

We usually think of antibodies as protecting us against bacteria or viruses. The way they do this is they recognize any different protein on the outside of these invaders and destroy them. In the case of an Rh+ baby and an Rh- mom, the system turns against us. Mom’s immune system thinks that the baby’s red blood cells are invaders and destroys them.

The way things usually work is that the first Rh+ baby is ok. Mom makes antibodies but too late in the pregnancy to have serious problems. But then comes the second Rh+ baby.   And the second baby can be in trouble. This is because once an antibody has been made to a different protein, that antibody stays around for a long time. That is why, for example, once we’ve had the chickenpox, we can’t get it again.

What that means for our case is that antibodies against Rh+ red blood cells are still around for the second Rh+ baby. Now these antibodies attack the second baby’s red blood cells causing all of the problems you’ve heard about.

OK, now back to your question. So how could the test being used get dad’s Rh status wrong? Whoa, why dad? For there to be a problem, a mother needs to be Rh- and a baby Rh+. If mom is Rh-, an Rh+ baby almost always got that way from dad. One obvious way for the test to get dad’s Rh status wrong is if it misses the presence of the RhD protein. Besides human error, there are a couple of versions of the RhD gene that can sneak by the test.

The first is called weak D. Weak D makes only a small amount of RhD protein. The test can’t see the small amount of protein but mom can sometimes make antibodies to it.

Another version is called partial D. With partial D, lots of RhD protein gets made. But the protein made is a little different so antibodies don’t recognize it as well. Since the test uses antibodies to look for the RhD protein, it misses the partial RhD protein.

There are follow-up tests that can be done for these two genes, but they aren’t always done. These versions of the RhD gene are pretty rare and don’t cause problems very often. But, you might be asking, what about the other Rh gene, RhCE or all of those other genes? Why don’t they test for the other Rh proteins?

Because the other proteins don’t cause problems as often. The major reason the D protein causes most Rh-related problems is that it is more immunogenic than the proteins the RhCE gene codes for. What this means is that our bodies raise antibodies to RhD much more readily than it does to the other Rh or Rh-like proteins. So it is much more rare for these proteins to cause a problem.

But these other proteins do sometimes cause problems. And they are causing a bigger percentage of problems now that RhD is being tested for routinely.   Well, that was a lot. This overwhelming yet cleverly obscured phenomenon of extremely patient, devious long range planning by the changing guard of the “powers that be” is of paramount importance.

The ‘patience of the planners’ aspect eventually becomes evident to any sincere researcher, and literally haunts and even taunts with its seductive perfidy.

Even putting your finger on this slippery subject is a chore, since we don’t think like they do and have a hard time even conceiving of such inter-generational, pathological conniving, the complete fulfillment of which most would knowingly not see in their lifetimes. It’s beyond us.

And that’s the key. They’re not normal. Something very powerful and sinister is driving them.

Fully developed conscious humans wouldn’t plot and scheme for generations to take over the world at any cost to its inhabitants. Most humans inherently trust and positively contribute in conscious, natural ways, endeavoring to pass on to their progeny loving wisdom and a better world. We natural born citizens believe in the decency of humanity and that natural and spiritual laws are clearly delineated via the simplest observations of the world around us and the revelations of our awakened conscience.

Love and truth are not all that complicated. Naturally. However, seriously perverted and otherwise motivated elements feel they need to control and steer and harvest the energies of everyone else. Natural law and order are anathema to them. They’ve decided for some insane, occult reason, that humanity is diseased with its own ‘naturalness’ and needs to be corralled, cleansed, modified and even “maintained” at certain population levels. Their self-styled, cold so-called intellectual prowess dictates a world with the “illuminated” man taking the earth-bound masses into a utopia designed by these self-appointed elites, for these same elites, and with them in absolute power over a populace enthralled with its very enslavement.

And they’re pretty damn close in many respects, sad to say.

But what really opens people’s eyes is realizing this is something that is spiritually driven, and when you connect enough dots you see there is a core intelligence behind these tentacles of control being exerted on humanity.

And it’s ugly.

A Slippery Concept With Woeful Consequences

What I’m driving at is the ageless nature of this conspiracy by a very few to take dominion over the earth and how they’re going about it. I maintain that very long-term planning with extreme, deliberate patience is their greatest “stealth” weapon.

In fact, in the words of Adam Weishaupt, the hired founder of the Bavarian Illuminati, this slow moving shroud of secrecy is the very same weapon used to attract followers and participants in this furtive plan. He said:

Of all the means I know to lead men, the most effectual is a concealed mystery. The hankering of the mind is irresistible.

That’s how they work; in secret, very slowly, yet right in your face. The reason is for the distinct purpose of not being noticed. In fact, after the Bavarian Illuminati were found out they were banished and took refuge within Masonic lodges, told to be a secret society within another secret society. Next they were told to start philanthropic organizations. And on they’ve moved within institution after institution.

Lies within lies. Who would imagine such a thing? They would.

Time Lapse Dot Connecting

Just watch politics and economics, and especially societal changes. When you look back historically some things are extremely clear in how they developed. However, for the people living within those changes? Did the Germans see what they were being led into under the Nazis? Did the Russians know they were begging for their own mass execution when they got behind an apparently populist Communist movement?

Do the Americans know their once beloved Republic is fast becoming much worse than Nazi Germany?
Most don’t.

And how did the world get the way it did at any point? By degrees, always by degrees. Cataclysmic social changes like outright revolutions are the exception, but even those are brought about by slow planning, seeding and preparation, usually for many years. And yes, by a small minority of extremely determined and proactive conspiratorial plotters and planners.

And who has almost outlawed talking about never mind believing in conspiracies? The conspirators, of course

They can ostensibly do some drastic, very noticeable things at times, but then they’ll soften in other areas so as to not cause too big a reaction. They could take gasoline prices through the roof and gouge the public even more than they do, but they know the “natives will get restless” when they push too hard and too fast. Instead, they’ll work another area such as the war arena or vaccines or climate change to get everyone’s minds off of monetary issues, if need be.

They have a lot of cards to play.

They’re devilishly smart. When you start seeing how pervasive this relentless inching forward of their plan is on so many fronts it can be quite disturbing.

Light, Shadows and Long Term Degradation

One of best analogies that demonstrates the subtlty of this slow, long range mindset is noticing how you see the slow movement of the Sun by its effects. You don’t actually see the Sun move, but you trace its motion by its placement in the sky, and the shadows cast by trees and buildings. It’s like watching the stars…except for a few asteroids, everything moves just beyond where you can detect motion. If you go into the house for a few minutes and come back to look at the sky, everything will have moved. But it’s just beyond visual detection.

Similarly, the effects of the social engineering efforts of these few very determined manipulators can be seen in the slow moving and evolving shadows of societal change. And almost always for the worse, unless they’re doing some PR of some sort to make something more “palatable” to their subjects.
Just trace some of the trends.

The destruction of the family unit has not just been a coincidence.
The degradation of morality and the debasement of human behavior via manipulated mass media garbage is no accident.
A dumbing down educational system that rings bells and buzzers as if for lab rats and shoves fabricated repetitive data and meaningless dis-associative information into children’s minds like a meat grinder is just the way they want it.
The rape and wanton destruction of the environment, including our seas, skies, lands and food chain is fully engineered.
While wars, economies, political states and corporate conglomerates are managed by this same manipulative handful via their massively powerful banking arm.

All with the express purpose of destroying civilization from within and without to bring about a new world order of their design.

And this doesn’t touch the inherent enforced ignorance via withholding knowledge while promoting fabricated religions, phony science and false history…and that for millennia.

The So-called Elites are Parasites

In a way this “patience of the Illuminati planners” concept exemplifies the very difference between so-called normal humanity and those who subscribe to this nefarious elitist mindset. Most could never conceive that anything so vast, so thoroughly planned, even to go so far as passing through one begrudging, power-mad bloodline generation after another, could possibly be afoot.

Yet it is, much like a parasite or alien creature that has invaded a body. The initial subject is turned into a host, considered nothing more than a living feeding ground for them, while the parasitic creature slowly strengthens and multiplies and literally re-forms what it can of the original organism to serve its purposes.
There are a lot of theories as to what exactly is the nature of these would-be controllers, from simply pathological demagogues with serious psychiatric problems, to persons controlled by demonic spiritual entities or trans-dimensional alien races of reptilian origin. The question remains, who and what is directing these changes? Can there really be a plot to bring about a specific desired result through social, economic, political and even biological manipulation over these long periods of time?

In order to summarize in a concise manner the body of my research (now bolstered/enriched by the many good members of Cluesforum.info – my research forum), I will playfully pretend that I MYSELF was the Mastermind of the 9/11 psyop. As I go along, I will mention (in brackets) what I consider to be the objective, empirically verifiable FACTS which our – and other’ people’s – research has determined. So, without further ado, here goes:

WHAT WOULD I DO – IF I WERE THE MASTERMIND OF THE 9/11 PSYOP?

(…and could rely on the full support of the US gov, the NYC mayor, the news media and whatnot?)

I would empty the towers of its historical tenants long beforehand (FACT: this was done in 1993 – as documented in Eric Darton’s book “Divided We Stand”- with the pretext of the “Al Qaeda garage bombing”). I would then ‘repopulate’ it with a handful of friendly companies under my control (FACT: most of the alleged WTC victims were purportedly employees of a mere handful of banking firms) and a number of ‘virtual’ companies (FACT: the Allianz group ran a scheme offering virtual office spaces to any company wishing to have a prestigious – yet virtual – business address in the WTC). Next, I would acquire the entire WTC complex and insure it generously for possible terror attacks (FACT: Larry Silverstein did just that, a couple of months before 9/11). I would rig the towers with ultra-safe and fully reliable, conventional demolition explosives – any other option would be foolhardy and way too risky. I would time the “Binladen attacks” on my towers in the early morning hours, so as to facilitate the access blockage of the WTC area – located of course at the very tip of Lower Manhattan (FACT: you couldn’t even get there by subway that morning – as there was an MTA union strike that day affecting the Path Line serving the WTC – as reported by an Italian friend of mine living in NY).

I would then deploy electromagnetic jamming devices to keep any camera from filming the morning’s events. This is certainly no science-fiction technology (FACT: it is routinely used in modern warfare) and I would certainly make good use it for the purpose of pulling off my mass-deception plan based on fake imagery. With all this in place, at 8:46 AM I would have bomb charges exploding on the top floors of WTC1, up on the North side facing the city. The shape-cutting charges would carve out a 160-feet -wide gash, resembling a (quite cartoonish – but who would notice?) imprint of a 767 BOEING, commercial airliner.

For the next 102 minutes, I would have my friendly TV networks broadcast a fully prefabricated “Hollywood” movie, featuring a “second commercial airliner” coming in from South, and striking WTC2 on its South side – which would now be comprehensively evacuated (Battery Park and surroundings) with the pretext of the first WTC1 explosion. Then, 17 seconds before the WTC2 explosion, I would send a signal to the Central TV studio to launch a prefabricated 16-second video sequence, showing the “FLIGHT175” approach and strike (FACT: the 16sec video sequence linked below was shown on LIVE TV that day – and is the sum total of “airplane imagery” offered to the world’s TV audience that day ):

The rest of the TV broadcasts would be smooth sailing: The TV stations would just keep showing for about 100 minutes what looked like “aerial helicopter imagery” featuring a digital model of the Manhattan skyline, with digital smoke gushing out snow white smoke (or pitch black smoke – WHO CARES FOR “FICKLE”, PHOTOGRAPHY ISSUES ANYWAY?) of the WTC towers. The only non-predictable variable – the WIND DIRECTION of the day – would have been easily handled/toggled in the central TV studio on the fly. This was in fact the least of my worries…).

I would then order my military operatives to carry out a pretty standard military operation: to release a thick smokescreen in order to cover the WTC towers from public view. Once the smoke obscurants enveloped the WTC area, the conventional demolition process could go ahead. NO ONE WOULD THEREFORE BE ABLE TO CAPTURE ON FILM THE ACTUAL DYNAMICS OF THE WTC COLLAPSES – SINCE THE WTC COMPLEX WAS ENVELOPED IN SMOKE. I would then have most witnesses presented in the media reporting “THE TOP of the towers collapsing” – since this was what most New Yorkers would have witnessed/recalled.

Aughh! Damn it! Those people at Cluesforum figured it al out! I never thought that someone would ever notice that the collapse imagery was totally fake!

If I were the 9/11 Mastermind I would therefore, naturally, employ weird-looking individuals (with CV-issues ranging from meth-addiction to to spastic behavior to childhood brain damage) to “embrace and promote” – but ultimately discredit – the REAL TRUTH, such as Nico Haupt, Rosalee Grable (aka the Webfairy) and Judy Wood with her DEW theories (based on the fake videos) which are clearly meant to provide a ‘scientific explanation’ for the absurd ‘dustification’ seen in the many 9/11 collapse “videos”. I would gradually also introduce other fanciful figures, such as “Russian military expert Dimitri Khalezov”, to provide yet another alternative explanation for the absurd TOP-DOWN collapses seen in the fake videos…UNDERGROUND NUKES brought the towers down! As the Mastermind of the 9/11 hoax, I would now be really pleased with my performance. The vast majority of the inhabitants of this planet still believe they saw REAL IMAGES on TV – on 9/11. Fortunately, very few people are able to see that the ENTIRE BODY OF IMAGERY related to the 9/11 events (made up of the numerous, short“news flashes” endlessly shown on TV) are nothing but brief video clips extracted from an entirely prefabricated Hollywood, blockbuster special fx-riddled movie – featuring extravagant visual deceptions such as fake airplane crashes, fake tower collapses,and last, but not least, shock-and-awe digital imagery of “people jumping from the towers”(FACT: if you put together all the brief – and endlessly recycled – TV news flashes of 9/11 we are all familiar with, they will only just add up to a standard, 100-minute Hollywood-type feature movie!).

After all, most people of this world have been fooled into thinking that what they saw on TV on 9/11 was REAL. I am most impressed. I haven’t fully seen it all or digested it yet. You present several entrances to different rabbit-holes.

I couple of points stand out and stick in my throat, because if true, one of the trick-ponies (DEW) that I’ve been riding might suffer a heart attack mid-stream.

You wrote the piece from the perspective of what you would have done. You did your best to include historical facts supporting many of them, particularly at the beginning in the lead up.

Your supposition of everything being a Hollywood-style production — including the footage of the towers’ demolition — is a step too far for my beliefs today. You add that you would put the WTC into a smoke-screen blanket to hide what was going on.

I also think you speculate too freely about conventional explosives being used, which maybe too quickly take exotic weapons (and DEW) off of the table. Come on! The pockets were deep; according to you, the towers were more or less vacant since 1993; the towers could have even been pre-demolitioned as supposed by hallow-tower theories; so they had no reason to shy away from exotic methods.

To further make the case of no conventional explosives, Dr. Shyan Sunder of NIST made the argument based on insufficient decibel levels, which would be easier to do with a straight face if he knew the destructive mechanism to be something else. Dr. Wood made the case based on seismic evidence, and how conventional explosives (in the towers as suggested by the demolition scheme) would transmit their sound energy through the structure to the ground to then be measured at a distance; the seismic readings did not indicate this. I make the case that massive overkill amounts would be required to achieve pulverization and that conventional explosives cannot account for the duration of under-rubble fire.

I can certainly bite off your speculation about media manipulation and wanting to sanitize and control what is broadcast to the public. I applaud you for demonstrating the collusion between networks as exhibited by their shared footage.

I could bite into the minor enhancement of footage, and particularly stills, after-the-fact. I do not bite into the faking of the entire demolition footage so that the real demolition could proceed behind the smoke screen in possibly some other way. Too much effort, when the WTC had to be demolished anyway (to achieve the objectives) and when the egos of the perps would want the deed captured on film.

The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about 9 billion. Bill Gates, who recently bought 500,000 shares of Monsanto stock, is reportedly funding the approval of genetically modified mosquitoes. It seems that not only will genetically modified salmon enter the environment along with unforeseen changes, but a new self-sterilizing mosquito may be joining them.

The plan, concocted by United Nations’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, involves creating genetically modified mosquitoes that either kill or sterilize themselves.The United Nations’ aim is to combat Dengue fever through the genetic manipulation of nature.

As with other genetically modified organisms, the long-term repercussions are widely unknown, and introducing a genetically modified creature into the environment may make for the genetic coding of an entire species to be altered. Source

Look how they’re giving back and leading these new technologies…” Right…just wait and see.
But they’re throwing everything at it. And telling the others it’s time to throw in as well.

A neighbor mentioned the weird yesterday and added, “Do you think it’s God’s way of punishing us for what we’ve done to the planet?”

The manipulated masses have been so dumbed down and indoctrinated, if the adulterated planet doesn’t kill them, they will practically volunteer for death to reduce their carbon footprint. That’s the cumulative effect and logical deduction you could arrive at. And it’s all by design.

It’s amazing to behold. People get all snotty about their energy saving Prius or recycling efforts, while joining hands and singing kumbaya with benign exterminator Bill and his conniving ilk over ‘the woes of global warming and human swarming’. Little do they know what their “final solution” really is.

The Zionization of American politics and how it could be terminated

The first headline I thought I had for this article was The Zionization of American democracy and how it could be terminated, but then I said to myself: “Don’t be silly, Alan, there’s no democracy in the ‘Land of the Free.’”

Leaving aside the fact that any American can now be arrested and detained without due process, there’s no mystery about why. (VN: The reason is no arrest would stand up in court since the arrests will be to violate the protected right to protest and free speech. Its how they intend to teach us to shut our mouths and do as we are told. Cattle are to be seen and not heard (herd). The satanists have not legally overturned the Constitution, so they have to do these illegal acts to complete their agenda, and this is where they are most vulnerable, and why they seem to have no humanity or integrity. why?

The Constitution, the governing document of our nation is very specific that laws that violate the Constitution are fully illegal and not enforceable. So any attempt to do so gives us legal right to resist within the law. That is why they are afraid and why they do this. All it takes is one good judge and jury to throw it out and if then the supreme traitors overturn that judge, its a fully declared war against our legally constituted government and Constitution. Now we would be legal in resisting. We are legal now if we did becuase the gov has had a coup by a foreign nation in concert with traitors from within. But that is a harder sell. )

There’s much more to democracy than voting every few years for the lesser of two or three evils or in America’s case naked political whores (with the exception among the would-be Republican presidents of Ron Paul).

A truth is that for democracy to exist, the voters have to be informed enough about critical issues in order to participate in, or at least follow, debate about policy options and choices and call and hold their politicians to account, between elections if necessary. On that basis I know of no country in the world where democracy exists.

In the so-called democratic or what used to be called the “Free World” we have the framework for democracy but not the substance. When I joined ITN as a very young reporter very many years ago, its great editor-in-chief, Geoffrey Cox, gave me the mission statement in one short sentence. “Our job is to help keep democracy alive.” Today I charge the mainstream media with betraying democracy. So I say thanks for the internet, warts and all. (The jury is still out on how far it will be allowed to propel Arab demands for democracy but it might assist Russians to prevent a return to Stalinism under Mr Putin and his state Mafia).

A truth about America is that what passes for democracy there is for sale to the highest lobby bidders, not only (I must emphasize) the Zionist lobby in all of its manifestations. (VN: Here he is a bit naive. Check out the Boards of directors of the companies behind the lobbyists and you will find the Zionist bankers and others associated with Israel in the past. A good example is Microsoft with Gates as the depopulation manager through GMO and vaccines in concert with Britain and Israel who are both engaged in the same agenda, so its the zionist lobby overall who sends the others in the direction the zionists under Rothschild, wants to go).

On 9 December, quoting the latest findings of Public Campaign, a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to “sweeping campaign reform that aims to dramatically reduce the role of big special interest money in American politics,” International Business Times reported this amazing fact. “By employing a plethora of tax-dodging techniques, 30 multi-million dollar American corporations expended more money lobbying Congress than they paid in federal income taxes between 2008 and 2010, ultimately spending approximately $400,000 every day – including weekends – during that three-year period to lobby lawmakers and influence political elections.” (VN: Having worked in the legislature for 3 years, let me tell you how this works. The lobbyists put on a huge spread in a high end hotel with free booze, shrimp, and cavier and every other thing you can imagine. The legislators get drunk, eat, and then end up with their secretary or lobbyist in one of the hotel rooms where THE ZIONISTS film whatever he is doing, to use to blackmail him. If that doesn't work and he is in a position of power, then money, if that doesn't work, then they simply show him or her a video of the JFK assassination, and that is how it works.)

But that’s not all. Citizens for Tax Justice, the sister organization to the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, reported that 68 of the 265 most consistently profitable Fortune 500 companies did not pay a state corporate income tax during at least one year between 2008 and 2010, while 20 of them paid no taxes at all during that period.

Apart from the occupant of the White House and those who advise him, probably nobody really knows which are the most influential lobbies in America, but a list of the top ten as compiled by the Business Pundit web site made a lot of sense to me. The following are the ten, not necessarily in order of actual influence wielded.

“The Defense Industry” or, as named by President Eisenhower when he warned his fellow Americans to be on their guard and not let it call the policy shots to secure a disproportionate amount of taxpayers’ money, the Military Industrial Complex. It needs conflict and war in order to be able to quench its thirst for taxpayers’ dollars and sustain its position as the biggest creator of jobs and wealth. (According to a recent report in The Economist, the U.S. Department of Defense is the biggest employer in the world with 3.2 million on its payroll, ahead of China’s army with 2.3 million). The heaviest hitters in the defense industry are Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and General Dynamics.

“Big Oil” which is said to spend more on lobbying than any other single special interest group – nearly $150 million in 2010.

“The Financial Lobby” which in its various manifestations – banks and other financial institutions – is by far the biggest spender on Capitol Hill, contributing hundreds of millions of dollars to campaigns and political parties. (In return, and as noted by Business Pundit, financial institutions are allowed free reign with other people’s money. A senate committee on the financial crisis of the late 2000’s found that, “The crisis was not a natural disaster, but the result of high risk, complex financial products; undisclosed conflicts of interest; and the failure of regulators, the credit rating agencies, and the market itself to rein in the excesses of Wall Street.”)

“Big Pharma”. Along with the financial lobbies, the pharmaceutical and health products industries have historically been one of the biggest and most powerful lobbies in Washington. Drug companies enjoy more power and influence in America than with any other government in the world.

“The Agribusiness Industry” which represents a diverse collection of special interest groups including large food manufacturers like Kraft and Uniliver, huge agricultural companies like Monsanto, tobacco companies such as Phillip Morris, biofuel producers like UNICA, and logging companies like International Paper and Weyerhauser. These companies spend upwards of $150 million each year, funding campaigns and pushing legislation through Congress or blocking it.

“The Tech Lobby” which includes the economic fire power of Google, Apple, Amazon and Microsoft.

“The Mining Industry”. This lobby, particularly the coal industry, has had its fingers in American politics for a long time. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, it was responsible for some of the most dramatic labor uprisings in history. In the last three years, in the face skepticism on the part of environmental advocacy groups, it spent nearly $100 million on seeking to persuade politicians that “clean coal” really will make a major contribution to averting an energy supply crisis.

“The NRA” (National Rifle Association). It has been one of the most consistently influential political lobbies in American politics for the past 30 years. Its power is less in money and more its ability to mobilize its members. It puts major effort into opposing candidates who advocate gun control. (Al Gore, for example, lost the 2000 election in his own home state of Tennessee primarily because of his pro gun-control stance).
“The AARP” (American Association of Retired Persons). It is an NGO and special interest group for people aged 50 and over and one of the largest lobbying groups in Washington.

“The Pro-Israel Lobby” which is more accurately described as the Zionist Lobby. As my regular readers know, I insist that it’s wrong to call this lobby pro-Israel because to do so implies that it speaks for all Israeli Jews and it does not. Headed by AIPAC (the American Israel Public Affairs Committee) which speaks for not more than about 25% of Jewish Americans, it has been called the NRA of foreign policy lobbies because of its ability to make or break politicians including presidents.

The statement that best sums up for me the consequences of all this financial fire power on America’s political system was the one made by the man I would like to see as America’s next president – Rocky Anderson. Who is he?

On Monday 19 December, at a press conference in Washington D.C., he announced the creation of a new third party, the Justice Party, and his intention to run for the presidency under its banner.

Just turned 60, Rocky Anderson, a former two-term mayor of Utah’s Salt Lake City, has an impressive record of service to what could be called the public good on many fronts. For reasons of space I have to ask readers who want to know more about him to take a look at his Wikipedia entry.

On 11 August last year he denounced the Democratic Party and resigned his membership of it. In his letter to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, he said: “Until the Democratic Party shows some spine and draws a line in the sand – that an end to the tax breaks for the wealthy needs to be part of any debt/budget bill – please take my name off your list… I'm done with the Democratic Party. As I said on Amy Goodman's show a couple years ago, I've put my proud Democrat coffee mug in storage. I think now I'll just throw it in the garbage and have done with it… The Constitution has been eviscerated while Democrats have stood by with nary a whimper. It is a gutless, unprincipled party, bought and paid for by the same interests that buy and pay for the Republican Party.”

I was inspired by Amy Goodman’s interview with Anderson for Open Democracy very shortly after his announcement of the formation of the Justice Party.

The great thing about television is that it gives viewers the opportunity not only to listen to what speakers are saying but also to study their body language as they are speaking and listening to the questions. In other words, television gives viewers the opportunity to ask and answer an important question – Do I believe this guy or gal? With Tony Blair, for example, my answer was always “No”. And I regret to say it has become “No” when I listen to President Obama and watch his body language. Anderson’s body language told me he is a man I can believe and that makes what he had to say more than important – even though he has no chance of becoming president in 2013. (After that…?)

Here is what he said in answer to one of Goodman’s questions.

“We launched the Justice Party because the entire system is so corrupt. It's so diseased. We know that the public interest is not being served by anyone in the system right now, particularly the two dominant parties who have sustained this corrupt system and who are sustained by it… Obama received more money from Wall Street than any presidential candidate ever. And they got a great return on their investment… We need people in public office who are pledged not to just represent the people's interest in the same system, but to change the system and get the corrupting influence of corporate and other concentrated wealth out of our electoral system and out of our system of governance.”

Common sense says that the only way to end the financial corruption of American politics is by the people, the voters, demanding that it be ended.

A real clean-up would require legislation giving effect to the proposition that all elections will be funded by only one source – public money raised from taxation, with the revenue ring-fenced so that it could only be used for elections. There are about 100 million voters in America and ten dollars added each year to their tax bill would provide enough money for all election funding. Ten dollars a year is surely a very small price for each voter to pay for something approaching real democracy.

Given that Congress’s approval rating is closer to 10 percent than 20 percent according to the latest polls, organizing a rolling and rising tide of people power to demand the necessary constitutional amendment or amendments to get the corrupting influence of lobby funding out of the electoral system ought not to be a mission impossible.

In other words, if enough American voters were aware of how corrupt their political system actually is, and if then they cared enough, they could cause the corruption to be terminated. What a demonstration of real democracy in action that would be!

In an opinion piece for The Electronic Intifada on 27 December, Ilan Pappe wrote the following.

“If we had a wish list for 2012 as Palestinians and friends of Palestine, one of the top items ought to be our hope that we can translate the dramatic shift in recent years in world public opinion into political action against Israeli policies on the ground… We know why this has not yet materialized: the political, intellectual and cultural elites of the West cower (crouch or cringe in fear) whenever they even contemplate acting according to their own consciences as well as the wishes of their societies. This last year was particularly illuminating for me in that respect. I encountered that timidity at every station in the many trips I took for the cause I believe in. And these personal experiences were accentuated by the more general examples of how governments and institutions caved in under intimidation from Israel and pro-Zionist Jewish organizations.”

In America Zionist intimidation which causes the “caving in” manifests itself in two ways.
One is funding for election campaigns and the threat, actually the promise, not only to deny funding to candidates who won’t commit to toeing Zionism’s line but to fund their opponents.

The other is delivery of Zionist lobby organized Jewish votes in close election races. (In a few states that are home to large Jewish populations – New York, California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida – the Jewish vote can be decisive).

Once upon a time, when most Jewish Americans voted for Democratic Party candidates, Republicans running for office did not bother to grovel for Jewish campaign funds and votes. An indicator of how times are changing is that in the current race for the White House, and with the exception of Ron Paul, Republican candidates are grovelling for Jewish campaign funds and votes as much if not more than Obama. In that context it can be said that the Zionization of American politics has been completed.

Can it ever be ended? Yes if enough Americans insist that their politicians be accountable to those who elect them and not the big money special interest lobbies.

At the time of writing the signs are that Obama will get a second term by default, this because no Republican challenger is credible to enough Americans. If that is the outcome of November’s election, probably a majority of Americans will be very far from happy with the way their electoral system operates; and that discontent might just be enough to cause them to demand an end to the corruption of the lobby system.

My hope for 2013 and beyond is that they will. (Could it be that Rocky Anderson’s time will come?)

In recent days, the fact that Mitt Romney has millions of dollars parked down in the Cayman Islands has made headlines all over the world. But when it comes to offshore banking, what Mitt Romney is doing is small potatoes. The truth is that the global elite are hiding an almost unbelievable amount of money in offshore banks.

According to shocking research done by the IMF, the global elite are holding a total of 18 trillion dollars in offshore banks. And that figure does not even count any money being held in Switzerland. That is a staggering amount of money. Keep in mind that U.S. GDP in 2010 was only 14.58 trillion dollars.

So why do the global elite go to such trouble to hide their money in offshore banks? Well, there are two main reasons. One is privacy and the other is low taxation. Privacy is a big issue for those that are involved in illegal enterprises such as drug running, but the biggest reason why people move money into offshore banks is in order to avoid taxes. Some set up bank accounts in foreign nations because they want to legally minimize their taxes and others set up bank accounts in foreign nations because they want to illegally avoid taxes. You would be absolutely amazed at what some large corporations and wealthy individuals do to get out of paying taxes. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the rest of us don't have the resources or the knowledge to play these games, so we get taxed into oblivion.

So why do they call it "offshore banking"?

Well, the term originally developed because the banks on the Channel Islands were "offshore" from the United Kingdom. Most "offshore banks" are still located on islands today. The Cayman Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Isle of Man are examples of this. Other "offshore banking centers" such as Monaco are actually not "offshore" at all, but the term applies to them anyway.

Traditionally, these offshore banking centers have been very attractive to both criminals and to the global elite because they would not tell anyone (including governments) about the money that anyone had parked there.
These days some governments (particularly the U.S. government) are trying to change this, but we certainly will not see the end of offshore banking any time soon.

The amount of money that goes through these offshore banks is absolutely astounding.

It has been estimated that 80 percent of all international banking transactions take place through these offshore banks. $1.4 trillion is being held in offshore banks in the Cayman Islands alone.

One article in the Guardian estimated that a third of all the wealth on the entire globe is being held in offshore banks, and others believe that as much as half of all the capital in the world flows through offshore banks at some point.

Obviously, all of this tax avoidance means that governments around the world are missing out on a whole lot of money.

It has been estimated that the U.S. government is missing out on $100 billion a year because of these offshore banks. Others would put that figure significantly higher.

Avoiding taxes is a game that the global elite have mastered. They are playing a whole different ballgame than you and I are. They don't just sit there like idiots and get blasted with taxes. Instead, they hire the best experts and they employ every trick in the book to hold on to as much money as they possibly can.
These days, taking advantage of offshore tax havens is not that complicated to do. The following is from a recent Politico article....

A plausible scenario plays out like this: I hire an accountant. Doing her job, my accountant tells me that if I sign a few legal documents and route my money through a small Caribbean island, I could keep more of my paycheck and pay a lower tax rate. I may have earned my money in the United States, but legally I can claim that it was, in fact, earned in a tax haven.

If it is legal, perhaps more of us should look into this.

After all, if playing these kinds of games is good enough for Mitt Romney, then why isn't it good enough for all the rest of us?

During a campaign stop recently, Romney said the following....

"I can tell you we follow the tax laws"

I certainly believe him when he says that. But it is what he said next that is troubling....

"And if there's an opportunity to save taxes, we like anybody else in this country will follow that opportunity."

I certainly believe him when he says that too.

ABC News recently revealed that Bain Capital has established an astounding 138 different offshore funds in the Cayman Islands.

Something has got to work pretty well to want to do it 138 times.

But Bain Capital was also very busy over in other offshore banking centers as well.

One of the largest shell companies that Bain set up down in the Caribbean was called Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors Ltd. It did not have an office in Bermuda and it had no staff in Bermuda. But it helped clients of Bain Capital avoid a whole lot of taxes.

The following comes from a 2007 Los Angeles Times article....

In Bermuda, Romney served as president and sole shareholder for four years of Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors Ltd. It funneled money into Bain Capital's Sankaty family of hedge funds, which invest in bonds and other debt issued by corporations, as well as bank loans.
Like thousands of similar financial entities, Sankaty maintains no office or staff in Bermuda. Its only presence consists of a nameplate at a lawyer's office in downtown Hamilton, capital of the British island territory.
"It's just a mail drop, essentially," said Marc B. Wolpow, who worked with Romney for nine years at Bain Capital and who set up Sankaty Ltd. in October 1997 without ever visiting Bermuda. "There's no one doing any work down there other than lawyers."

The amount of money being funneled through Sankaty today is absolutely stunning....

Today, Bain Capital manages $60 billion in assets, according to a spokesman. The total includes $23 billion in Sankaty debt and credit funds. Half a dozen Sankaty affiliates now are active in Bermuda, corporate registry records show.
The Sankaty debt hedge funds are organized as partnerships in Delaware that produce taxable business income by investing in fixed-income bonds and other debt instruments. Under tax law, even tax-exempt U.S. institutions may face a 35% tax if they invest directly in such hedge funds. By investing instead through a Bermuda corporation, the taxes are legally blocked, experts say.

Of course all of this is perfectly legal.

So nobody gets into trouble for any of this.

By keeping money offshore, even those managing these kinds of funds can avoid being taxed.

Victor Fleischer, a tax professor at the University of Colorado Law School, recently explained how this works....

"The idea behind some of the Cayman Island strategies was that the income that the fund managers receive for managing the money would be kept offshore in the Cayman Island — and the chief benefit is that you can defer when you recognize that income until a later date and you can reinvest the money from the Cayman islands and none of those reinvested funds get taxed until you bring them back either"

So was Romney doing this?

We may never know unless he shows us his tax returns.

What we do know is that Romney has millions of dollars of his own personal wealth invested in offshore tax havens.

The following comes from ABC News....

In addition to paying the lower tax rate on his investment income, Romney has as much as $8 million invested in at least 12 funds listed on a Cayman Islands registry. Another investment, which Romney reports as being worth between $5 million and $25 million, shows up on securities records as having been domiciled in the Caymans.

But Romney does not just have money invested down in the Cayman Islands. Apparently his money is invested in a whole host of offshore tax havens.

The following quote comes from a Reuters article....

Bain funds in which Romney is invested are scattered from Delaware to the Cayman Islands and Bermuda, Ireland and Hong Kong, according to a Reuters analysis of securities filings.

So is there anything wrong with this?

Well, it depends on how you define "wrong".

What Romney is doing is perfectly legal.

But it also stinks. Washington lawyer Jack Blum recently told ABC News the following about Romney's finances....

"His personal finances are a poster child of what's wrong with the American tax system"

So now we may have a few hints as to why Romney may not want to release his old tax returns.

But as noted above, what Romney is doing is just small potatoes compared to what the ultra-wealthy do.
The U.S. Congress has been trying to clamp down on offshore banking, but the ultra-wealthy are always two or three steps ahead of them.

The ultra-wealthy will go to just about any extreme in order to avoid paying taxes.

In fact, the Washington Post has reported that an increasing number of wealthy individuals are actually deciding to renounce their citizenship rather than face the wrath of the IRS.

The ultra-wealthy aren't really concerned that much with national citizenship anyway. If they want to influence an election, they can have far more influence by donating a few million bucks to a "Super PAC" than they can by casting the few votes that they have.

In a previous article, I described how the ultra-wealthy use offshore banks as a "shadow banking system" that plays by rules that most people don't even know exist....

It is a shadow banking system that most Americans don't know anything about. Most Americans don't have the resources to be able to set up shell companies in half a dozen different countries so that they can "filter" their profits. Most Americans don't know a thing about complicated tax avoidance plans that tax lawyers use such as the "Double Irish" and the "Dutch Sandwich". Most Americans would have no idea how to eventually have most of the money that they make end up in Bermuda so that it can avoid taxes.

Most among the global elite simply do not care that U.S. debt is climbing into the stratosphere. All they care about is keeping as much of their own money in their pockets as they possibly can.

Of course there are always exceptions to this rule. Warren Buffett recently wrote a check to the U.S. Treasury for a little more than $49,000 to help pay off the national debt.

But considering the fact that the U.S. national debt is increasing by more than 100 million dollars an hour, that didn't exactly do much to help.

Our system is deeply broken and the global elite are getting away with bloody murder. Over the decades, they have carefully crafted the rules so that as much wealth as possible is funneled into their pockets, and they have carefully crafted the rules so that as much wealth as possible stays in their pockets.

Of course if we got rid of the personal income tax and the corporate income tax entirely and replaced them with a completely new system we could get rid of all of this game playing once and for all.

False flag operations are already illegal – aren’t they?

After all, you can’t legally kill people or destroy property, and then falsely implicate someone else in the crime. But Florida lawyer David Petrano, a member of Lawyers for 9/11 Truth, thinks that a false flag operation is a different and more destructive animal altogether. This is why he’s proposing that Congress pass a False Flag Terrorism Prohibition Act.

“People want a line in the sand now,” Petrano said in a phone interview this week.

Petrano, whose work on the wording is in its early stages, acknowledges that it is highly unlikely that a Bill like this would ever be passed. Even getting it considered would require a Congressman or Congresswoman who had “nothing to lose,” he says. But it would draw attention to the fact that these events are crimes and that they happen repeatedly. Anyone who planned them or even knew about them would be criminally liable.

Let’s look at what a false flag operation is:

According to Wikipedia, “False flag (aka Black Flag) operations are covert operations designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is flying the flag of a country other than one’s own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations, and can be used in peace-time.”

In essence, a false flag operation means attacking yourself and then blaming someone else. Sometimes it means pretending you were attacked when there was no attack. Always it involves deception. The truth isn’t the first casualty in a false flag operation, it was never there in the first place. (Anyone interested in learning more about the phenomenon might want to pick up Barrie Zwicker’s excellent book Towers of Deception: The Media Cover-Up of 9/11.)

False flag operations are a staple of how governments like the United States carry out their foreign and domestic policy. They fabricate a threat to create fear, and then they use that fear to justify an attack against another nation or group under false pretences. Or they pass laws under false pretences – as the U.S. has done with the Patriot Act, the Homeland Security Act, and the National Defence Authorization Act.

The key to what Petrano is proposing is that it would not only be illegal to carry out these deceptive covert operations, but it would also be illegal to plan them even if the plan is never carried out. It would also be a crime for anyone not to report knowledge of the planning or carrying out of such an operation.

“The purpose of the law is to draw boundaries on that,” Petrano says. “You can’t even plan it.”

As it is now, if the head of the CIA, FBI, or the Joint Chiefs of Staff were to walk into the president’s office and propose that a crime be committed, there would not likely to be any legal consequences (unless you pull a Richard Nixon and record the conspiracy on tape).

The most glaring and most obvious example of a false flag attack is 9/11. This was a covert operation planned and carried out by elements within the U.S. government (and maybe other governments) and blamed on a supposed terrorist group led by CIA-asset Osama bin Laden.

It’s the best example, but it’s not the only one. In the last 20 years, there was the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, the Oklahoma City bombing, the London subway bombings of 2005, and numerous others.

You could also call the Kennedy assassination a false flag operation. This coup by the CIA (and maybe other entities) was intended to be blamed on Communists. Lee Harvey Oswald, who was with U.S. military intelligence in the late 1950s, defected to the U.S.S.R. and then came back with no questions asked. They also had him passing out pro-Castro leaflets as a cover.

The most incredibly elaborate plan for a false flag operation in recent decades (at least until 9/11) was a plan that few people have even heard of called Operation Northwoods. This 1962 plan, cooked up by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, proposed that fake terrorist events be launched in American cities resulting in the deaths of American citizens.

A plane painted to look like a civilian airliner would be shot out of the sky, a U.S. naval vessel would be sunk near Guantanomo Bay, even the U.S. base there would be bombed. Evidence would be fabricated and the whole thing would be blamed on Cuba and its new leader, Fidel Castro. I wrote three consecutive posts on this in 2010, starting with this link.

If Petrano’s FFTPA had been in place, those who worked on or knew about this plan – including all the members of the Joint Chiefs, Secretary of Defence Robert McNamara, and even President Kennedy – would have been criminally liable for conspiring to commit a false flag operation.

We know that the mainstream media plays an integral part in keeping such operations a secret. If you don’t believe that, just wait until March when the 50^th anniversary of Northwoods comes around. Watch how much media attention the event gets. Next to none would be my guess.

A famous false flag operation occurred in 1933 when the Nazis burned down the Reichstag (the German Parliament) and blamed it on Communists. This was then used as a pretext to pass an emergency decree that allowed for the suspension of civil liberties and the mass arrest of Communists. This, of course, was the beginning of the Hitler-led dictatorship that killed millions. It was a lie, but it worked.

The attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941 was a type of false flag operation even though it was indeed the Japanese who launched the attack. The covert part is that the U.S. not only provoked the attack but knew it was coming months in advance. They let it happen because Roosevelt didn’t have enough public support to enter the war. After Dec. 7 it was smooth sailing.

I don’t know whether this attempt expose treasonous activity will come to anything or not, but I applaud the effort and believe it is worth doing. I can’t think of anything more critical to what’s left of democracy than increasing awareness of how governments deceive their own people with catastrophic consequences.

If we had a media that wasn’t completely corrupt, then it would have been clear long before 9/11 what was going on. People would have recognized this black op for what it was. But our media appear to be working for the other side, and they simply aren’t telling us the truth.

But 9/11 was so massive in scale, that I believe people are starting to become more aware. Not enough of them (how can anyone really believe Navy Seals killed bin Laden?), but more all the time. We have to keep fighting to educate people about these deceptions while at the same time fighting to ensure the survival of the semi-free Internet.

The next time the powers that be try one of these things – and they will sooner than later – we have to be able to see through it. We have to recognize the pattern because it’s ALWAYS THE SAME. And we have to try and spread the word as much as we can. The stakes couldn’t be higher.

10 Reasons the U.S. is no longer the land of the free

Every year, the State Department issues reports on individual rights in other countries, monitoring the passage of restrictive laws and regulations around the world. Iran, for example, has been criticized for denying fair public trials and limiting privacy, while Russia has been taken to task for undermining due process. Other countries have been condemned for the use of secret evidence and torture.

Even as we pass judgment on countries we consider unfree, Americans remain confident that any definition of a free nation must include their own — the land of free. Yet, the laws and practices of the land should shake that confidence. In the decade since Sept. 11, 2001, this country has comprehensively reduced civil liberties in the name of an expanded security state. The most recent example of this was the National Defense Authorization Act, signed Dec. 31, which allows for the indefinite detention of citizens. At what point does the reduction of individual rights in our country change how we define ourselves?

While each new national security power Washington has embraced was controversial when enacted, they are often discussed in isolation. But they don’t operate in isolation. They form a mosaic of powers under which our country could be considered, at least in part, authoritarian. Americans often proclaim our nation as a symbol of freedom to the world while dismissing nations such as Cuba and China as categorically unfree. Yet, objectively, we may be only half right. Those countries do lack basic individual rights such as due process, placing them outside any reasonable definition of “free,” but the United States now has much more in common with such regimes than anyone may like to admit.

These countries also have constitutions that purport to guarantee freedoms and rights. But their governments have broad discretion in denying those rights and few real avenues for challenges by citizens — precisely the problem with the new laws in this country.

The list of powers acquired by the U.S. government since 9/11 puts us in rather troubling company.

1. Assassination of U.S. citizens

President Obama has claimed, as President George W. Bush did before him, the right to order the killing of any citizen considered a terrorist or an abettor of terrorism. Last year, he approved the killing of U.S. citizen Anwar al-Awlaqi and another citizen under this claimed inherent authority. Last month, administration officials affirmed that power, stating that the president can order the assassination of any citizen whom he considers allied with terrorists. (Nations such as Nigeria, Iran and Syria have been routinely criticized for extrajudicial killings of enemies of the state.)

2. Indefinite detention

Under the law signed last month, terrorism suspects are to be held by the military; the president also has the authority to indefinitely detain citizens accused of terrorism. While the administration claims that this provision only codified existing law, experts widely contest this view, and the administration has opposed efforts to challenge such authority in federal courts. The government continues to claim the right to strip citizens of legal protections based on its sole discretion. (China recently codified a more limited detention law for its citizens, while countries such as Cambodia have been singled out by the United States for “prolonged detention.”)

3. Arbitrary justice

The president now decides whether a person will receive a trial in the federal courts or in a military tribunal, a system that has been ridiculed around the world for lacking basic due process protections. Bush claimed this authority in 2001, and Obama has continued the practice. (Egypt and China have been denounced for maintaining separate military justice systems for selected defendants, including civilians.)

4. Warrantless searches

The president may now order warrantless surveillance, including a new capability to force companies and organizations to turn over information on citizens’ finances, communications and associations. Bush acquired this sweeping power under the Patriot Act in 2001, and in 2011, Obama extended the power, including searches of everything from business documents to library records.

The government can use “national security letters” to demand, without probable cause, that organizations turn over information on citizens — and order them not to reveal the disclosure to the affected party. (Saudi Arabia and Pakistan operate under laws that allow the government to engage in widespread discretionary surveillance.)

5. Secret evidence

The government now routinely uses secret evidence to detain individuals and employs secret evidence in federal and military courts. It also forces the dismissal of cases against the United States by simply filing declarations that the cases would make the government reveal classified information that would harm national security — a claim made in a variety of privacy lawsuits and largely accepted by federal judges without question. Even legal opinions, cited as the basis for the government’s actions under the Bush and Obama administrations, have been classified. This allows the government to claim secret legal arguments to support secret proceedings using secret evidence. In addition, some cases never make it to court at all. The federal courts routinely deny constitutional challenges to policies and programs under a narrow definition of standing to bring a case.

6. War crimes

The world clamored for prosecutions of those responsible for waterboarding terrorism suspects during the Bush administration, but the Obama administration said in 2009 that it would not allow CIA employees to be investigated or prosecuted for such actions. This gutted not just treaty obligations but the Nuremberg principles of international law. When courts in countries such as Spain moved to investigate Bush officials for war crimes, the Obama administration reportedly urged foreign officials not to allow such cases to proceed, despite the fact that the United States has long claimed the same authority with regard to alleged war criminals in other countries. (Various nations have resisted investigations of officials accused of war crimes and torture. Some, such as Serbia and Chile, eventually relented to comply with international law; countries that have denied independent investigations include Iran, Syria and China.)

7. Secret court

The government has increased its use of the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which has expanded its secret warrants to include individuals deemed to be aiding or abetting hostile foreign governments or organizations. In 2011, Obama renewed these powers, including allowing secret searches of individuals who are not part of an identifiable terrorist group. The administration has asserted the right to ignore congressional limits on such surveillance. (Pakistan places national security surveillance under the unchecked powers of the military or intelligence services.)

8. Immunity from judicial review

Like the Bush administration, the Obama administration has successfully pushed for immunity for companies that assist in warrantless surveillance of citizens, blocking the ability of citizens to challenge the violation of privacy. (Similarly, China has maintained sweeping immunity claims both inside and outside the country and routinely blocks lawsuits against private companies.)

9. Continual monitoring of citizens

The Obama administration has successfully defended its claim that it can use GPS devices to monitor every move of targeted citizens without securing any court order or review. (Saudi Arabia has installed massive public surveillance systems, while Cuba is notorious for active monitoring of selected citizens.)

10. Extraordinary renditions

The government now has the ability to transfer both citizens and noncitizens to another country under a system known as extraordinary rendition, which has been denounced as using other countries, such as Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Pakistan, to torture suspects. The Obama administration says it is not continuing the abuses of this practice under Bush, but it insists on the unfettered right to order such transfers — including the possible transfer of U.S. citizens.

Final Comments: Land of the Free?

These new laws have come with an infusion of money into an expanded security system on the state and federal levels, including more public surveillance cameras, tens of thousands of security personnel and a massive expansion of a terrorist-chasing bureaucracy.

Some politicians shrug and say these increased powers are merely a response to the times we live in. Thus, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) could declare in an interview last spring without objection that “free speech is a great idea, but we’re in a war.” Of course, terrorism will never “surrender” and end this particular “war.”

Other politicians rationalize that, while such powers may exist, it really comes down to how they are used. This is a common response by liberals who cannot bring themselves to denounce Obama as they did Bush. Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), for instance, has insisted that Congress is not making any decision on indefinite detention: “That is a decision which we leave where it belongs — in the executive branch.”

And in a signing statement with the defense authorization bill, Obama said he does not intend to use the latest power to indefinitely imprison citizens. Yet, he still accepted the power as a sort of regretful autocrat.

An authoritarian nation is defined not just by the use of authoritarian powers, but by the ability to use them. If a president can take away your freedom or your life on his own authority, all rights become little more than a discretionary grant subject to executive will.

The framers lived under autocratic rule and understood this danger better than we do. James Madison famously warned that we needed a system that did not depend on the good intentions or motivations of our rulers: “If men were angels, no government would be necessary.”

Benjamin Franklin was more direct. In 1787, a Mrs. Powel confronted Franklin after the signing of the Constitution and asked, “Well, Doctor, what have we got — a republic or a monarchy?” His response was a bit chilling: “A republic, Madam, if you can keep it.”

Since 9/11, we have created the very government the framers feared: a government with sweeping and largely unchecked powers resting on the hope that they will be used wisely.

The indefinite-detention provision in the defense authorization bill seemed to many civil libertarians like a betrayal by Obama. While the president had promised to veto the law over that provision, Levin, a sponsor of the bill, disclosed on the Senate floor that it was in fact the White House that approved the removal of any exception for citizens from indefinite detention.

Dishonesty from politicians is nothing new for Americans. The real question is whether we are lying to ourselves when we call this country the land of the free.

Let’s start this out with an attention grabber. Out there, somewhere is a photograph of Osama bin Laden and George H. W. Bush, shaking hands in the White House. It exists. There is this and more, so much more, that would make America’s heads spin.

The actual trained journalists around me beat this into my head. OK, here it is.

Those who follow rumors, which means every single one of us, know that former President George H. W. Bush worked with the bin Ladens, a wealthy and respected Saudi family that invests in a group of military companies called The Carlyle Group, headed by many former world leaders.

When Osama bin Laden, the short haired young Saudi millionaire CIA agent visited Bush in the White House, he came there, not just as an important part of our intelligence infrastructure at the end of the Cold War, but as a good friend of George H. W. Bush, a man who was practically an uncle to him.

Wait a minute, wouldn’t that make George “W” Bush Osama bin Laden’s brother? Well, not a real brother, not like Jeb anyway. Bin Laden was taller and better looking and, as the CIA transcript below indicates, certainly better educated and more honest. Be sure to read the only certified statement ever made by Osama bin Laden about 9/11 and compare it to what you are told he had said.

Then remember the last 10 years how many times you have been told bin Laden claimed credit for 9/11. Each of those video and audio recordings were presented to news agencies by proven agents of the Israeli government and have, after examination, all been shown to be counterfeit.
The news has refused to report either of these facts.

We might also add, Osama bin Laden, were he of “that” Bush generation, was a veteran, having risked his life defending the United States against Russia many times.

Does this put the fact that the bin Laden family was evacuated from the United States, the safest place on Earth for them, on 9/12/2001 rather than have any of them interviewed by the FBI in perspective?

A plane load of Israelis left also, had to escape the United States, which had suddenly become terrifyingly dangerous to an entire planeload of trained Mossad agents, supposedly the among the most dangerous people on earth.

Was Bush their uncle too? We wonder.

The cover story is that their son, Osama, went a bit off and began blowing things up. We have secrets that disprove this as a wild conspiracy, or worse, “cover and deception.”

To the CIA and top US officials, Osama bin Laden was Tim Osman, his cover name.

He held an equivalent US military rank, had broad security clearances through the American government and received a salary for decades. Someone has access to his history, to his files. It gets worse, worse than I had known, worse than I had suspected.

I had been asked, after the announcement of the bin Laden killing to reaffirm what General Gul, the foremost expert told me, what I heard from official sources that also briefed General Petraeus and Secretary Clinton (same briefing) to tell the truth.

Osama bin Laden, known by his friends as Tim Osman, spoke English, was always loyal to the US and was deeply trusted by the CIA despite their “bin Laden unit” and the endless hunts for him and a supposedly connected group, the 9/11 hijackers.

Let’s take a second look at the hijackers. Those who knew that a group of Arabs were being trained in the US, some paid by FBI funds, entertained by GOP lobbyist Jack Abramoff and said to be planning a new attack on the World Trade Center have suffered for that knowledge.

Well over a year ago, Fox News “outed” this operation, partially at least, with proof that the US government knew about 9/11 in advance. Here is one of the broadcasts but is only part of the story:

What we have since learned is that the evidence brought forward about the attacks was a deception plan for the real attack, which was staged by the US government along with help from Israel.

Passenger lists show no hijackers, phone bills show no calls from planes, no box cutters and many of those said to have died as suicide hijackers have tried to file suit against the US governent for defamation.

They are alive and more than willing to prove it. The “hijackers” were clones. My personal belief is that they were on the plane to Tel Aviv on September 12, 2001. Many FBI agents believed the same. All have been silenced.

If Jews had to be taken out of America, why leave 14 million behind? Who was on the plane, why? There was only one purpose for the flight, to avoid the FBI. There was only one purpose for that. The “hijackers” were on the plane along with demolition teams, this is what FBI officials said they beleive. There are no films, no tickets, there were no passport checks and the flight left on the personal authority of President Bush. Where they not terrorists, there was no other possible reason for the flight.

If you can think of one, any reason, let me know. If you have access to a single airport employee who saw one person board the plane, a video, a passenger list anything, ten years later, please come forward. Secrecy has one purpose, to cover crimes committed by governments. If you wanted a real secret, call Tel Aviv or China, they have had those from day one, as anyone knows.

I have met other CIA and FBI employees including one former member of congress who knew also. Two of the CIA employees were locked in psychiatric facilities to keep them from reporting “officially” to the president, both charged with crimes and one jailed.

This transcript makes every word said about bin Laden a lie, every news report, every statement by our presidents and congress, if they lie about this, what else do they lie about? It gets worse, much worse.

CIA files that dozens of members of congress have access to and dozens of journalists have seen introduce these facts:

Osama bin Laden had a cover name, Tim Osmon
Osama bin Laden was brought to the US through the airport in Ontario, California and settled in the San Diego area for a number of years.
He was paid by FBI funds and maintained contact with a number of high ranking individuals that I can name, but the last person doing something similar, is in jail. The names include CIA, US Army, FBI and Department of the Treasury.
Tim Osmon, AKA Osama bin Laden visited the White House on at least one occasion. Staffers there report the visit and witnessed Tim Osmon, yes, we are talking about Osama bin Laden meeting with George Herbert Walker Bush in the White House.
This is a fully confirmed report.

While bin Laden is accused of 9/11, others working in the White House tell us that Richard Clarke, managed secret projects for the Bush administration and Pentagon prior to 9/11 that puts his picture on the “wanted list” where bin Laden never belonged.

OTHER THINGS

The president mentioned during his State of the Union address that congress should pass laws outlawing “insider trading.” If any other American were to do it, they would go to jail. Hundreds having committed crimes that members of congress commit every day are in federal prison.
On national television, the President of the United States announced that many members of congress are criminals and asked that they rescind the laws they passed that allow them to commit criminal acts and avoid prosecution.
Insider trading would cause members of congress to act against the interests of the American people and for corporations. It would also turn members of congress into, not just millionaires, but full-fledged members of criminal organizations.

If you just watched the video, you saw the president tell congress to stop being criminals. They applauded as though they wanted to stop stealing. I nearly fell off my chair.
First of all, I thank any person in Washington who tells the truth, which Obama did. But at the end of the broadcast, using laws on the books, 80% of the people sitting behind the desks, in the good seats, including members of the US Supreme Court, should have been arrested and jailed.

Congress does not have the right to pass laws that legalize criminal acts on their own part.

They did it !!
You heard about it. This isn’t even close to the beginning and there are still people who believe that airplanes knocked down the World Trade Center or who don’t know the movie, “Flight 93″ was, every single word of it, a total fiction.
Top US officials have actually come to me asking where I think the plane went and what happened to the passengers. I told them. It was a guess. They wanted my guess. You don’t get that guess today.
Here is another way of looking at it. Only the President of the United States has authority to pardon or commute sentences for those convicted of or seeking immunity from federal prosecution.
In passing legislation that abrogates that right, legalizing violations of federal law by members of the legislative branch, the number of unconstitutional acts involved is almost countless.
Not only does this overrule separation of powers as outlined in the constitution, it is, in itself, a usurpation, it essentially turns any authority empowered with the protection of the constitution, with or without writ of mandamus, that fails to act, into a party to criminal activity.
Congress has, in protecting itself from both civil and criminal remedies other than its of “witch hunts” against carefully chosen scapegoats, put itself above the law. There is one purpose for that. Members of congress continually commit serious felonies. This means we are voting for criminals.
Does this make sense now?

DRUGS, A CONGRESSIONAL FRANCHISE

Actually, it goes further than congress. One presidential candidate, a very wealthy one, uses his “offshore accounts” to launder drug money. The only reason for the offshore accounts is to take drug profits, by truck, into Mexico, paying off
customs officials on both sides of the border and moving the money into secret corporate accounts in the Cayman Islands.

"Ah...I think we need a faster process."

Not one scrap of information has been submitted on these accounts, where the money came from or how much is there. It could be $75 billion or more.
There isn’t one scrap of evidence it was “earned,” in fact, were it earned, it couldn’t be in Cayman accounts. There would be a trail of taxes and clear evidence of investments or business enterprises which simply don’t exist.
Several years ago, Colonel Eugene Khrushchev, former First Secretary representing both the Soviet Union and Russian Republic in Kabul came to me with a story.
He said that Richard Hollbrooke, the top US official in Afghanistan was, in fact, managing the world’s largest drug empire. Hollbrooke is dead now but the drugs continue to flow, $80 billion per year.
Others worked to find how Afghanistan went from a few hundred pounds of opium paste per year to tons of heroin flown around the world by private airlines contracted to the CIA.

Then we found irrigation projects, paid for at Hollbrooke’s request, costing millions, that watered opium poppies.
Then we found agricultural programs under USAID that moved opium production to areas more suited for that plant, upping production. We even found the US aiding Afghanistan in buying shiploads of fertilizer to increase opium production.

Then, an investigative reporter came to me with evidence that current and former members of congress, some involved in organizations supposedly supporting a peaceful settlement in Afghanistan were, in actuality, importing chemicals used to convert opium to much more valuable heroin.
These efforts received full US government subsidies and protection and, in addition, paid taxes to the Taliban.
This is going on today and you are paying for it.
The heroin, part of it, is being sold to your children. It is being sold to everyone’s children as America now supplies 97% of the world’s heroin and smaller percentagages, in some cases not much smaller of other drugs, cocaine, ecstasy, “meth” and is involved now in cultivating new strains of marijuana.
That, in itself makes me suspicious as it may actually be useful.

JOHN KIRIAKOU, CIA AGENT UNDER ARREST

The US isn’t allowed to torture. The CIA isn’t allowed to invent lies to push the US government into wars because members of that organization are spies for a foreign government or are receiving financial gain.
Many members of the CIA and other intelligence agencies are actually foreign nationals and active member of foreign intelligence agencies whose goals are inconsistent with the welfare of the United States. Reporting this can and will get an honest CIA agent imprisoned. Yes, dozens of CIA agents are also agents of foreign intelligence agencies, some of whom are known to have been directly involved in terrorists acts including but not limited to planting car bombs, killing American soldiers with IEDs and helping orchestrate financial crimes inside the US.
Many more foreign nationals inside the US carry falsified identification and pretend to be FBI or CIA or TSA or Homeland Security or even your local police. They harass journalists or operate as assassination teams. John Wheeler III was killed by one such team. The American governent knows who they are but refuses to arrest them.

When people talk about disbanding the CIA and starting all over again, they aren’t talking through their hats. We wish the current director, former General Petraeus, an oddly able person, luck with dealing with this problem.

He will do nothing. He can’t afford being accused of anti-Semitism, which is the direct threat he is currently under. He is very aware of this.

Congress demands that he never “clean house,” no matter how many in the CIA are disloyal to the United States.

What am I saying? Simply put, there are serious inconsistencies between many Israeli policies and the broader welfare of the United States, yet Israeli citizens are, to a large extent, in official policy making positions as paid employees of US intelligence and security organizations.

These are the individuals responsible for much of what you read above, very real proof of foreknowledge of 9/11 and to many, a trail of suspicion, backed by increasing hard evidence, now a deluge, that “foreknowledge” was actually “full complicity.”

How can Kiriakou be arrested for reporting criminal acts, unless you consider the withdrawal from the ICC (International Criminal Court) by the US as protection from crimes committed by Americans on the sovereign territory of signatory nations.

From a legal standpoint, the arrest of Kiriakou is complicity after the fact in war crimes and warrants can be issued by any signatory nation against any authority involved, which, in this case, is the Central Intelligence Agency and the United States Department of Justice, their directors, legal staff and participating enforcement officers. This includes judges. They will be unable to travel outside the US.

THE UNFOLLOWED TRAIL

Yesterday, Dr. Jim Fetzer and I talked for hours. We talked much about the Kennedy killings and how TV shows try to depict the impossible act of shooting President Kennedy with a broken rifle through the middle of a tree in full bloom was beyond any imagination.

Real life demonstrations all failed, the last by Jesse Ventura.

TV stars do it all the time, on NCIS, on Bones, shots those of us who could shoot skeet with a pistol could never make.

What does this prove? It tells me that the hopeless coverup of the murder of John and Robert Kennedy, tied to Vietnam, tied to Israeli nuclear weapons and tied to the infamous Federal Reserve System, is still an industry with backers who some would believe were “Hollywood liberals.”

We know them as traitors who still need to cover up a 50 year old crime, media powers that fictionalize history as they fictionalize our news.

LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL

Many of the things covered by President Obama, not enough things I admit, but many, would restore confidence and some legality to federal authority that is, in all probability, totally absent now.

Current monies held by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, ordered released recently, are sufficient to impact the US economy, cut unemployment by 40% and reduce our national debt.

These monies, according to documents filed in federal court this week, have, with the tacit approval of the Chairman of the Federal Reserve and Treasury Department, been illegally used as collateral by major banks.

In 2007, a federal suit was filed to recover $4.3 trillion USD stolen by Goldmann Sachs, Morgan Stanley and others.. A settlement was reached and the monies are to be returned, we are told, but no agency is enforcing the orders of the court or even the orders signed by the president of the United States.

Billions of this money now officially belongs to non-profit corporations earmarked for aid to homeless veterans and other projects.

Some of the language of that lawsuit will be included in the exhibits below.

Please note: Goldman Sachs went to the Bush administration, straight to Paulson who had secretly lent them, tax free and interest free, $4.5 trillion dollars, and asked for a federal “bail out.”

He authorized it, just as he had authorized the illegal loan of money that was never his to lend in the first place.

Goldman Sachs never carried this on their books nor any of the profits, estimated at over $15 trillion dollars. It was all laundered overseas while American taxpayers covered imaginary losses engineered by our own Secretary of Treasury.

You have heard stories that the Federal Reserve has lend out, illegally, trillions to their friends. What they don’t say is that this money wasn’t theirs but stolen from accounts under their trust. They is why they could do it, depending on court and enforcement agencies to look the other way under Ashcroft, Gonzoles and now even the Obama administration though our current president has personally intervened.

His signed orders are now being ignored as though he were some bum off the streets. What does this tell you?

So, we have, nearly 6 years ago, proof that China transferred $4.5 trillion dollars to the US, part of a fund to be used to finance public projects and reduce national debt and build a nationwide high speed rail system which would employ 400,000 Americans.
In the interim, who has been using this money?

Current court estimates indicate the value with interest at $7.2 trillion dollars, half the entire national debt.
The real question, of course, is how many trillions of dollars of profit was made by the banks who were allowed to borrow this money at no interest, enough to finance hundreds, perhaps thousands of trillions of dollars in transactions and untold profit.

These same banks claimed they were broke and had to be bailed out by the US government, begging trillions while hiding the fact they had been given the free use of trillions in illegal wealth from China, funding now proven to belong to Ameritrust and designated for rebuilding America.

As for “insider trading,” few know what it means. Members of congress, not only profit from the companies they award government contracts to but are regularly awarded “stock options” which profit them billions, by authorizing the traditional “$600 toilet seat” times a million.

They wasted the future of America for their own enrichment, sucking the lifeblood of America and hiding behind illegal laws, crooked judges and a Justice Department that is required, we are told, to look the other way because congress is above any law.

As for Ameritrust and China, we find that members of the Bush regime personally authorized the lending an no interest of trillions of dollars of money that wasn’t theirs.

How were they repaid? What we find, of course, is that the famous names of that period are investors and board members everywhere we look.

It has been a decade of thievery hidden behind the War on Terror, all done while American soldiers not only died, but were sent on missions to kidnap, torture and murder.

When those same soldiers returned, unprepared for anything but suicide, homelessness or murdering their own families, something that has happened more times than anyone could imagine, the trillions in profits made off their destruction are too busy filling foreign bank accounts, those “Mitt Romney” accounts, to do any good.

When $2 billion is given to American veterans, they find it illegally lent to Goldman Sachs by former Treasury Secretary Paulson. How do we get it back? I have some ideas.

With a recent Associated Press hatchet job story and character assassination of Martin Luther King Jr coming out in the US mainstream, echo chamber media with it's pigeonholing Dr King into a corner as only a "black leader" and freezing his life in that August 1963 speech in the US capital speech on civil rights when the struggle was primarily in the US South, we have a full fledged ghettoization of Dr King which we need to remedy by bringing out the real Dr King. The attack on Dr King has been one of talking about he "chain smoked," used alcohol, and used rough language. Can charges of him "chewing gum in class be far behind?" "Chasing women," J Edgar Hoover's favorite almost surely will be brought out of the shadows. But he was human, "Surprise!" Now "assassinate" the below US mainstream media.

Today on this planet as Martin Luther King Jr said in his Christmas sermon he delivered in his Atlanta church "Our world is sick with war; everywhere we turn we see its ominous possibilities," because as Dr King said "if we don't have good will toward men in this world, we will destroy ourselves by the misuse of our own instruments and our own power." "The Christmas hope of peace on earth and good will toward men" Dr King pointed out "can no longer be dismissed as a dream of some utopian."

As Dr King concluded "We must either learn to live together as brothers or we are all going to perish together like fools." "Life is interrelated" as he made so clear." "We are all caught up in an inescapable network of mutuality tied into a single garment of destiny."

Dr King made the point of the link between US militarism and racism and poverty which neither the US power elites nor the echo chamber press liked in the least.

When Dr King gave this sermon he talked about his visit to India and how that had depressed him, but he could have just as easily today been talking about Haiti. Just substitute Haiti for India in this sermon and it works great and substitute some Haitian city for some Indian city starting with Dr King saying "How can one avoid being depressed when one sees with one's own eyes evidences of millions (maybe a smaller number for Haiti) people going to bed hungry at night. How can one avoid being depressed when one sees with one's own eyes thousands of people sleeping on sidewalks at night."

He referred to those in the "million in Bombay" and "a half million in Calcutta." Though the numbers may be smaller in absolute terms they're still huge in Haitian cities. Dr King put it so well when he challenged "How can we in America stand by and not be concerned?"

Then Dr King's answer came: In the USA "we spend millions of dollars (currently the figure may be different but the point is the same) to store surplus food." He said he knew where we "could store that food free of charge-- in the wrinkled stomachs of the millions of God's children in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and even in our own nation, who go to bed hungry at night." Yes, hunger or the food insecurity as those who like to use euphemisms was and is alive today and well in the USA. We have surpluses for some and nothing for too many others and with regard to money so much surplus for so few and so little for 90 per cent or 95 per cent. What is true of money is true as well of that which money can buy-- housing, health care, clothing, and otherwise.

This gap is a "good way" to refuse to have "peace on earth and good will to all" by completely ignoring the "interrelated structure of reality" which Dr King spoke of. Dr King put it so well when he said "No individual can live alone; no nation can live alone, and as long as we try, the more we are going to have war in this world." We now have a world which as Franklin D Roosevelt would have said is "ill housed, ill fed, and ill clothed." To get to a solution as Dr King put it so aptly "Our loyalties must transcend our race, our tribe. our class, and our nation. . . we must develop a world perspective." "Our loyalties must become ecumenical rather than sectional."

Each one of us "is somebody" and "a child of God" as Dr King told us. When we say "Thou shalt not kill" as he also said "we're really saying that human life is too sacred to be taken on the battlefields of the world." "One day" we must see as Dr King told us that "The Russians are our brothers." And I'm sure today he would add that "the North Koreans and Iranians are our brothers." and despite "our ideological and political differences" with them "one day we're going to have to sit down together at the table of brotherhood."

And as King added "When we truly believe in the sacredness" of all humanity "we won't exploit people, we won't trample over them with the iron feet of oppression, we won't kill anybody."

America's mainstream media is being accused of playing with fire and hyping-up global tension, while trying to steer public opinion to please their sponsors.

In a sensitive time with the military standoff in the Strait of Hormuz and looming sanctions over Iran's nuclear program, the MSM is cynically playing-up the prospect of war, between Iran and the West.

RT’s Gayane Chichakyan reports from Washington that viewers in the States are repeatedly hearing how war is virtually inescapable.

With tension between Iran and the West as high as ever, a host of hardline speakers on US mainstream media seem to be pushing the audience to believe that war is inevitable.

There is constant warmongering all over the mass media in the US, although experts say war with Iran is far from being inevitable.

“I don’t think that we are there yet, that is to say, at the precipice,” Dr Charles Kupchan from the
Council on Foreign Relations told to RT.

The media are already preparing the grounds for it – some by misinforming the public.
The New York Times wrote that the International Atomic Energy Agency said Iran’s nuclear program has a military objective.

But that is not what the IAEA reported.

The watchdog said Iran might have the technology to develop a nuclear weapon if it wants to.

Or another public misconception due to a lack of information:

“We would be saying to Iran if you to open up those facilities, you begin to dismantle them and make them available to inspectors or we will degrade those facilities through air strike,” Rick Santorum, US Presidential candidate from the Republican Party was saying recently.

In fact, IAEA inspectors have already been in the country monitoring Iran’s nuclear facilities.

“When the American people hear information over and over again, and sometimes it is often the subtleties you are not providing – the context for the IAEA report or not putting in some of the doubts back in 2002-2003 about Iraqi [Weapons of mass destruction] programs. That kind of slanting of the news have the affect of altering how the American public views an issue,” Investigative journalist Robert Parry explained to RT.

The US mainstream media have proved to be cheerleaders for war.

Jeff Cohen was a senior producer of a popular TV show, before the Iraq invasion. He says they were under pressure from their bosses to cheer for war, because their owners benefited from it.

“It was a constant pressure campaign to make sure that the pro-invasion voice was dominant,” he told RT.

Cohen says not much has changed in US mainstream journalism since the Iraq invasion.

“There is no doubt that the mainstream media are crucial in this idea of selling that the US is going to be in a perpetual war,” he insists.

Media analysts say, since the intervention in Libya, US media have been instrumental in making Americans get used to the idea that Washington will continue to intervene militarily in foreign affairs.

“I’ve worked at Newsweek as well as at [the Associated Press] and other major US news organizations,” recalls Robert Parry. “And what I saw, especially at places like Newsweek was this idea that the media was actually part of the establishment, it was that the American people were to be guided more than even informed.”

It seems most American media are so used to talking wars that when – after a decade of inconclusive war in Afghanistan – the White House announced the necessity to negotiate with the Taliban, the message and the words “political solution” came out as somewhat alien.

It seems the words “political solution” do not belong in the US media’s vocabulary. Two main reasons: one, it’s boring. Two: some very powerful people are behind the kind of trigger-happy pro-war journalism.
Too many times in history, the media have done the bidding of war profiteers.

We can go back more than a hundred years and look at how the American public was primed for war with Spain over Cuba.

The iconic media tycoon William Randolph Hearst falsely hyped up the story that the Spanish had sunk an American ship, when in fact it sank because of a coal bunker explosion. It was then that Hearst told his illustrator in Havana “You furnish the pictures, and I'll furnish the war."

More than a hundred years on, the phrase still sounds relevant. But it does not have to be that way, and some argue a “political solution”, although not a popular term media parlance, is better than “war” and “death”.

The official calendar seems to agree with the latter version and celebrates the Western year of 2012 as the Chinese year of 4710. Working backwards from that number the calendar started in the 27th Century B.C.E.

The alien invasion, subjugation, and subsequent war began sometime during the 30th Century B.C.E.

Although no Jiǎgǔwén records remain from that period of time, a 3,000-year-old rock carving depicting the alien invader-masters still exists. A Chinese scientist recently discovered the astounding rock carving near Guangdong, a province on the South China Sea coast. The carving fits in like another piece to the puzzle of China's reluctant involvement in an interstellar war.

A recent article "Ruins in Georgia mountains possibly linked to ancient Mayans" has become a very popular topic on Examiner.com. The article presents evidence to support a position long held by the Creek, Cherokee and Chitimacha Indians; namely that sea-going merchants, illiterate farmers and escaped slaves fled Mesoamerica during a period of chronic wars, drought and volcanic eruptions, then settled in what is now the Southeast and Mississippi Basin.

Although already generating approximately 81,000 “Likes” on Facebook, the article has also generated considerable controversy. A group of archaeology professors in the Southeast have vigorously objected to the article and created a separate web site to organize opposition to it. Numerous archaeologists from around North America, however, have also placed positive comments on the article.

Examiner.com is offering you the reader, the opportunity to take the role of a juror on this controversy. You will be allowed to review the scientific evidence presented by both sides, then state your opinion as a comment at the end of the article.

There were numerous negative comments from archaeologists that challenged the author’s educational qualifications. Richard Thornton is a card-carrying Creek Indian architect and city planner, with seven years of university education. He has worked as an architectural-town planning consultant to archaeologists on Native American sites, and as a historic preservation architect for Early American structures, throughout his entire adult life.

He was awarded a fellowship to study Mesoamerican architecture & town planning in Mexico under the tutelage of one of the greatest archaeologists who ever lived, Roman Piña-Chan, Director of the Museo Nacional de Antropologia. He has written seven books on Native American and Mesoamerican culture, and taught Pre-Columbian architecture at Georgia Tech.

He created the seven models of ancestral Creek towns in the Capitol of the Muscogee-Creek Nation in Okmulgee, OK. Richard was the architect for Oklahoma’s Trail of Tears Memorial in Council Oak Park, Tulsa. He is also an expert stone mason and very knowledgeable about prehistoric & colonial stone masonry techniques.

Description of the Research Project

In 2007 an alliance of Native American professors and professionals around the United States, known as the People of One Fire, began an exhaustive analysis of available archaeological reports, early maps, plus Spanish, French and English colonial archives in order to develop a more accurate description of the Southeast’s Native American history,

The impetus for this gargantuan project was a series of popular books published by archaeology professors at certain Southeastern universities during the previous 20 years that mistranslated Native American words and misrepresented the known indigenous history of the Southeast. An early objective of the project was to develop a list of Native American words recorded by early explorers in order to provide the public with their correct translations.

The translation of these words, however, opened up a new perspective that was not anticipated by the Native American scholars. Many of the ancient place names were not rooted in the modern tribes of the Southeast, but in the Maya and Totonac civilizations of Mexico.

The first big breakthrough occurred while a Choctaw professor at Louisiana State University was studying the French Colonial Archives. She discovered that the Native American name for the section of the Gulf Coast between the mouths of the Mobile and Chattahoochee (Apalachicola) Rivers was Am Ixchel. These are Chontal Maya words that mean “Place of Ixchel.” Ixchel was the Maya goddess of the new moon and childbirth.

The People of One Fire team then began cross-comparing the Muskogean languages of the Southeast with the Maya and Totonac languages of Mexico. All of the Muskogean languages had borrowed Mexican words, but the Itsati (Hitchiti-Creek) language, spoken by some of the biggest players in the mound-building business, seemed more Mesoamerican than indigenous.

Archaic Itsati contained many words that are pronounced the same and mean the same as their counterparts in Itza Maya and Totonac. For example, the words for city, corn, beans, king, judge, noble and sun were the same in Archaic Itsati and Itza Maya. The word for house and merchant (chiki and tamahi) were the same in Itsati and Totonac. When Itsati-Creek guides for Hernando de Soto, labeled a particularly backward people in South Carolina, chiliki, they were using the Totonac adjective for barbaric or primitive.

In both Maya and Archaic Itsati-Creek, the title of the Great Sun (High King) of a province was Hene-mako. The official title of the Second Chief of the Muscogee-Creek Nation in Oklahoma is the henehau. Throughout the history of the Mayas, their word for high nobility, second only to the Great Sun, was hene-ahau.

The Chontal Maya were the international shipping moguls of Mesoamerica. They developed plank-built boats, powered by either rowers or sails that were the size of Viking long ships and could traverse wide expanses of ocean. Archeologists have discovered hundreds of smoking pipes in ancestral Creek towns that are models of the Chontal Mayas’ feathered serpent ships. These unique pipes even have upturned prows with serpent heads and rudders. Creek dugout canoes were relatively flat and had no rudders.

Zeroing in on Brasstown Bald Mountain

Many of the most important rivers of the "eastern" Southeast either begin on the slopes of Brasstown Bald or relatively short walk away . . . at least for Native Americans! These include the Chattahoochee, the Coosa-Alabama system, the Hiwassee, the Etowah and the Savannah.

Major trade routes connecting the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico and Ohio Valley converge on both sides of the mountain. There was also a major trail that directly connected the Track Rock Complex with the large town of Etalwa, which was on the shoals that blocked large canoes going farther into the mountains. This is why a seemingly remote location would have been a extremely strategic location for a town in 1000 AD.

In 2009 one People of One Fire researcher obtained a highly accurate satellite map of North America from NASA that contained corrections for the earth’s curvature. On his computer he plotted in the latitude and longitude of all the major indigenous town sites in eastern North America and the Gulf Coast of Mexico. Almost all the town sites were aligned to the solstices and equinoxes. What seemed very odd, though, was that many of the lines converged over Brasstown Bald Mountain in northern Georgia. This didn’t make sense to him, since he did not know of any major Native American towns at or near Brasstown Bald.

By mid-2010 it had become clear to People of One Fire researchers that the greatest concentration of surviving Maya place names was in the Southern Highlands of North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. The original name of the Tennessee River was Callimaco, which means “House of the King” in Maya. A famous town on a riverine island visited both by Hernando de Soto in 1540 and Juan Pardo in 1567 was named Chiaha. It is a common Maya place name in Mexico today, which means “beside the river.”

De Soto’s chroniclers commented that Chiaha was the only place they visited in the Southeast where the natives raised honey bees and ate honey. The only other region in the entire Western Hemisphere where honey was consumed was the Maya Homeland. Here the Mayas developed an indigenous, stingless bee as a honey producer.

By early 2011 the researchers were concentrating on beautiful mountainous region called Itsapa (Territory of the Itza) by the Creeks and Itsa-yi (Place of the Itza) by the Cherokees. Major geographic features of this area are the Nacoochee Valley, the Hiwassee River Valley, a chain of ancient, extinct volcanoes, and Brasstown Bald, Georgia’s highest mountain. Another name for the Itza Mayas was “Children of the Snake” because they worshiped a god in the form of a horned rattlesnake. Hiwassee literally means “Children of the Viper” in the Itsati and Koasati languages.

The Cherokees have a tradition that the Itsate (Itza People,) who lived in the region before them, worshipped a snake god with ruby eyes in a great temple at the top of their mountainside capital. Members of the Creek Confederacy were monotheistic, and did not worship any idols. Boulder Six of the famous Track Rock petroglyphs contains the Maya glyphs meaning Mako (Great) – Hene (Royal Sun) – Guku’matz (Feathered Serpent.) The first two symbols are found on the copper breastplates of the Great Suns (kings) of Etalwa (Etowah Mounds) 65 miles away.

In 2000 a South African archaeologist, Johannes Loubser was paid both by the U.S. Forest Service and local donors to study the Track Rock petroglyphs and prepare a survey of a large complex of stone structures nearby. The details of this study are described in the earlier article. Loubser declared the massive complex of stone agricultural terraces to be unique to the United States.

Loubser had never visited the Maya ruins and also had no educational background in either Muskogean (Creek) or Maya architecture, so perhaps he was not aware that the site was identical to dozens of terrace complexes in Chiapas, Guatemala, Belize and Honduras. He also was not aware that most of the glyphs at Track Rock Gap can be found on the art of Etowah Mounds.

Someone led Loubser to believe that the Cherokees had lived for many centuries around the archaeological site. This skewed his interpretation of the ruins to focus on 19th century legends as primary interpretation of the site. In fact there were no Cherokees in Georgia until after 1715. Until very late in that century, their presence was minimal.

The official 1780 British Army map of the Province of Georgia shows the entire Brasstown Bald region occupied by Upper Creeks and a grand total of 24 Cherokee warriors in Georgia. Mississippi Period Archaeology of the Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains, a lab manual published by the University of Georgia Department of Anthropology, labels the Pre-Colonial Period archaeological sites on all sides of Brasstown Bald Mountain to cultures directly ancestral to Georgia's Creek Indians. Loubser did correctly observe that there were several styles of stone masonry work, suggesting that several different ethnic groups had lived on the site.

In 1999, archaeologist Mark Williams, then of the University of Georgia, led a brief survey of the massive, five sided Kenimer Mound in the Nacoochee Valley. Williams estimated the construction date of the mound to be around 900 AD. He was puzzled by the location and construction details of the mound, since they were different than later five side mounds in Georgia. It was sculpted from the top of a large hill then finished with clay fill.

Georgia is the only location outside the territory of the Itza Maya in Mesoamerica, where five sided, pyramidal mounds were constructed as temple platforms. Generally, they were sculpted from existing hills, then finished with packed clay, like the Kenimer Mound. Williams is a specialist in Southeastern archaeology and so did not know that earthen mounds identical to the Kenimer Mound are commonplace in the Itza Maya homeland. He did not state who built the mound.

Dr. Arthur Kelly, former director of the University of Georgia’s Anthropology Department, WAS aware of the connection between the five sided mounds in Georgia and those in Mexico and Belize. While the author was preparing a site plan for one of Kelly’s last excavations, the famous archaeologist discussed the connection with him. During the 1940s through the 1970s Kelly had excavated numerous such mounds along the Lower Chattahoochee River.

In conjunction with the five sided mounds, Kelly often found what appeared to be local interpretations of Mesoamerica art. Kelly became convinced that there was direct trade and movement of population between the Southeast and Mesoamerica. Most of his department bitterly disagreed with him.

In 1969 Kelly discovered several apparent Mexican artifacts at the 9FU14 mound and village site on the Chattahoochee River near the Six Flags over Georgia amusement park and Atlanta. They were made of stones only found in Mexico and exhibited Mesoamerican-style glyphs or art. Shortly thereafter, a stone hoe was stolen from the University of Georgia archaeology lab and on a Sunday afternoon, a treacherous assistant of Kelly’s pushed the hoe into the side of the 9FU14 mound.

Fortunately, two Creek Indian college students were secretly watching the crime from the bushes along nearby Sandtown Creek. Their testimony cleared Kelly of criminal charges, but he was disgraced by the media coverage, and forced to resign his position. During that period, the apparent Mesoamerican artifacts disappeared, and Kelly was replaced by a professor, who didn’t agree with his Mesoamerican Contact theories.

Itza Maya terrace complexes do not look like the big Maya cities. This is where many archaeologists are getting confused. They have some small masonry buildings, or masonry foundations for wattle & daub walls, but no great pyramids or fine statues. Very few have carved stone tablets, but it is very common to see fieldstone piers like what is seen at the Track Rock site.

What is sophisticated about these sites is their hydraulic engineering. The terraces are placed near small mountain streams that, along with rain water, are manipulated to maintain ideal moisture for growing crops. The Itza Mayas in their original mountain homeland were generally illiterate, so one is not likely to see Maya writing at a terrace site either.

Another common featured shared by Itza Maya sites in Mexico and the Track Rock terrace complex is a small pyramidal, stone faced alter - facing the sunset of the Winter Solstice. The Maya solar calendar began on the Winter Solstice.

"Please read the article that I co-authored with Douglas Frink on our excavations at the stone feature complex near Track Rock Gap and see that nowhere did we mention the Maya. Based on available evidence, although at least one meandering wall and one big stone pile are prehistoric (Late Woodland/Early Mississippian), other stone piles and many of the straight walls could very well be historic (Euro-American agricultural terraces and field clearing piles).

The stone piles and walls reported in the 1830s and again in the 1850s by early Euro-American travelers through Track Rock Gap are very likely Creek/Cherokee who honored deceased relatives. The paucity of ceramics and house remains within the stone feature complex strongly suggests that it was not a habitation site.

I've never visited the Yucatan but can vouch for the fact that I did not come across anything that looked Maya. Until evidence can be found to the contrary, the stone feature complex in Track Rock Gap is probably multi-component, at least one wall and one stone pile being southeastern Indian and very likely other stone piles and walls being Euro-American"

So, yes this is an intriguing idea and yes there could have been people from Central America setting up advanced agrarian cities...but these same rock formations were once thought to be Spanish fortifications (see DeSoto's "fort" in NE Alabama)...then Indian forts...and now Mayan terraces....why not just admit that even the "Mississipian's" could have also used terrace farming....or do we need another "Prince Maddoc" pile to explain why those "savages" could have never done those things themselves."

As you can tell, this is an on going rabbit hole of some depth and interest. Disturbing news has been leaking out from the giant continent at the bottom of the world.

Russian researchers posted near the giant South Pole sub-glacial Lake Vostok have reported eerie anomalies and incidents over the past few years that sometimes seem to border on the frayed edge of creeping madness. Artificial structure found under two miles of ice

During April 2001 one of the world’s great secrets was revealed: an ancient structure or apparatus that lay encased miles under the hard Antarctic ice was detected by a roving spy satellite. The US military immediately moved to quash the reports and the mainstream news media dutifully complied.

Despite the news blackout, reports still surfaced that a secretive excavation project had commenced on the heels of the discovery. Some European countries formally protested the excavation by the US military. (VN: Is that why the US disabled the French and Italian stations?)

Ancient Human Metropolis Found in Africa

They have always been there. People noticed them before. But no one could remember who made them -- or why? Until just recently, no one even knew how many there were. Now they are everywhere -- thousands -- no, hundreds of thousands of them! And the story they tell is the most important story of humanity. But it's one we might not be prepared to hear.

Something amazing has been discovered in an area of South Africa, about 150 miles inland, west of the port of Maputo. It is the remains of a huge metropolis that measures, in conservative estimates, about 1500 square miles. It's part of an even larger community that is about 10,000 square miles and appears to have been constructed -- are you ready -- from 160,000 to 200,000 BCE!

The title image is a close-up view of just few hundred meters of ladscape took with Google-Earth. The region is somewhat remote and the "circles" have often been encountered by local farmers who assumed they were made by some indigenous people in the past. But, oddly, no one ever bothered to inquire about who could have made them or how old they were.

This changed when researcher and author, Michael Tellinger, teamed up with Johan Heine, a local fireman and pilot who had been looking at these ruins from his years flying over the region. Heine had the unique advantage to see the number and extent of these strange stone foundations and knew that their significance was not being appreciated.

"When Johan first introduced me to the ancient stone ruins of southern Africa, I had no idea of the incredible discoveries we would make in the year or two that followed. The photographs, artifacts and evidence we have accumulated points unquestionably to a lost and never-before-seen civilization that predates all others -- not by just a few hundred years, or a few thousand years... but many thousands of years. These discoveries are so staggering that they will not be easily digested by the mainstream historical and archaeological fraternity, as we have already experienced. 450,000 B.C. After long wars, Nibiru’s atmosphere begun deteriorating and became hostile to life. Anu dethroned Alalu and came on Terra with a craft. He was searching for GOLD which could be used to repair the damaged atmosphere of Nibiru.

445,000 BC
Anunnaki extraterrestrials landed on Terra and established their base in Eridu, wanting to extract gold from the Persian Gulf. They were led by Enik, one of Anu’s sons.

416,000 BC
The gold production dropped down, which made Anu come to Earth. Together with him came his other son, Enlil. Anu decided the mining to take place in Africa and promoted Enlil in charge of the Terran mission.Enik was sent to Africa!!!

400,000 BC
In Southern Mesopotamia were seven developed villages. The most important were: The “Sipar” Spaceport, The “Nippur” Mission Control Center and the Metallurgy Centre from “Shuruppak”. The ore was transported from Africa in crafts. After the metal was refined it was sent up in the orbit. From there it was loaded in ships, which were constantly coming from Nibiru. Igigi was responsible with the delivery of the finished product.

300,000 BC
The Anunnaki revolted against their masters because the work in the mines was too hard.
(My note: please read “Our true history”. The Anunnaki actually used as slaves in the mines another reptilian race from a planet called Inua - Close to Orion).
Enik and Ninhursag had to find other workers. They took DNA samples from a female ape and after genetic manipulations the first Homo Sapiens were bred. They have been put to work and replaced the Anunnakis. At the same time, Enlil brought primitive workers from Edin, Mesopotamia. Homo Sapiens could procreate so they begun to proliferate.

Remember, we're talking almost 200,000 years ago!

The individual ruins [see below] mostly consist of stone circles. Most have been buried in the sand and are only observable by satellite or aircraft. Some have been exposed when the changing climate has blown the sand away, revealing the walls and foundations.

A Rich and Diverse History

When explorers first encountered these ruins, they assumed that they were cattle corals made by nomadic tribes, like the Bantu people, as they moved south and settled the land from around the 13th century. There was no previous historical record of any older civilization capable of building such a densly populated community. Little effort was made to investigate the site because the scope of the ruins was not fully known.

Over the past 20 years, people like Cyril Hromnik, Richard Wade, Johan Heine and a handful of others have discovered that these stone structures are not what the seem to be. In fact these are now believed to be the remains of ancient temples and astronomical observatories of lost ancient civilizations that stretch back for many thousands of years.

These circular ruins are spread over a huge area. They can only truly be appreciated from the air or through modern sattelite images. Many of them have almost completely eroded or have been covered by the movement of soil from farming and the weather. Some have survived well enough to reveal their great size [see above] with some original walls standing almost 5 feet high and over a meter wide in places.

Looking at the entire metropolis, it becomes obvious that this was a well planned community, developed by a highly evolved civilization. The number of ancient gold mines suggests the reason for the community being in this location. We find roads -- some extending a hundred miles -- that connected the community and terraced agriculture, closely resembling those found in the Inca settlements in Peru.

But one question begs for an answer -- how could this be achieved by humans 200,000 years ago?

This is not a "special" location -- just one we picked at random, within the previously described area. It shows artifacts that are everywhere and we encourage you to search the area with this great internet technology.

The circular stone structures are obvious from this view, even though they may not be visible from ground level. Notice that there are many very long roads [B] that connect groups of the circular structures. If you zoom out and follow these "roads" they travel for many miles.

The fact that we can see these structures is mainly because natural erosion has blown away the dirt and debris that has covered them for thousands of years. Once exposed to the wind, the rocks are scoured clean and may appear deceptively new.

If you look closely at what first appears to be empty land [C], you will notice many faint circles, indicating that even more dwellings lurk below the surface. In reality, the entire area is packed full of these structures and connecting roads.

How was the site dated

Once the ruins were examined, the researchers were anxious to place the lost civilization in a historical perspective. The rocks were covered with a patina that looked very old but there were no items sufficient for carbon-14 dating. It was then that a chance discovery revealed the age of the site, and sent a chill down the spine of archaeologists and historians!

Astonishing discovery: A massive stone calendar aligned with Orion's belt!

Finding the remains of a large community, with as many as 200,000 people living and working together, was a major discovery in itself. But dating the site was a problem. The heavy patina on the rock walls suggested the structures were extremely old, but the science of dating patina is just being developed and is still controversial. Carbon-14 dating of such things as burnt wood introduces the possibility that the specimens could be from recent grass fires which are common in the area.

The breakthrough came quite unexpectedly. As Tellinger describes it:

"Johan Heine discovered Adam's Calendar in 2003, quite by accident. He was on route to find one of his pilots who crashed his plane on the edge of the cliff. Next to the crash site Johan noticed a very strange arrangement of large stones sticking out of the ground. While rescuing the injured pilot from about 20 metres down the side of the cliff, Johan walked over to the monoliths and immediately realised that they were aligned to the cardinal points of Earth - north, south, east and west. There were at least 3 monoliths aligned towards the sunrise, but on the west side of the aligned monoliths there was a mysterious hole in the ground - something was missing.

After weeks and months of measuring and observations, Johan concluded that it was perfectly aligned with the rise and fall of the Sun. He determined the solstices and the equinoxes. But the mysterious hole in the ground remained a big puzzle. One day, while contemplating the reason for the hole, the local horse trail expert, Christo, came riding by. He quickly explained to Johan that there was a strange shaped stone which had been removed from the spot some time ago. Apparently it stood somewhere near the entrance to the nature reserve.

After an extensive search, Johan found the anthropomorphic (humanoid shape) stone*. It was intact and proudly placed with a plaque stuck to it. It had been used by the Blue Swallow foundation to commemorate the opening of the Blue Swallow reserve in 1994. The irony is that it was removed from the most important ancient site found to date and mysteriously returned to the reserve - for slightly different reasons."

* For me, the anthropomorphic stone it clearly indicates a non-human being. We know from many cultures (including the African culture that evolved from these places) that the humans were not allowed to depict the reptilians in their true form. So this is the perfect depiction of a reptilian standing next to/looking at the Orion's belt. He clearly is a non-human belonging to the stars.

The exact location of the calendar is listed on www.makomati.com. The first calculations of the age of the calendar were made based on the rise of Orion, a constellation known for its three bright stars forming the "belt" of the mythical hunter.

The Earth wobbles on its axis and so the stars and constellations change their angle of presentation in the night sky on a cyclical basis. This rotation, called the precession completes a cycle about every 26,000 years. By determining when the three stars of Orion's belt were positioned flat (horizontal) against the horizon, we can estimate the time when the three stones in the calendar were in alignment with these conspicuous stars.

The first rough calculation was at least 25,000 years ago. But new and more precise measurements kept increasing the age. The next calculation was presented by a master archaeoastronomer who wishes to remain anonymous for fear of ridicule by the academic fraternity. His calculation was also based on the rise of Orion and suggested an age of at least 75,000 years. The most recent and most acurate calculation, done in June 2009, suggests an age of at least 160,000 years, based on the rise of Orion - flat on the horizon - but also on the erosion of dolerite stones found at the site.

Some pieces of the marker stones had been broken off and sat on the ground, exposed to natural erosion. When the pieces were put back together about 3 cm of stone had already been worn away. These calculation helped assess the age of the site by calculating the erosion rate of the dolerite.

The truths in South Africa are preserved by Zulu Shamans and passed on from generation to generation.
David Icke met in his journeys a South African Shaman Zulu named Credo Mutawa. This wonderful person tells the story of the first African gods. They were Reptilian Extraterrestrials who came to Africa to mine gold. Because they needed workers, they genetically created the first human beings as their slaves. GOLD MINING - HOW LONG AGO?
Is there evidence that mining took place, in southern Africa, during the Old Stone Age? Archaeological studies indicate that it indeed was so.

Realizing that sites of abandoned ancient mines may indicate where gold could be found, South Africa's leading mining corporation, the Anglo-American Corporation, in the 1970s engaged archaeologists to look for such ancient mines. Published reports (Optima) detail the discovery in Swaziland and other sites in South Africa of extensive mining areas with shafts to depths of fifty feet. Stone objects and charcoal remains established dates of 35,000, 46,000, and 60,000 B.C. for these sites. The archaeologists and anthropologists who joined in dating the finds believed that mining technology was used in southern Africa "during much of the period subsequent to 100,000 B.C."
In September 1988, a team of international physicists came to South Africa to verify the age of human habitats in Swaziland and Zululand. The most modern techniques indicated an age of 80,000 to 115,000 years.

Regarding the most ancient gold mines of Monotapa in southern Zimbabwe, Zulu legends hold that they were worked by "artificially produced flesh and blood slaves created by the First People." I find VERY interesting the following statements from Dan Eden's article:
"It would seem that humans have always valued gold. It is even mentioned in the Bible, describing the Garden of Eden's rivers:

Genesis 2:11 - The name of the first [river] is Pishon; it flows around the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold."

"Why would ancient people work so hard to mine gold? You can't eat it. It's too soft to use for tool making. It isn't really useful for anything except ornaments and its physical beauty is on a par with other metals like copper or silver. Exactly why was gold so important to early homo sapiens?"

I've always wanted to write an article in which to explain why the humans always appreciated gold so much, but the article would have been too big and would have involved too much mind-blowing history lessons. But now, in this context, the answer is quite simple and hits the center of the bullseye:

"The gold was always valuable to us, because the GODS considered it to be valuable! If they sacrificed so much to extract it, then it HAS to be precious!"

This was the base concept that gave the gold so much value in our primitive minds, few hundred thousands years ago. The Anunnaki needed gold to heal their home planet's atmosphere, we wanted gold because they considered it valuable.

I still hear pretty often today the expression: "Gold, the metal of the gods!", but this was probably a very common thing to say back then. We can speculate that after the Anunnaki moved into their underground cities, the humans begun using gold as the supreme currency.

But looking at our modern history, gold still plays a very important role in the elite's plans.
First of all, the bankers changed the rule which stated that a country's currency should be backed up by gold placed in the treasury. After this move, our money became worthless pieces of paper (or digits on a computer screen) and the bankers had clear access to the gold reserves without anyone to be able to keep them under surveillance.

To this we can add all the gold treasures took in possession after WWI and II. But where is this gold? Can we speculate that the Reptilians still send gold from Earth to their home planets?

If this is the case, then they have the ultimate schematic to do it. We extract it because it's valuable to us as a jewelry, but we don't consume it in any way. The same extracted quantities of gold are found in the world, but spread between individuals all around the planet, who wear them as jewelery. All they need to do is to collect it from us.

After WWI, the Germans were asked to prove their patriotism by donating to the state all the gold they still had, so that the economy would be helped to recover. And they did it! Then, in WWII, Hitler confiscated all the gold that the Jews possessed and all the gold reserves of all the concurred countries. The spoils of war were divided between the US, UK and Russia. After the self inflicted would of 9/11, the US army confiscated Saddam's gold.

So, in the end, the entire gold of the planet is eventually cumulated in one place. But where dose it go from there?

But as the online media rises to displace the traditional forms by which the public forms its understanding of the world, many are now beginning to see first hand how the media lies the public into war.

As the drums of war begin to beat once again in Iran, Syria, the South China Sea, and other potential hotspots and flashpoints around the globe, concerned citizens are asking how a world so sick of bloodshed and a population so tired of conflict could be led to this spot once again.

To understand this seeming paradox, we must first understand the centuries-long history of how media has been used to whip the nation into wartime frenzy, dehumanize the supposed enemies, and even to manipulate the public into believing in causes for war that, decades later, were admitted to be completely fictitious.

The term “yellow journalism” was coined to describe the type of sensationalistic, scandal-driven, and often erroneous style of reporting popularized by newspapers like William Randolph Hearst’s New York Journal. In one of the most egregious examples of this phenomenon, Hearst’s papers widely trumpeted the sinking of the Maine as the work of the Spanish. Whipped into an anti-Spanish frenzy by a daily torrent of stories depicting Spanish forces’ alleged torture and rape of Cubans, and pushed over the edge by the Maine incident, the public welcomed the beginning of the US-Spanish war. Although it is now widely believed that the explosion on the Maine was due to a fire in one of its coal bunkers, the initial lurid reports of Spanish involvement stuck and the nation was led into war.

In many ways, the phrase infamously attributed to Hearst in reply to his illustrator “You furnish the pictures and I’ll furnish the war,” apocryphal as the story may be, nevertheless perfectly encodes the method by which the public would be led to war time and again through the decades.

The US was drawn into World War I by the sinking of the Lusitania, a British ocean liner carrying American passengers that was torpedoed by German U-boats off the coast of Ireland, killing over 1,000 of its passengers. What the public was not informed about at the time, of course, was that just one week before the incident, then-First Lord of the Admiralty Winston Churchill had written to the President of the Board of Trade that it was “most important to attract neutral shipping to our shores, in the hopes especially of embroiling the United States with Germany.” Nor did reports of the attack announce that the ship was carrying rifle ammunition and other military supplies. Instead, reports once again emphasized that the attack was an out-of-the-blue strike by a maniacal enemy, and the public was led into the war.

The US involvement in World War II was likewise the result of deliberate disinformation. Although the Honolulu Advertiser had even predicted the attack on Pearl Harbor days in advance, the Japanese Naval codes had already been deciphered by that time, and that even Henry Stimson, the US Secretary of War, had noted in his diary the week before that he had discussed in a meeting with Roosevelt “how we should maneuver them [the Japanese] into the position of firing the first shot without allowing too much danger to ourselves,” the public were still led to believe that the Pearl Harbor attack had been completely unforeseen. Just last month, a newly-declassified memo emerged showing that FDR had been warned of an impending Japanese attack on Hawaii just three days before the events at Pearl Harbor, yet the history books still portray Pearl Harbor as an example of a surprise attack.

In August 1964, the public was told that the North Vietnamese had attacked a US Destroyer in the Gulf of Tonkin on two separate occasions. The attacks were portrayed as a clear example of “communist aggression” and a resolution was soon passed in Congress authorizing President Johnson to begin deploying US forces in Vietnam. In 2005, an internal NSA study was released concluding that the second attack in fact never took place. In effect, 60000 American servicemen and as many as three million Vietnamese, let alone as many as 500,000 Cambodians and Laotians, lost their lives because of an incident that did not occur anywhere but in the imagination of the Johnson administration and the pages of the American media.

In 1991, the world was introduced to the emotional story of Nayirah, a Kuwaiti girl who testified about the atrocities committed by Iraqi forces in Kuwait.

What the world was never told was that the incident had in fact been the work of a public relations firm, Hill and Knowltown, and the girl had actually been the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador. Once again, the public was whipped into a frenzy of hatred for the Hussein regime, not for the documented atrocities that it had actually committed on segments of its own population with weapons supplied to them by the United States itself, but on the basis of an imaginary story told to the public via their televisions, orchestrated by a pr firm.

In the lead-up to the war on Iraq, the American media infamously took the lead in framing the debate about the Iraqi government’s weapons of mass destruction NOT as a question of whether or not they even existed, but as a question of where they had been hidden and what should be done to disarm them. The New York Times led the way with Judith Miller‘s now infamous reporting on the Iraqi WMD story, now known to have been based on false information from untrustworthy sources, but the rest of the media fell into line with the NBC Nightly News asking “what precise threat Iraq and its weapons of mass destruction pose to America”, and Time debating whether Hussein was “making a good-faith effort to disarm Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction.” Reports about chemical weapons stashes were reported on before they were confirmed, although headlines boldly asserted their existence as indisputable fact. We now know that in fact the stockpiles did not exist, and the administration premeditatedly lied the country into yet another war, but the most intense opposition the Bush administration ever received over this documented war crime was some polite correction on the Sunday political talk show circuit.

Remarkably, the public at large has seemingly learned nothing from all of these documented historical manipulations. If anything, the media has become even bolder in its attempts to manipulate the public’s perceptions, perhaps emboldened by the fact that so few in the audience seem willing to question the picture that is being painted for them on the evening news.

Later that year, CNN aired footage of a bombed out Tskhinvali in South Ossetia, falsely labeling it as footage of Gori, which they said had been attacked by the Russians.

In 2009, the BBC showed a cropped image of a rally in Iran which they claimed was a crowd of protesters who assembled to show their opposition to the Iranian government. An uncropped version of the same photograph displayed on the LA Times’ website, however, revealed that the photo in fact came from a rally in support of Ahmedinejad.

In August of 2011, the BBC ran footage of what they claimed was a celebration in Tripoli’s Green Square. When sharp-eyed viewers noticed that the flags in the footage were in fact Indian flags, the BBC was forced to admit that they had “accidentally” broadcast footage from India instead of Tripoli.

Also that month, CNN reported on a story from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights claiming that eight infants in incubators had died in a hospital in Hama when Syrian authorities cut off power in the area. Some news sites even carried pictures of the infants. The images were later admitted to have been taken in Egypt and no evidence has ever emerged to back up the accusations.

As breathtaking as all of these lies, manipulations and so-called “mistakes” are, they in and of themselves don’t represent the only functions of the media for the war machine. Now, the US government is taking the lead in becoming more and more directly involved with the shaping of the media message on war propaganda, and the general public is becoming even more ensnared in a false picture of the world through the Pentagon’s own lens.

In 2005, the Bush White House admitted to producing videos that were designed to look like news reports from legitimate independent journalists, and then feeding those reports to media outlets as prepackaged material ready to air on the evening news. When the Government Accountability Office ruled that these fake news reports in fact constituted illegal covert propaganda, the White House simply issued a memo declaring the practice to be legal.

In April 2008, the New York Times revealed a secret US Department of Defense program that was launched in 2002 and involved using retired military officers to implant Pentagon talking points in the media. The officers were presented as “independent analysts” on talk shows and news programs, although they had been specially briefed beforehand by the Pentagon. In December of 2011, the DoD’s own Inspector General released a report concluding that the program was in perfect compliance with government policies and regulations.

Earlier this year, it was revealed the the US government had contracted with HBGary Federal to develop software that create fake social media accounts in order to steer public opinion and promote propaganda on popular websites. The federal contract for the software sourced back to the MacDill Air Force Base in Florida.

As the vehicle through which information from the outside world is captured, sorted, edited and transmitted into our homes, the mass media has the huge responsibility of shaping and informing our understanding of events to which we don’t have first-hand access. This is an awesome responsibility in even the most ideal conditions, with diligent reporters guided by trustworthy editors doing their level best to report the most important news in the most straightforward way.

But in a media landscape where a handful of companies own virtually all of the print, radio and television media in each nation, the only recourse the public has is to turn away from the mainstream media altogether. And that is precisely what is happening.

As study after study and report after report has shown, the death of the old media has accelerated in recent years, with more and more people abandoning newspapers and now even television as their main source of news. Instead, the public is increasingly turning toward online sources for their news and information, something that is necessarily worrying for the war machine itself, a system that can only truly flourish when the propaganda arm is held under monopolistic control.

But as citizens turn away from the New York Times and toward independent websites, many run and maintained by citizen journalists and amateur editors, the system that has consolidated its control over the minds of the public for generations seems to finally be showing signs that it may not be invincible.

Surely this is not to say that online media is impervious to the defects that have made the traditional media so unreliable. Quite the contrary. But the difference is that online, there is still for the time being relative freedom of choice at the individual level. While internet freedom exists, individual readers and viewers don’t have to take the word of any website or pundit or commentator on any issue. They can check the source documentation themselves, except, perhaps not coincidentally, on the websites of the traditional media bastions, which tend not to link source material and documentation in their articles.

In the past, journalist Chris Hedges has worked for NPR, The New York Times and the Christian Science Monitor. In his latest endeavor, however, he is teaming up with an unlikely pair: a couple of attorneys that will help him take on the president.

US President Barack Obama is the target of a suit filed by Pulitzer Prize-winner Hedges, and the reasoning seems more than obvious to him. The decision to take the commander-in-chief to court comes as a response to President Obama’s December 31 signing of the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA, a legislation that allows the US military to detain American citizens indefinitely at off-site torture prisons like Guantanamo Bay.

Obama amended the NDAA with a signing statement on New Year's Eve, insisting that while the Act does indeed give him the power to detain his own citizens indefinitely without charge, that doesn’t mean he will do so. Specifically, Obama wrote that his administration “will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens.” Under another piece of legislation, however, the government is being granted the right to suspend citizenship of any American if the Enemy Expatriation Act joins the ranks of the NDAA as an atrocious act approved by the president.

“Once again, you just have to be accused of supporting hostilities which could be defined any way the government sees fit. Then the government can strip your citizenship and apply the indefinite detention section of the NDAA without the benefit of a trial,” journalist Stephen Foster Jr. wrote earlier this month of the Act. (VN: That is exactly what our previous blog showed on the "Military determining which Americans are Enemies of the state" which is what the SPLC and ADL tried to do a couple of years ago with the Fusia Centers! Remember when they even said Ron Paul followers were domestic terrorists??? I almost fell out of my chair laughing. And Chuck Baldwin as well. Well, now they inserted themselves into our system with HLS and surprise, surprise, they finally got what they wanted. This is our foreign occupiers, big time. This "truth", they will call hate speech and no trial so no proof will be needed, gee what a surprise. That is why they "had" to have no trial, or they could not get away with any of this. )

In a blog post published on Monday to TruthDig.com, Hedges announces his effort to take Obama to court, and says his team of attorneys will challenge the president over the legality of the Authorization for Use of Military Force, a provision promised under the NDAA.

In his explanation, Hedges says the signing signals “a catastrophic blow to civil liberties.”

“I spent many years in countries where the military had the power to arrest and detain citizens without charge,” writes Hedges. “I have been in some of these jails. I have friends and colleagues who have ‘disappeared’ into military gulags. I know the consequences of granting sweeping and unrestricted policing power to the armed forces of any nation. And while my battle may be quixotic, it is one that has to be fought if we are to have any hope of pulling this country back from corporate fascism.”

Like other NDAA opponents, Hedges addresses in his explanation the issue that vague verbiage throughout the legislation creates an almost open-ended scenario for the government to grab anyone in America and put them behind bars. Instead, rather, the legislation leaves American authorities to go after anyone it can use the Act to attack.

As an international correspondent and world-renowned journalist, Hedges has traveled the globe and says he has been put in some hairy situations. Under the NDAA, he says, he might as well be considered a war criminal in the eyes of America.

Under NDAA, the military can enforce indefinite detention on anyone “who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States.” As Hedges and others point out, groups such as “associated forces” are never defined, nor are determinations like “substantially supported.”

“I have had dinner more times than I can count with people whom this country brands as terrorists,” writes Hedges. “But that does not make me one.” Regardless, any affiliation with a group branded as such could lead authorities to leap to such conclusions.

Everyone from presidential candidate Ron Paul to the American Civil Liberties Union have questioned Obama’s intentions in signing the NDAA, but Hedge’s lawsuit is the first legal filing lobbed at the president. Regardless of what the president intends by putting the NDAA into law, ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero wrote, "Obama's action … is a blight on his legacy because he will forever be known as the president who signed indefinite detention without charge or trial into law.”

Hedges thinks he knows what those intentions are, however.

“I suspect the real purpose of this bill is to thwart internal, domestic movements that threaten the corporate state,” says Hedges. “The definition of a terrorist is already so amorphous under the Patriot Act that there are probably a few million Americans who qualify to be investigated if not locked up.” When that piece of legislation is coupled with NDAA, the end result could be catastrophic.

“I suspect it passed because the corporations, seeing the unrest in the streets, knowing that things are about to get much worse, worrying that the Occupy movement will expand, do not trust the police to protect them,” concludes Hedges. “They want to be able to call in the Army. And now they can.”

CHICAGO (AP) — Smoking a joint once a week or a bit more apparently doesn't harm the lungs, suggests a 20-year study that bolsters evidence that marijuana doesn't do the kind of damage tobacco does.

The results, from one of the largest and longest studies on the health effects of marijuana, are hazier for heavy users — those who smoke two or more joints daily for several years. The data suggest that using marijuana that often might cause a decline in lung function, but there weren't enough heavy users among the 5,000 young adults in the study to draw firm conclusions.

Still, the authors recommended "caution and moderation when marijuana use is considered."

Marijuana is an illegal drug under federal law although some states allow its use for medical purposes.

The study by researchers at the University of California, San Francisco, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham was released Tuesday by the Journal of the American Medical Association.

The findings echo results in some smaller studies that showed while marijuana contains some of the same toxic chemicals as tobacco, it does not carry the same risks for lung disease.

It's not clear why that is so, but it's possible that the main active ingredient in marijuana, a chemical known as THC, makes the difference. THC causes the "high" that users feel. It also helps fight inflammation and may counteract the effects of more irritating chemicals in the drug, said Dr. Donald Tashkin, a marijuana researcher and an emeritus professor of medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. Tashkin was not involved in the new study.

Study co-author Dr. Stefan Kertesz said there are other aspects of marijuana that may help explain the results.

Unlike cigarette smokers, marijuana users tend to breathe in deeply when they inhale a joint, which some researchers think might strengthen lung tissue. But the common lung function tests used in the study require the same kind of deep breathing that marijuana smokers are used to, so their good test results might partly reflect lots of practice, said Kertesz, a drug abuse researcher and preventive medicine specialist at the Alabama university.

The study authors analyzed data from participants in a 20-year federally funded health study in young adults that began in 1985. Their analysis was funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

The study randomly enrolled 5,115 men and women aged 18 through 30 in four cities: Birmingham, Chicago, Oakland, Calif., and Minneapolis. Roughly equal numbers of blacks and whites took part, but no other minorities. Participants were periodically asked about recent marijuana or cigarette use and had several lung function tests during the study.

Overall, about 37 percent reported at least occasional marijuana use, and most users also reported having smoked cigarettes; 17 percent of participants said they'd smoked cigarettes but not marijuana. Those results are similar to national estimates.

On average, cigarette users smoked about 9 cigarettes daily, while average marijuana use was only a joint or two a few times a month — typical for U.S. marijuana users, Kertesz said.

The authors calculated the effects of tobacco and marijuana separately, both in people who used only one or the other, and in people who used both. They also considered other factors that could influence lung function, including air pollution in cities studied.

The analyses showed pot didn't appear to harm lung function, but cigarettes did. Cigarette smokers' test scores worsened steadily during the study. Smoking marijuana as often as one joint daily for seven years, or one joint weekly for 20 years was not linked with worse scores. Very few study participants smoked more often than that.

Like cigarette smokers, marijuana users can develop throat irritation and coughs, but the study didn't focus on those. It also didn't examine lung cancer, but other studies haven't found any definitive link between marijuana use and cancer.

UPDATE: 1/27/12 Listen to the video in this update. What becomes clear as you do, is these facilities "seem" to be stocking up seriously on fuel and power. Why 30 countries? What is it they are doing there? Research facilities do not look like that. They are way smaller since most of the work is in labratories, which would explain a power station but not the sizes they have which are more like for a small country. Are they preparing for the pole shift which would put them about at the equator? Then they would need the fuel and larger power stations. Mike Malin, MSSS President, began research in Antarctica during the 1982-1983 austral summer, while a member of the faculty in the Department of Geology at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Background

The Antarctic environment is particularly harsh, but recent studies suggest that the absence of significant amounts of liquid water allow landscapes to be preserved for significantly longer than found elsewhere on Earth, and indeed longer than previously thought. Malin's study is designed to establish, over a timescale relatively long for human activity (~50 years), the effects of chemical and physical weathering on naturally occuring materials in many different microenvironments in the Antarctic ice-free valleys.

Eleven sites were established ten years ago by deploying over 6000 individual samples of well characterized rock materials ranging in physical properties from soft non-welded pyroclastic tuff to extremely hard, fine-grained dolerite and coarse-grained granite. Samples were deployed on racks above the surface, on the surface, and beneath the surface, to accumulate the effects of chemical and physical processes over many years. Included are 2.5 cm diameter, 0.5 thick disks of rocks deployed at 7, 14, 21, 35, and 70 cm above the surface and facing N, E, S, and W, 8 cm cubes, and 5 cm long by 2.5 cm diameter cylinders.

Samples have been returned after one year exposure and five years exposure. The purpose of 1994's effort was to recover materials that have been exposed for ten years. Samples remain in place that can be recovered later, nominally after 15, 20, 30, 40, and 50 years.

This research was and is supported by the National Science Foundation's Antarctic Program.

Hard to believe but it's happened. What's more alarming is how quickly and smoothly it's been pulled off without an apparent whimper of protest.

Or so they've led us to believe. In reality there's been a huge outcry from several corners about the virtual annulment of the Bill of Rights. The media's just so air tight we're not hearing a squeak.

That's what's scary.

And it's worked.

Mainstream America has virtually swallowed the ocean of sanitized lies and egregious omissions it's been dealt. The US is now officially part of the New World Order, by default. That's what's daunting. Any possibility of an uprising by the many is almost past.

Almost.

But you know what?

It's always been that way. The few with the truth have always led the way. And real change for the better inevitably followed the eventual collapse of every corrupt empire.

Psychotropic Stupor

The Pizza Oven Dream

A couple of years ago I had a striking dream that woke me up out of a sound sleep. I was watching someone standing in front of a pizza oven in a dazed, transfixed state. He was a typical youngish overweight American just staring at the fire from about 3 feet away from the oven. But the fire was growing, steadily. And as it did he didn't move. He was totally fixated into such a state he couldn't even feel the heat.

As the fire grew in intensity I could see his flesh literally starting to cook. And he still didn't flinch. At this point I was screaming at him at the top of my lungs imploring him to move, and still nothing. The scene so horrified me it woke me up as I was screaming.

I was living in Southern California near the beach at the time and we were getting chemtrailed something fierce everyday. While I had my windows rolled up and the aircon on recycle as I do on spraydays, I'm always befuddled and horrified by the hundreds of joggers, bikers and surfers I drove by each day who were completely ignorant of their demise under their poisonous chemical skies. So I think this vivid dream was an expression of how I feel watching this horrific reality play out on the benumbed, completely unsuspecting masses.

Sound freakishly appropriate? Did to me.

Where Is The Revolution?

The outrageousness of our takeover is beyond comprehension, as I've said many times. In fact, tyranny knows no humanity. It's a metastasizing monster that has a life if its own. Our reaction to it is the issue. And you can't help but believe we each meet different fates depending on how we lived our lives here and either acquiesced or stood up to such monstrous encroachments on natural and personal sanctity.

And that's where the true drama lies.

But I want to again address the role the awake can play. Admittedly it's hopeful, conscious conjecture and responsible action that leads to positive change, as has been the case during any and every true, good revolution in history. And however we are compelled to participate, every human with any receptivity will feel the pull to activate when faced with confrontation of any kind. And they'll either discard it or interpret it into action of some sort and at some level, how little or how much.

And all according to many factors.

And Once Awake, What can We Do?

I don't know. I only know my personal reality one day at time. But I think I know people, at least to some degree. And they're generally not ready. The masses are going to fall for the whole false, pre-programmed enchilada. And that's a big part of what we need to prepare for.

Big Brother Pays Off as Predictive Behavior Technology Targets Shoppers

Just prior to Black Friday, I issued an alert that anyone shopping in either of two American malls — Promenade Temecula in California, and Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, Va. — would be tracked via their cell phone utilizing FootPath^TMtechnology as they moved from store to store.

Fortunately, that test-run produced enough outrage to force both the UK maker of the technology, Path Intelligence, as well as mall management to halt the surveillance and respond to a call from Sen. Charles Schumer over general privacy concerns, as well as the legality according to U.S. regulations.

However, many retailers seem undeterred by privacy issues and have fully embraced the concept of going even a step further: forming a web comprised of cell phone tracking, surveillance camera footage, and software analysis of shoppers’ movements and decisions.

A recent report by Bloomberg comes to a disturbing conclusion in at least one case — the greater the tracking, the greater the sales.

The concept of studying consumer behavior is certainly nothing new, but it has advanced to nearly predictive behavior capability on the Internet. The virtual world is naturally designed for databases and information analysis. However, there is something just a bit more creepy and dehumanizing about being studied in the physical world similar to mice being put through their paces in a maze. A little cheese here, a little shock there — and, what do you know; look at ‘em run.

I don’t believe that’s an inaccurate metaphor, as retailers are changing their strategy from data collection through voluntary choice (customer surveys) to the more compulsory covert surveillance and collection that high-tech enables. The result is an eye in the sky looking down upon the maze of shoppers moving through different areas of stimulating bait, while groups of gatekeepers encourage a pre-determined pattern of behavior. The mission is to transform the unpredictable brick-and-mortar world into the pattern recognition landscape of the Web.

Ashley Lutz and Matt Townsend, writing for Bloomberg, sum up the programming:

The goal is to divine which variables affect a purchase, then act with Web-like nimbleness to deploy more salespeople, alter displays, or put out red blouses instead of blue.

RetailNEXT is a product of BVI Networks, which is at the heart of the new high tech approach to shopper management. Alexei Agratchev, chief executive officer of consultancy, expressed his distaste for the unknown by saying that “stores have been a black hole” . . . until now. According to their website, the company utilizes “best-in-class video analytics, on-shelf sensors and RFID readers along with data from point-of-sale and other business systems” in order to create an information field to fill that black hole. Agratchev’s background is interesting, having formerly been a senior manager at Cisco systems and a consultant for Accenture; a company currently at the center of government funding to implement a biometric database for illegal immigrants and U.S. citizens alike, as well as construction of the Smart Grid.

All along we have repeatedly been reassured that security cameras and other forms of surveillance were strictly to keep businesses and the public safe from criminals, but their ubiquitous presence has morphed into a tool to track and catalog everyone, in both public and private sectors. Once again the promise of more security brings only more enslavement. Furthermore, the tech sector continues to be exposed for having built in backdoors from the very beginning at the behest of government agencies like the FBI, calling into question any concern for the true end user’s digital privacy rights.

And, true to form, the RetailNEXT technology of security camera and RFID tracking already seems to have been taken to the next level by security systems’ maker 3VR — they are incorporating facial recognition into the shopping experience. As company CEO, Al Shipp, boasts, “You’ll have the ability someday to measure every metric imaginable. We’re scratching the surface.” The shopping application is an extension of a facial recognition security function that they have been using in Northern California banks where Shipp says, “We can search for a face in any of a bank’s branches in Northern California in the last 30 days … 3VR can do it in about 30 seconds.”

For a look at the extreme ends of where this type of security camera/software integration is being developed, have a look across the pond to Great Britain — which is, incidentally, where the makers of the Black Friday mall tracking technology are based:

Shopper surveillance has already been embraced heavily in Europe, but so far has been met with at least some resistance in the United States, as the Black Friday mall tests have indicated. Retailers like JCPenny have been hesitant to sign on, as well as Home Depot. However, when companies like Montblanc report a 20% sales increase since they began tracking their shoppers, other stores are bound to overlook privacy issues. If people are so concerned, they might reason, then why do they show up? And this is the lesson we consumers should learn: If we don’t want to be viewed as Pavlovian maze dwellers, then let’s believe more strongly in our human dignity. If we are ready to give up our privacy so easily, then companies specializing in data mining and behavior management certainly are ready to take it.
